Claims (15)
- ターゲットデバイスへの近接を検出する方法であって、
パーソナルモバイルデバイスでワイヤレスネットワーク周波数帯域を走査して、ワイヤレススパーソナルエリアネットワーク(WPAN)プロトコルまたはワイヤレスローカルエリアネットワーク(WLAN)プロトコルに従って符号化された少なくとも1つのワイヤレスネットワーク信号を発見するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのワイヤレスネットワーク信号の発見に応答して、前記パーソナルモバイルデバイスによって操作される磁気探知器の磁場走査をトリガするステップと、
前記パーソナルモバイルデバイスにおいて、磁場走査結果に従って、前記ターゲットデバイスへの所定の近接に関連する磁場署名の存在または不在を検出するステップと
を有し、
前記磁場署名が、少なくとも約100マイクロテスラ(μT)の変化であり、
前記少なくとも1つのワイヤレスネットワーク信号が、前記ターゲットデバイスから物理的に切り離された複数の異なる送信ユニットからの複数のワイヤレスネットワーク信号を含む、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのワイヤレスネットワーク信号が、少なくとも1つのビーコン信号を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記磁場署名が、経時的に変化する方向または大きさを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記存在の検出に応答して、前記パーソナルモバイルデバイスと前記ターゲットデバイスとの間のデータ転送を実施するステップをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記存在の検出に応答して、前記パーソナルモバイルデバイスでイベントを実施するステップをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記存在の検出に応答して、前記パーソナルモバイルデバイスと遠隔デバイスとの間のデータ転送を実施するステップをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのワイヤレスネットワーク信号および前記磁場署名のうちの少なくとも1つの分析に従って、前記ターゲットデバイスの識別子を取得するステップをさらに有し、
前記データ転送が、前記識別子に従って複数のデータ転送セッションから選択されたデータ転送セッションでなされる、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記パーソナルモバイルデバイスの現在の向きを識別するステップをさらに有し、
前記現在の向きが所望の向きに一致する場合に、前記実施するステップが実行される、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記パーソナルモバイルデバイスの現在の位置を識別するステップをさらに有し、

前記少なくとも1つのワイヤレスネットワーク信号の強度を測定するステップと、
測定した強度に従って、トリガを実行するステップと
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記走査するステップが、複数の問合せメッセージを送信して、前記少なくとも1つのワイヤレスネットワーク信号を生成する少なくとも1つの送信ユニットからの少なくとも1つの応答を誘導するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法を実行するように構成されたコンピュータ実行可能命令を格納した、非一時的なコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
- プロセッサと、
ワイヤレスネットワーク周波数帯域のワイヤレスネットワーク走査を実行して、ワイヤレススパーソナルエリアネットワーク(WPAN)プロトコルまたはワイヤレスローカルエリアネットワーク(WLAN)プロトコルに従って符号化された少なくとも1つのワイヤレスネットワーク信号を検出する、ワイヤレスネットワークインターフェースと、
磁気探知器と、
前記少なくとも1つのワイヤレスネットワーク信号の発見に応答して、前記磁気探知器を操作して、磁場署名を検出するための磁場走査を実行し、前記プロセッサを使用して、磁場走査結果に従って、パーソナルモバイルデバイスとターゲットデバイスとの所定の近接が識別されたか否かを判定する、制御モジュールと
を備え、
前記磁場署名が、少なくとも約100マイクロテスラ(μT)の変化であり、
前記少なくとも1つのワイヤレスネットワーク信号が、前記ターゲットデバイスから物理的に切り離された複数の異なる送信ユニットからの複数のワイヤレスネットワーク信号を含む、パーソナルモバイルデバイス。 - 前記所定の近接の検出に応答して、前記パーソナルモバイルデバイスと前記ターゲットデバイスとの間でデータが転送されるデータ転送セッションに参加する、データ転送モジュールをさらに備える、請求項13に記載のパーソナルモバイルデバイス。
- 前記パーソナルモバイルデバイスが、セルラーデバイスであり、
前記磁気探知器および前記ワイヤレスネットワークインターフェースが、前記セルラーデバイスの統合された構成要素である、請求項13に記載のパーソナルモバイルデバイス。
