Description
小型ステッピングモータのような部品は、例えば自動車産業において広く使用されている。それらはPCBに直接取付けることができる。必要な電気的及び機械的接続は、例えばモータのコネクタをPCBにはんだ付けすることによって達成することができる。しかしながら、無はんだのアセンブリは、はんだ付けや部品のPCBへの永久的な機械的固定なしに電気的及び/または機械的接続が、部品とPCBの間に確立されたることを可能にする。このような無はんだの取付は、PCBのドリル孔のような開口部におけるコネクタの機械的変形によって達成され得る。電気的接続は、PCBの変形可能な開口部にコネクタを挿入することによっても達成され得る。PCBへの無はんだの部品の信頼できる機械的(そして結果的に電気的)接続を確実にするために、係止ピンを取付ペグを通して軸方向に押し、これによって取付ペグの壁を押し離し、かつ取付ペグが挿入されているPCBの取付孔の側壁に対して押し付けることにより、取付けられた位置に圧入取付ペグを固定することが提案されている。
本発明の実施形態は、添付の図面を参照して以下により詳細に説明される。本発明の1つの態様は、取付(例えば、回路)基板上に部品を保持するための取付ペグに関する。以下の本発明の実施形態の例示的な説明では、PCBに取付けられたステッピングモータの例を取り上げる。しかしながら、本発明は、PCBに取り付けられたステッピングモータの例に限定されない。
Claims (13)
- 回路基板(21)上に部品(1)を保持するための取付ペグ(2)であって、
前記取付ペグ(2)が、第1の軸位置から第2の軸位置(以下、「係止位置」という。)に向かう前記取付ペグ(2)の縦軸方向に沿った第1の軸方向における、前記取付ペグ(2)のピンチャネル(16)に沿った係止ピン(17)の第1の軸変位によって、設置された位置に固定されている状態にあり、
前記ピンチャネル(16)が、前記係止ピン(17)が前記係止位置から外れる第2の軸変位を阻止するための、第1のピン変位止め(14、20、22)および第2のピン変位止め(13)を備え、
少なくとも前記第2のピン変位止め(13)が、前記ピンチャネル(16)の壁に形成される少なくとも1つの肩部(13)を備え、
前記第2のピン変位止めの前記肩部(13)が、前記係止ピン(17)の遠位端が前記第1の軸方向へ前記肩部(13)を通過する変位を阻止するために、前記係止ピン(17)の前記遠位端と係合するように形成され、
前記第1のピン変位止め(14、20、22)が、前記ピンチャネル(16)の壁(3、4)からの、弾性的に変形可能な肩部または突起部(14、20、22)を備え、
前記係止ピン(17)が前記弾性的に変形可能な肩部または突起部(20)を通過する際、前記弾性的に変形可能な肩部または突起部(20)が、前記係止ピン(17)の前記第1の軸変位によって外向きに変形するように構成され、かつ、前記係止ピン(17)が通過した後は内向きに付勢するように構成される、
取付ペグ(2)。 - 前記第2の軸変位が、前記第1の軸方向におけるものである、請求項1に記載の取付ペグ(2)。
- 前記第2の軸変位が前記第1の軸方向と反対の、第2の軸方向に向かう状態にある、請求項1に記載の取付ペグ(2)。
- 前記第2のピン変位止めの前記変形可能な肩部または突起部(20)が、前記ピンチャネル(16)の前記壁(3、4)に軸方向に沿って配置される複数の突起部(20)として形成される、請求項1に記載の取付ペグ(2)。
- 前記複数の変形可能な突起部(20)が、弾性的に変形可能な素材で作られる連続軸方向リブ(20)として形成される、請求項4に記載の取付ペグ(2)。
- 前記取付ペグ(2)および前記弾性的に変形可能な肩部または突起部が、同一材料から形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の取付ペグ(2)。
- 前記ピンチャネル(16)の周囲に配置される複数の長手方向の壁セクション(3、4)を備える取付ペグ(2)であって、前記長手方向の壁セクション(3、4)が、スリット(6)によって互いに分けられており、前記肩部(13)が前記長手方向の壁セクション(3、4)の少なくとも1つの内壁に形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の取付ペグ(2)。
- 前記係止ピン(17)の遠位端が面取りされている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の取付ペグ(2)。
- 前記係止ピン(17)の表面上に少なくとも1つの軸方向に伸びる連続的な突起部(18)を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の取付ペグ(2)。
- 前記取付ペグ(2)が圧入取付ペグである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の取付ペグ(2)。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの取付ペグ(2)を備える、ステッピングモーター(1)。
- 請求項11に記載のステッピングモーター(1)を備える、車のダッシュボードのための回路基板(21)。
- 回路基板(21)上に部品(1)を取付ける方法であって、
前記部品(1)は少なくとも1つの取付ペグ(2)を備え、前記取付ペグ(2)が、第1のピン変位止め(14、20、22)および第2のピン変位止め(13)を有するピンチャネル(16)を備え、
前記方法が、
前記回路基板(21)の対応する取付孔に1つまたは複数の取付ペグ(2)を位置合わせするステップと、
前記取付ペグ(2)と前記取付孔とがポジティブ・フィット係合で係合するように前記部品(1)を挿入するステップと、
前記取付ペグ(2)の係止ピン(17)を、前記取付ペグ(2)の前記ピンチャネル(16)に沿って、第1軸方向で、第1の軸変位をさせるステップと、
前記係止ピン(17)の遠位端が前記ピンチャネル(16)の遠位端に形成される前記第2のピン変位止め(13)に到達する場合に、前記第1の軸変位が停止する、ステップと、
を包含し、ここで
前記第1のピン変位止め(14、20、22)は、前記ピンチャネル(16)の壁(3、4)からの弾性的に変形可能な肩部または突起部(14、20、22)を備え、かつ前記係止ピン(17)の前記第1の軸変位がされる場合に、前記弾性的に変形可能な肩部または突起部(20)は、前記係止ピン(17)が前記弾性的に変形可能な肩部または突起部(20)を通過するように、前記係止ピン(17)の前記第1の軸変位によって外向きに変形し、また前記係止ピン(17)が通過した後に、内向き(22)に付勢することを特徴とする、
