しかしながら、特許文献1の技術では、塗布後に化粧膜が2層に分かれることにより色移り防止効果を出しているが、経時の色持ちが十分ではなかった。また、化粧直し時など口紅を再度塗布する際に上滑りし、色つきが悪くなる問題があった。特許文献2の技術では、揮発性油が蒸発した後に形成される皮膜により色移りしにくい効果が現れるが、乾燥感とつっぱり感が感じられ、塗布面のツヤが満足いくものではなかった。特許文献3の技術では、色移りしにくい効果が弱く、使用感がなめらか過ぎるために口唇の縦皺が目立つなどの仕上がりの点で満足いくものではなかった。

本発明に用いられる成分(C)粘土鉱物は、本発明では偶然にも成分(A)および成分(B)との組み合わせ時に非常に色移りしにくい効果を増幅させる効果を示した。例えば、ケイ酸(Na/Mg)やジステアルジモニウムヘクトライトなどが挙げられる。粘土鉱物の種類としては極性を有するものが好ましい。口唇化粧料が唾液と触れることで粘土鉱物が電離すると、成分(B)以外の高極性成分と引き合う傾向があり、口唇用メーキャップ化粧料塗布後に成分(B)の分離を助けると考えられる。この様な成分(C)の中には既に市販されているものがあり、本発明ではその様な市販品を利用することもできる。市販品としては、ケイ酸(Na/Mg)としてラポナイトXLG(ROCKWOOD社製)などの名称で市販されているものが挙げられ、成分(A)および成分(B)との組み合わせ時に良好な効果を示した。 In the present invention, the component (C) clay mineral used in the present invention has an effect of amplifying an effect that hardly causes color transfer when combined with the component (A) and the component (B). 表1、表2に示した各サンプルを容器に充填し0.1gを肌上に塗布する。塗布部に透明のプラスチック板を貼り、はがした後のプラスチック板への口唇用メーキャップ化粧料の色移りの程度を評価した。参考のため、プラスチック板面における色移り程度の評価基準を図1に示した。なお、色移り防止効果を示さなかったサンプルについては以降の試験を実施していない。

成分(A)と成分(B)は高温で均一な状態、低温で分離する関係である。これにより充填・成型時には均一状態を保ちつつ、塗布時にワックス構造を壊されることによって2成分が開放され分離すると考えられる。この分離をもって口唇上で透明層と色層に分かれるため色移り防止効果を発揮される。
更に成分(C)を加えることによって上記分離が促進されることがわかった。塗布後の成分(A)と成分(B)の分離がより促進されることにより、色移り防止効果を向上させることが可能となったと考えられる。
Component (A) and component (B) are in a uniform state at a high temperature and are separated at a low temperature. Further, it was found that the separation was promoted by adding the component (C). It is considered that the effect of preventing color transfer can be improved by further promoting the separation of the component (A) and the component (B) after coating.
