Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る睡眠センサ(装置)の使用態様の一例を示す。図1に示す睡眠センサ10は、睡眠時のユーザの状態(以下、睡眠状態と表記)を推定するために用いられる小型・軽量・薄型の装置である。粘着性を有する両面接着テープや、ゲルパッド等により当該睡眠センサ10の装着面を睡眠中のユーザの胸部等に貼り付けて使用される。睡眠センサ10は、胸部中央付近に容易に装着することが可能なように、例えば楕円形または長方形に近い形状を有する。
次に、第2の実施形態について説明する。本実施形態においては、ユーザの呼吸状態(いびき症状の有無)を推定するためにマイクロフォンを用いる点が、前述した第1の実施形態とは異なる。
次に、第3の実施形態について説明する。本実施形態においては、ユーザの呼吸状態を推定するためにマイクロフォンを用いる点は前述した第2の実施形態と同様であるが、当該マイクロフォンが所定の方向に対する指向性(高い集音能力)を有する点が前述した第2の実施形態と異なる。なお、本実施形態に係る睡眠センサのシステム構成については、前述した第2の実施形態と同様であるため、適宜、図6を用いて説明する。
Claims (2)
- 睡眠中のユーザに装着されて使用される、睡眠時のユーザの状態を検出するための睡眠センサにおいて、
前記睡眠センサに対して作用する加速度を表す加速度信号を検出する加速度センサと、
前記睡眠センサの前記ユーザへの装着面側への指向性を有し、前記ユーザの呼吸状態に応じて生じる体内音信号を検出するマイクロフォンと、
前記検出された加速度信号から算出される重力加速度の向きが前記マイクロフォンが有する指向性と一致する場合に前記マイクロフォンの電源をオン状態とし、当該重力加速度の向きが前記マイクロフォンが有する指向性と一致しない場合に前記マイクロフォンの電源をオフ状態とする制御手段と
を具備することを特徴とする睡眠センサ。 - 睡眠中のユーザに装着されて使用される、睡眠時のユーザの状態を検出するための睡眠センサにおいて、
前記睡眠センサに対して作用する加速度を表す加速度信号を検出する第1の検出手段と、
前記検出された加速度信号に基づいて前記ユーザの体位を推定する推定手段と、
前記ユーザの体位以外の状態を推定するための信号を検出する第2の検出手段と、
前記推定されたユーザの体位が予め定められた体位である場合に前記第2の検出手段を動作させる制御手段と
を具備し、
前記第1の検出手段によって検出される加速度信号は、前記睡眠センサに対して作用する重力加速度を表す直流成分を含み、
前記第2の検出手段は、前記睡眠センサの前記ユーザへの装着面側への指向性を有し、前記ユーザの呼吸状態に応じて生じる体内音信号を前記ユーザの呼吸状態を推定するための信号として検出するマイクロフォンを含み、
前記制御手段は、前記推定されたユーザの体位において前記重力加速度の向きが前記マイクロフォンが有する指向性と一致する場合に前記マイクロフォンの電源をオン状態とし、前記重力加速度の向きが前記マイクロフォンが有する指向性と一致しない場合に前記マイクロフォンの電源をオフ状態とする
ことを特徴とする睡眠センサ。
