Description
Claims (8)
- 自動車に設けられる燃料電池アセンブリ用の弁装置であって、ハウジング内に延びる流れ通路と、流れ横断面に影響を与えるフラップと、該フラップを駆動する駆動装置とを備え、前記フラップが、シャフトに取り付けられており、該シャフトが、前記ハウジングに回転可能に支持されており、さらに、前記流れ通路に配置された弁座と、前記フラップの、周方向に延びる縁部に配置されたPTFEから成るシールとを備え、該シールが、前記フラップの閉鎖位置で前記弁座と接触しており、前記シャフトが、前記フラップを貫通している、弁装置において、
前記シール(8)がばねエレメント(9)を含み、
前記ばねエレメント(9)が、環状の基体(11)を有し、該基体(11)から半径方向外側に向かって複数のばね舌片(10)が突出している、
ことを特徴とする、弁装置。 - 前記ばねエレメント(9)が、周方向に延びるように形成されている、請求項1記載の弁装置。
- 前記ばねエレメント(9)が、前記シール(8)に取り付けられている、請求項2記載の弁装置。
- 前記ばねエレメント(9)が、前記シール(8)に組み込まれている、請求項2記載の弁装置。
- 前記ばねエレメント(9)が、10〜30個のばね舌片(10)を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記ばねエレメント(9)が、金属から成っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記シール(8)と前記ばねエレメント(9)とがフラップ材料(3)によって部分的に取り囲まれている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記ばねエレメント(9)が、前記環状の基体(11)の半径方向外側に、前記基体(11)の半径方向外側を覆うように相欠き継ぎ(12)を形成する少なくとも1つの区分を有し、該区分が、フラップ材料(3)で満たされている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
