Description

The present invention relates to a reverse running prevention device, and particularly to a reverse running prevention device that has a simple structure and can reliably prevent reverse running.

Recently, there have been collision accidents caused by reverse running around highways. In order to prevent this reverse running, warnings are made by appealing to the driver's vision by displaying on a fluorescent display board etc., but the reverse running is forced only by relying on the driver's attention. Since it does not prevent, a sufficient effect cannot be obtained.
In addition, a reverse running prevention device that forcibly prevents reverse running using mechanical equipment has been proposed.
For example, the reverse running prevention device of Patent Document 1 includes a flap plate driving unit including a variable rigid elastic body and a measurement sensor for measuring the vehicle height of the vehicle, and adjusts the elasticity of the elastic body according to the measured vehicle height. Then, the reverse running vehicle is caused to collide with the flap plate driving means to prevent the reverse running.
However, this reverse running prevention device is expensive due to its complicated structure, and is liable to break down.
The reverse running prevention device of Patent Document 2 includes a regulation plate that can be transformed into a lying posture that allows a vehicle to pass and a standing posture that collides with a vehicle that stands up and runs backward, and the regulation plate is a spring. It is energized by a cylinder with hydraulic pressure. However, also in this reverse running prevention device, there is a high possibility that the restriction plate will fail due to repeated operations.

DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a reverse running prevention device according to the invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1A is a schematic perspective view of the reverse running prevention device, and FIG. 1B is a schematic side view of the reverse running prevention device.
The reverse running prevention device is a reverse running prevention device installed on the road surface R, and is connected to the rotary shaft 1 that is perpendicular to the traveling direction of the vehicle and along the road surface. A grounding portion 2 that is rotatable about the rotation shaft 1 and is displaced between a position in contact with the road surface R and a position rising from the road surface R, and an opposite side of the grounding portion 2 across the rotation shaft 1 The reverse running prevention plate 3 is connected to the rotation shaft 1 and is rotatable about the rotation shaft 1 and is displaced between a position contacting the road surface R and a position rising from the road surface R. And a weight portion 4 that urges the grounding portion 2 downward.
The direction from the ground contact portion 2 toward the reverse travel prevention plate 3 is the same as the traveling direction of the vehicle, and the upper angle formed by the ground contact portion 2 and the reverse travel prevention plate 3 is 90 ° or more and less than 180 °. The first posture in which the ground contact portion 2 is in contact with the road surface R and the reverse running prevention plate 3 is raised from the road surface R, and the first posture in which the reverse running prevention plate 3 is in contact with the road surface R and the ground contact portion 2 is raised from the road surface R. It can be displaced in two positions.
Since the ground contact portion 2 is urged downward by the weight of the weight portion 4, the reverse running prevention device is in the first posture when the vehicle is not running.
There is no restriction | limiting in particular as a material of the earthing | grounding part 2, the reverse running prevention board 3, and the rotating shaft 1, A metal, resin, carbon fiber, wood, etc. can be used.
The width of the reverse running prevention device is wider than the width of the car so that the car can pass over it.

The ground contact portion 2 and the reverse running prevention plate 3 have a plate shape and are bent upward near the boundary between them.
The rotating shaft 1 is integrated with the grounding portion 2 and the reverse running prevention plate 3 and protrudes outward from both ends in the width direction of the boundary between the grounding portion 2 and the reverse running prevention plate 3. The rotation shaft 1 is fitted to a bearing portion (not shown) provided on the road surface R and is rotatable.

The ground contact portion 2 is in contact with the road surface R when the vehicle is not traveling, and the reverse travel prevention plate 3 is easy when the front wheel of the reverse traveling vehicle contacts the tip of the reverse travel prevention plate 3. The road surface R is pressed to support the reverse travel prevention plate 3 so as not to rotate in the reverse travel direction of the vehicle. Moreover, after giving a moderate impact to a driver | operator, you may make it break.
If the upper angle formed by the ground contact portion 2 and the reverse running prevention plate 3 is less than 90 °, the impact of the reverse running prevention plate 3 on the reverse running vehicle is reduced. Further, if the angle is 180 ° or more, the ground contact portion 2 and the reverse running prevention plate 3 are mountain-shaped, so that an impact is also given to a vehicle traveling in a normal direction.

The height from the road surface at the tip of the reverse running prevention plate 3 in the first posture is equal to or lower than the height of the portion other than the ground contact portion of the vehicle. Specifically, for example, “parts other than the grounding parts of automobiles” defined in the safety standards for road transport vehicles based on the provisions of Chapter 3 of the Road Transport Vehicle Law (Act No. 185 of 1951). Is 9 cm or less. As a result, the tire of the car during reverse running comes into contact with the tip of the reverse running prevention plate 3, so that the driver can be shocked and the reverse running can be notified without damaging the vehicle body.
The weight portion 4 has a structure in which a weight 41 is provided at the tip of a bar fixed in the vicinity of both ends in the width direction of the reverse running prevention device, and the weight 41 keeps the grounding portion 2 downward even in the second posture. It is provided at the position to be urged.

Next, the operation of the reverse running prevention device will be described.
FIG. 2 shows a state where the vehicle has run backward in the reverse running prevention device.
When the vehicle has run backward, the reverse running prevention device is in the first posture in which the ground contact portion 2 is in contact with the road surface R and the reverse running prevention plate 3 is raised from the road surface R. Since the reverse running prevention plate 3 rises from the road surface R, the car tire collides. Since the impact is transmitted to the driver due to this collision, the reverse running can be notified.

The operation of the reverse travel prevention device when the vehicle is traveling in the normal direction is shown in FIGS.
(1) The reverse running prevention device is in a first posture in which the ground contact portion 2 is in contact with the road surface R and the reverse running prevention plate 3 is raised from the road surface R (FIG. 3A). Accordingly, when the vehicle travels from the grounding portion 2 side, the front wheel passes over the grounding portion 2 and then passes through the reverse running prevention plate 3 side. At this time, since the reverse running prevention device rotates about the rotation shaft 1 due to the mass of the vehicle, the reverse running prevention plate 3 is in contact with the road surface R, and the ground contact portion 2 is raised from the road surface R. (FIG. 3B).
(2) After the front wheel passes over the reverse running prevention device, the ground contact portion 2 is biased downward by the weight of the weight portion 4, and the reverse running prevention device is displaced from the second posture to the first posture (FIG. 3). (C)).
(3) Thereafter, the rear wheel passes over the reverse running prevention device in the same manner as the front wheel (FIG. 3 (d)).
Thus, since the reverse running prevention device is displaced between the first posture and the second posture according to the running of the vehicle, no impact is generated on the vehicle, and the driver can move on the reverse running prevention device without any trouble. You can travel.
In addition, since the height from the road surface at the tip of the reverse running prevention portion in the first posture is equal to or lower than the height of the portion other than the ground contact portion of the car, Even if the reverse running prevention device returns from the second posture to the first posture until the rear wheel reaches the reverse running prevention device (FIG. 3C), the tip of the reverse running prevention portion hits the bottom surface of the vehicle body. There is nothing.

If the displacement due to the urging of the weight part 4 from the second posture to the first posture is not in time after the front wheel passes the reverse running prevention device and before the rear wheel passes the reverse running prevention device ( 3 (e)), since the height of the end of the grounding portion 2 is low, even if the rear wheel comes into contact with the tip of the grounding portion 2, a large impact does not occur and the grounding portion 2 is brought to the road surface R by the mass of the vehicle. The reverse running preventive device is in the first posture. Then, after the reverse running prevention device is in the first posture, the vehicle is displaced to the second posture according to the running of the rear wheel, so that no impact is generated on the car, and the driver has no trouble, and the reverse running prevention device. You can drive on.
Further, when the front wheel passes during normal running and the rear wheel tries to pass before the reverse running prevention device returns from the second posture to the first posture, the rear wheel hits the tip of the ground contact portion 2 in the second posture. As shown in FIG. 4, the grounding portion 2 may be provided only at both ends of the reverse running prevention device and not near the center through which the vehicle passes so as not to cause an impact. In FIG. 4, the weight 4 is omitted so that the structure can be easily seen.

The structure of the reverse running prevention device is not limited to the above structure, and may be the following structure, for example.
A warning display as shown in FIG. 5 may be displayed on the lower surface of the reverse running prevention plate 3. As a result, it is possible to appeal reverse driving to the driver's vision.
You may provide the protrusion which makes a tire puncture on the back surface of the reverse running prevention board 3. FIG. This can reliably prevent reverse running.
A buffer material 5 may be provided on the lower surface of the reverse running prevention plate 3 as shown in FIG. The impact and noise caused by the reverse travel prevention plate 3 coming into contact with the road surface R when the vehicle passes through the reverse travel prevention device can be reduced. The buffer material 5 is not particularly limited, and rubber, sponge, spring, or the like can be used.
The weight portion 4 is not limited to the structure shown in FIG. 1, and may be any structure that urges the grounding portion 2 downward even when the reverse running prevention device is in the second posture. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, a structure in which weights are provided in the vicinity of both ends of the grounding portion 2 may be used.
The grounding portion 2 and the reverse running prevention plate 3 may not be integrated, and the grounding portion 2 and the reverse running prevention plate 3 may be separate and connected via the rotating shaft 1.
The rotation shaft 1 is not limited to the structure shown in FIG. 1, and the structure in which the grounding portion 2 and the reverse running prevention plate 3 rotate around the boundary portion between the grounding portion 2 and the reverse running prevention plate 3. If it is. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, a hole is provided in the end surface near the boundary portion between the grounding portion 2 and the reverse run prevention plate 3, and a shaft fixed to the road surface is inserted into this hole, so that the reverse run prevention device rotates. It is good also as a structure.
