- 前記シリカナノ粒子は、酸焼結されている、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の芽胞キャリア。
- 前記シリカナノ粒子は、20nm以下の平均直径を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の芽胞キャリア。
- 前記ナノ構造表面は、10nm以上、500nm以下の二乗平均粗さを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の芽胞キャリア。
- 前記親水性層は、テトラアルコキシシランバインダーを更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の芽胞キャリア。
