Claims (7)
- モータが設置され、前面に前記モータの駆動軸が連結された状態で翼が回転可能に設置されるフレームと、
前記フレームの後方に延長し、前記モータに連結された電源線が内部の挿入孔に前後に貫通して結合され、横方向一側に間隔部が離隔して形成される挿入管と、
前記挿入管の外周に雌雄で対応結合するように中孔が前後に貫通して形成され、前記挿入管に結合時に、前記間隔部によって前記電源線の外周を加圧支持するように内周面に加圧突起が突出して形成される結合リングと、を含むことを特徴とする防水ファンケースのケーブル固定構造。 - 前記間隔部内には、両端が前記挿入管の両分された端部にそれぞれ連結され、前記挿入管より相対的に薄い厚さを有する折り曲げ部材がさらに形成され、
前記折り曲げ部材は、前記加圧突起の加圧力によって前記挿入孔に折り曲げ延長し、折り曲げ延長した先端が前記電源線の外周を加圧支持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防水ファンケースのケーブル固定構造。 - 前記折り曲げ部材は、折り曲げ延長した先端が曲面で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の防水ファンケースのケーブル固定構造。
- 前記加圧突起の前端には、前記結合リングを前記挿入管に結合時に、前記折り曲げ部材の後端を前記挿入孔に押して係止を防止するための傾斜面がさらに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の防水ファンケースのケーブル固定構造。
- 前記間隔部を基準として分割された両端は、前記挿入孔と反対する横方向に行くほど互いに対応する方向に幅が次第に広がる案内面がそれぞれ形成され、
前記案内面は、前記結合リングを前記挿入管に結合時に、前記加圧突起を前記挿入孔に案内することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防水ファンケースのケーブル固定構造。 - 前記挿入管の内周には、前記挿入孔内に挿入された前記電源線の外周を補助的に加圧支持するための補助加圧突起がさらに突出して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防水ファンケースのケーブル固定構造。
- 前記補助加圧突起は、
前記加圧突起と対応する位置に同一線上に位置し、前記電源線の外周の径方向両端を両方向でそれぞれ支持することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の防水ファンケースのケーブル固定構造。
