Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In some of the drawings, some of the detailed reference numerals attached to other drawings are omitted.
Further, in each of the following embodiments, the front side is the one side in the wall thickness direction and the opposite side is the other side in the wall thickness direction, based on the state facing the video display device attached to the installed video display equipment mounting device In addition, directions such as up and down directions will be described with reference to the state.

FIGS. 1-9 is a figure which shows typically an example of the video display apparatus attachment structure and video display apparatus attachment apparatus which concern on 1st Embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, and 5, the video display device mounting apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment defines an opening 11 that receives the video display device 9, and the wall base 2 is embedded in the wall. , 3 is provided with a frame member 10. The video display device mounting apparatus 1 includes device holding members 20 and 25 that are provided on the frame member 10 and hold the video display device 9.
In the present embodiment, the video display device mounting apparatus 1 includes the transparent cover member 35 that covers the surface side of the video display device 9 and the cover holding members 30 and 33 that are provided on the frame member 10 and hold the transparent cover member 35. And. Moreover, the recessed step part 12 which receives the four peripheral edge part of the transparent cover member 35 is provided in the inner peripheral surface side edge part of the frame member 10 over the perimeter.

In this embodiment, the video display device mounting structure according to this embodiment is a mounting structure using the video display device mounting device 1 according to this embodiment. That is, the video display device mounting structure defines the opening 11 that receives the video display device 9 and the frame member 10 that holds the transparent cover member 35 that covers the video display device 9 and the surface side of the video display device 9 on the wall. The structure is fixed to the wall bases 2 and 3 so as to be embedded. Further, the video display device mounting structure has a structure in which a concave step portion 12 that receives the four peripheral ends of the transparent cover member 35 is provided on the inner peripheral surface side edge portion of the frame member 10 over the entire periphery.

If it is set as the above structures, the video display apparatus 9 can be arrange | positioned in the wall in the embedding form. In addition, since the video display device 9 and the transparent cover member 35 can be held with respect to the frame member 10, it is possible to reduce the size, handleability, Workability can be improved. In addition, since the transparent cover member 35 that covers the surface side of the video display device 9 is provided, the front side of the video display device 9 can be stored with good appearance. Further, if the transparent cover member 35 that covers the surface side of the video display device 9 is removed from the frame member 10, the video display device 9 can be maintained and inspected, so that it is necessary to open and close the large-sized base board. Maintenance can be improved as compared with the product. Further, since the four-round end portion of the transparent cover member 35 can be received by the concave step portion 12 of the frame member 10, the transparent cover member 35 exposed on the wall surface side can be nicely stored, and the concave step portion 12 can suppress the entry of dust or the like into the wall.

The wall bases 2 and 3 to which the frame member 10 is fixed constitute the base of the partition wall, and are provided so as to form an opening into which the frame member 10 is fitted, as shown in FIGS.
In the present embodiment, the pair of vertical rails 2 and 2 to which both sides of the frame member 10 in the wall width direction are fixed are arranged between the pair of vertical rails 2 and 2 and open toward at least one side in the wall thickness direction. Thus, the wall base structure is provided with the intermediate vertical beam 4 provided with the recess 4a for receiving the frame member 10 as described above. With such a configuration, both sides of the frame member 10 in the wall width direction can be fixed to the pair of vertical bars 2 and 2. Further, the wall base boards 5 and 7 can be fixed to both sides in the wall thickness direction of the portions located on the upper and lower sides of the frame member 10 of the intermediate vertical beam 4. Thus, while the video display device 9, which tends to be larger in dimension along the wall width direction than the inter-column dimension generally set to about 300 mm to 500 mm, can be attached in an embedded manner, 7 mounting strength can be improved.

Moreover, in this embodiment, a pair of horizontal crosspieces 3 and 3 to which the upper and lower sides of the frame member 10 are fixed are bridged between the pair of vertical crosspieces 2 and 2, and both upper and lower sides of the recess 4a of the intermediate vertical crosspiece 4 It is structured to be fixed to each of the inner surface of the. With such a configuration, the frame member 10 can be more firmly fixed to the wall bases 2 and 3. That is, the opening into which the frame member 10 is fitted has a structure defined by a pair of vertical bars 2 and 2 and a pair of horizontal bars 3 and 3 (see FIG. 3A).
Further, in the illustrated example, a pair of outer horizontal beams are provided so as to be bridged between the upper end portions and the lower end portions of the pair of vertical beams 2, 2, and upper and lower end portions of the intermediate vertical beam 4 are provided on the pair of outer horizontal beams. The example which fixed to each is shown.

The pair of vertical rails 2 and 2 is formed in a substantially prismatic shape that is arranged with its longitudinal direction along the vertical direction. In addition, the length dimension of the pair of vertical bars 2 and 2 may be set as appropriate according to the joining mode with the outer horizontal bar, the vertical dimension of the installation location of the video display device mounting apparatus 1, and the like. It is good also as a dimension substantially according to the up-and-down dimension of the partition wall. In addition, the pair of vertical bars 2 and 2 is configured such that a wall base board (one side wall base board) 5 disposed on one side in the wall thickness direction is fixed to at least one side surface in the wall thickness direction. It constitutes the partition wall base on one side. In the illustrated example, the pair of vertical rails 2 and 2 constitute the partition wall base on both sides in the wall thickness direction.
The pair of horizontal rails 3 and 3 has a substantially prismatic shape in which the longitudinal direction is arranged along the wall width direction (left-right direction). The length dimension of the pair of horizontal bars 3 and 3 depends on the joining mode with the pair of vertical bars 2 and 2, the dimension along the wall width direction of the frame member 10, the storing mode of the video display device 9, etc. Thus, it may be set as appropriate, or may be a dimension generally corresponding to the dimension of the frame member 10 along the wall width direction. The pair of horizontal rails 3 and 3 are provided such that one side surface in the wall thickness direction is flush with the one side surface in the wall thickness direction of the pair of vertical rails 2 and 2. Note that such horizontal rails 3 and 3 may not be provided.

The intermediate vertical beam 4 has a substantially prismatic shape that is arranged with its longitudinal direction along the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, it is set as the structure which provided the recess 4a in the notch shape in the longitudinal direction middle part of the intermediate | middle vertical crosspiece 4. FIG. The recess 4a is provided so as to pass through one side portion in the wall thickness direction of the intermediate vertical rail 4 in the wall width direction, and has a substantially rectangular shape in side view.
In the intermediate vertical beam 4, the wall baseboards 5 and 7 on both sides in the wall thickness direction are fixed to the both sides in the wall thickness direction of the site (the upper and lower sides of the recess 4a) excluding the site where the recess 4a is provided. The partition wall base is formed on both sides in the wall thickness direction.
In addition, you may make it provide the recessed part 4a in the appropriate vertical position of the intermediate | middle vertical beam 4 so that it may become a height position where the video display apparatus 9 is easy to see. Further, the vertical dimension of the recess 4 a may be set as appropriate so that the frame member 10 is generally accommodated between the pair of horizontal bars 3 and 3. Further, the dimension (depth dimension) of the recess 4a along the wall thickness direction is such that the entire image display device 9 can be received in the partition wall so that the wall thickness of the image display device 9 and the frame member 10 can be received. You may make it set suitably according to the dimension along a direction. In addition, the dimension along the wall thickness direction of the pair of horizontal bars 3 and 3 described above is a dimension according to the dimension (depth dimension) along the wall thickness direction of the recess 4a.

Further, in the illustrated example, a plurality of (three in the illustrated example) intermediate vertical beams 4, 4 having the same configuration with a space in the wall width direction between the pair of vertical beams 2, 2. , 4 are provided. The number of the intermediate vertical bars 4, 4 and 4 is arranged in parallel with other intermediate pillars, etc., with an interval (or smaller than the interval between the intermediate pillars) approximately equal to the interval between the common intermediate pillars. It is good also as an appropriate number according to the dimension etc. which follow the wall width direction of the frame member 10 or the video display apparatus 9, so that it can install. In other words, the number of intermediate vertical bars 4 corresponding to the number of partition wall bases such as studs that are omitted or removed in order to install the video display device mounting apparatus 1 may be provided. Note that such an intermediate vertical cross 4 may not be provided.
Moreover, you may make it fix each of these crosspieces 2, 3, and 4 to the appropriate housing and foundation | substrate of buildings, such as a residence. Further, when the video display device mounting apparatus 1 is installed on an existing partition wall, the existing wall foundation board and the partition as the partition wall foundation are appropriately removed as necessary, and each of the bars 2, 3, 4 may be installed.

The wall base boards 5 and 7 may be general wall base boards, for example, interior base boards such as a plaster board and a rock wool board.
The video display device 9 may be a general television receiver, a video reproduction device, or the like, or may be a display (monitor) of various information devices. The video display device 9 may be a thin panel display such as a liquid crystal display, a plasma display, or an organic EL display. As such an image display device 9, the screen size and the outer peripheral dimensions (vertical dimensions and horizontal dimensions) may be standardized in several types.
On the back side of the video display device 9, a fixing portion for the columnar body 19 held by the device holding members 20 and 25 described later is provided.

As shown in FIGS. 3B and 4, the frame member 10 includes vertical frame portions 17 and 17 on both sides in the wall width direction and horizontal frame portions 18 and 18 on both upper and lower sides, and is seen in the wall thickness direction. It has a substantially rectangular frame shape. In other words, the frame member 10 defines the opening 11 by four inner peripheral surfaces including a surface facing in the vertical direction and a surface facing in the wall width direction, and the device holding members 20 and 25 and a cover described later are formed on the inner peripheral surface. The holding members 30 and 33 are fixed. The vertical dimension of the opening 11 of the frame member 10 and the dimension along the wall width direction are the vertical dimension of the video display device 9 and the dimension along the wall width direction, the device holding members 20 and 25 fixed to the inner peripheral surface, and the cover. You may make it set suitably according to the aspect of the holding members 30 and 33, etc. FIG.

Further, the recessed step portion 12 of the frame member 10 has one side in the wall thickness direction and the center side of the opening 11 (the inner side in the width direction (opening 11) side of each frame portion (the vertical frame portion 17 and the horizontal frame portion 18)). The frame member 10 is provided with a cutout shape at the inner peripheral surface side edge so as to open toward the front. That is, the recessed step portion 12 is partitioned by the step bottom surface 13 facing the one side in the wall thickness direction and the step wall surface 15 facing the center side of the opening 11.
The dimension of the concave step portion 12 along the wall thickness direction (the width dimension of the step wall surface 15) is such that the four circumferential end portions of the transparent cover member 35 can receive the four circumferential end portions described later. It is a dimension according to the dimension (thickness dimension) along the thickness direction. In the illustrated example, the dimension of the concave step portion 12 along the wall thickness direction is such that the concave step portion 12 accepts the four peripheral ends of the transparent cover member 35 and the wall thickness of the frame member 10 and the surface of the transparent cover member 35. The dimensions are such that the surface 16a as a surface facing one direction is substantially coplanar.
Further, the dimension along the width direction of each frame part (the vertical frame part 17 and the horizontal frame part 18) of the frame member 10 of the recessed step part 12 (the width dimension of the step bottom surface 13) is the four peripheral end parts of the transparent cover member 35. It is good also as an appropriate dimension from a viewpoint on appearance, etc.

In the video display device mounting structure of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the surface 5 a of the side wall base board 5 and the surface 16 a of the frame member 10 are arranged to surround the frame member 10. The frame member 10 is provided so as to be planar. Further, the one side wall base board 5 is arranged so as to abut against the frame member 10, and the surface decorative material 6 is adhered to the surfaces 16 a and 5 a of the frame member 10 and the one side wall base board 5. With such a configuration, the surface decorative material 6 such as a wall cloth is stuck in a series on the one side wall base board 5 and the surfaces 5a and 16a of the frame member 10, and a clean impression can be given.
Moreover, in this embodiment, the surface decorative material 6 is stuck on the step wall surface 15 and the step bottom surface 13 of the concave step portion 12 of the frame member 10 in a series. With such a configuration, the step wall surface 15 and the step bottom surface 13 of the concave step portion 12 of the frame member 10 and the end portion of the surface decorative material 6 can be made inconspicuous.

Moreover, in this embodiment, when it fits in the outer peripheral edge part of the frame member 10 in the opening part provided in the wall bases 2 and 3, it is on the surface as a surface which faces the wall thickness direction one side of the wall bases 2 and 3 A hook-like portion 16 to be abutted is provided. With such a configuration, it is possible to easily position the frame member 10 along the wall thickness direction with respect to the wall bases 2 and 3 by bringing the hook-shaped portion 16 into contact with the surfaces of the wall bases 2 and 3. Workability can be improved.
The hook-shaped portion 16 is provided over the entire periphery of the outer peripheral edge of the frame member 10, from the outer peripheral edge of the frame member 10 toward the outer side in the width direction (anti-opening) of the frame portions 17 and 18. It is provided to protrude. The end surface of the side wall base board 5 is abutted against the front end surface of the hook-shaped portion 16 in the protruding direction so as to surround the frame member 10.
Further, in the present embodiment, the dimension along the wall thickness direction of the hook-shaped portion 16 is set to be approximately the same as the thickness dimension of the one side wall base board 5. That is, the surface 16 a including the surface of the flange-shaped portion 16 facing one side in the wall thickness direction constitutes the surface of the frame member 10 that is flush with the surface 5 a of the one side wall base board 5. In addition, the protrusion dimension (dimension in alignment with the width direction of each frame part 17 and 18) of this hook-shaped part 16 is good also as an appropriate dimension from a viewpoint of positioning.

Further, in the illustrated example, the dimension along the wall thickness direction of the frame member 10 is set so that the end surface on the other side in the wall thickness direction of the frame member 10 is the bottom surface of the recess facing the one side in the wall thickness direction of the recess 4a of the intermediate vertical beam 4. The dimensions are such that they abut or are close to each other.
Further, in the illustrated example, the frame member 10 is composed of a plurality of members in which a frame-like member constituting the flange-like portion 16 and a frame member main body constituting the inner peripheral surface of the frame member 10 are assembled in the wall thickness direction. . Moreover, it is set as the structure which provided the notch-shaped recess into which the engagement piece part of the frame-shaped member made into the L shape was inserted in the outer peripheral surface side edge part of a frame member main body. Further, in the illustrated example, the one end face in the wall thickness direction of the frame member body constitutes the step bottom surface 13 of the concave step portion 12, and the inner peripheral surface of the frame-like member constitutes the step wall surface 15 of the concave step portion 12. The example which provided these is shown. In addition, it may replace with such an aspect and may be set as the frame member 10 with which the site | part which comprises the collar part 16 and the site | part which comprises the internal peripheral surface of the frame member 10 were united. Further, in the illustrated example, the frame member 10 is formed by framing the vertical frame portions 17 and 17 on both sides in the wall width direction and the horizontal frame portions 18 and 18 on both the upper and lower sides separately from each other. However, these may be integrally formed in a frame shape.

Further, in the present embodiment, the video display device mounting apparatus 1 is configured to include a columnar body 19 that is long on the top and bottom that is mounted on the back side of the video display device 9. In addition, the upper and lower device holding members 20 and 25 are fixed to the upper and lower inner peripheral surfaces of the frame member 10 and the upper and lower ends of the columnar body 19 are held. In addition, the upper and lower device holding members 20 and 25 and the columnar body 19 are rotatable and detachable with respect to the lower device holding member 25 so that the lower end portion of the columnar body 19 is rotatable around a shaft 27b along the wall width direction. On the other hand, the upper end portion of the columnar body 19 is held with respect to the upper device holding member 20. With such a configuration, the upper side of the video display device 9 is moved to the rear side in the wall thickness direction while the lower end portion of the columnar body 19 is held by the lower device holding member 25. The upper end portion of the columnar body 19 can be held with respect to the upper device holding member 20 by rotating around 27b. Thereby, for example, the attachment property of the video display device 9 can be improved as compared with the case where the upper and lower sides of the video display device 9 are clamped by the clamping members.

In the present embodiment, the upper and lower device holding members 20 and 25 and the columnar body 19 are connected to the upper and lower device holding members 20 and 25 fixed to the frame member 10 in the wall width direction and the wall thickness direction of the columnar body 19. The structure is adjustable. Therefore, even when there is a construction error or the like at the fixed position of the upper and lower device holding members 20 and 25 with respect to the frame member 10, the columnar body 19 with respect to the upper and lower device holding members 20 and 25, that is, the wall of the video display device 9. Position adjustment in the width direction and the wall thickness direction can be performed.

As shown in FIG. 6A, the insertion hole 21 a provided in the hanging piece portion of the fixing member 21 is an adjustment bolt that is screwed to the holding member 22 that is vertically adjusted with respect to the fixing member 21. The long shaft has a long diameter in the vertical direction so as to allow movement of the shaft portion in the vertical direction. In the example shown in the figure, the insertion hole 21 a is provided at the approximate center of the hanging piece portion of the fixing member 21 in the wall width direction.
As shown in FIG. 6A, the female screw hole 21b provided in the hanging piece portion of the fixing member 21 is provided in a burring tap shape on the hanging piece portion formed in a thin plate shape. In the illustrated example, female screw holes 21b and 21b are provided at equal intervals from the insertion hole 21a on both sides in the wall width direction of the insertion hole 21a.

The holding member 22 has a thin plate shape and is configured so that the thickness direction is arranged along the wall thickness direction. The holding member 22 is provided with a female screw hole 22a into which the adjustment bolt 23 is screwed and an insertion hole 22b through which a screw for fixing the holding member 22 to the fixing member 21 is inserted.
The female screw hole 22a is provided so as to coincide with the insertion hole 21a of the fixing member 21 when viewed in the wall thickness direction. In the example shown in the figure, the female screw hole 22a is provided in the shape of a burring tap substantially at the center of the holding member 22 in the wall width direction.
The insertion hole 22b has a long diameter in the vertical direction so that the fixing position of the holding member 22 with respect to the fixing member 21 can be adjusted in the vertical direction. Further, the insertion hole 22b is provided so as to coincide with the female screw hole 21b of the fixing member 21 when viewed in the wall thickness direction. That is, the holding member 22 is provided with the insertion holes 22b and 22b at equal intervals from the female screw hole 22a on both sides in the wall width direction of the female screw hole 22a. In addition, instead of the aspect in which the fixing member 21 and the holding member 22 are separately provided so that the position adjustment in the vertical direction can be performed as described above, these may be integrated.

The adjustment bolt 23 has a shaft insertion portion 19a at the upper end of the columnar body 19, the female insertion hole 22a of the holding member 22, and the fixing member 21 so that the head portion to be screwed is on the surface side. It is inserted in this order into the insertion hole 21a. Further, the diameter of the shaft portion of the adjusting bolt 23 is a dimension corresponding to the short diameter of the stopper insertion long hole 19a so as to suppress the vertical movement of the adjusting bolt 23 with respect to the upper end portion of the columnar body 19. It is said that.
In the present embodiment, the upper device holding member 20 is provided on the back side of the upper end portion of the columnar body 19 with the nut member 24 that suppresses the movement of the adjustment bolt 23 in the wall thickness direction relative to the upper end portion of the columnar body 19. It has a configuration.

The adjusting bolt 23 and the nut member 24 are capable of screwing (rotating) the adjusting bolt 23, and in the major axis direction of the stopper insertion long hole 19a at the upper end portion of the columnar body 19 with respect to the adjusting bolt 23 ( It is configured to allow movement along the wall width direction. The adjusting bolt 23 and the nut member 24 are configured to suppress unintended axial movement of the nut member 24 with respect to the adjusting bolt 23. That is, the nut member 24 is configured to restrain the axial movement of the adjustment bolt 23 relative to the upper end portion of the columnar body 19.
As such a configuration, for example, the nut member 24 is a so-called locking nut such as a double nut (double nut), a nut having a locking mechanism by a wedge effect, a nut having a locking mechanism by a friction ring, or the like. It is good. Instead of or in addition to such a mode, the adjustment bolt 23 itself may be a locking screw or a locking lock washer.

The upper device holding member 20 configured as described above fixes the fixing member 21 to the inner peripheral surface of the frame member 10, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a), 6 (c) and 7 (a). By fixing the holding member 22 by adjusting the position in the vertical direction with respect to the fixing member 21, the fixing member 21 is fixed to the frame member 10. Further, the adjustment bolt 23 fixed to the upper end portion of the columnar body 19 so as to allow movement in the wall width direction with respect to the female screw hole 22a of the holding member 22 of the upper device holding member 20 thus fixed. By screwing together, the upper end portion of the columnar body 19 is held by the upper device holding member 20. In addition, when the adjustment bolt 23 is screwed in a state where the upper end portion of the columnar body 19 is held by the upper device holding member 20 in this way, the shaft portion of the adjustment bolt 23 and the holding member of the upper device holding member 20 are used. 22 relatively moves in the wall thickness direction (see FIG. 7B). That is, if the adjustment bolt 23 is screwed, the position of the columnar body 19 in the wall thickness direction with respect to the upper device holding member 20 can be adjusted. If the upper body holding member 20 holds the upper end portion of the columnar body 19 and the columnar body 19 is moved along the major axis direction of the stopper insertion long hole 19a with respect to the adjustment bolt 23, the upper side The position of the columnar body 19 in the wall width direction with respect to the device holding member 20 can be adjusted (see FIG. 6D).

The lower device holding member 25 is fixed to the inner peripheral surface (the upper surface of the lower horizontal frame portion 18) facing the upper side of the frame member 10, as shown in FIGS. . In the present embodiment, the lower device holding member 25 is fixed to the frame member 10 and the fixing member 26 so that the position of the lower device holding member 25 can be adjusted in the wall thickness direction. And a holding member 27 that is detachably held around the shaft 27b.
The fixing member 26 includes a fixing piece portion that is fixed along an inner peripheral surface that faces the upper side of the frame member 10, and a rising piece that is provided so as to rise from one end portion in the wall thickness direction of the fixing piece portion. And is substantially L-shaped when viewed in the wall width direction.
The fixed piece portion is formed in a thin plate shape, and is configured to be fixed to the frame member 10 with the thickness direction along the vertical direction. The fixing piece portion is provided with an insertion hole through which a stopper such as a screw for fixing the fixing member 26 to the frame member 10 is inserted. In the illustrated example, a guide wall that suppresses movement in the wall width direction of a holding member 27, which will be described later, placed on the fixed piece portion on both sides in the wall width direction of the other portion in the wall thickness direction of the fixed piece portion. The example which provided the part is shown.

The rising piece portion is formed in a thin plate shape and is arranged with the thickness direction along the wall thickness direction. This rising piece is provided with an insertion hole 26a through which an adjustment bolt 28 screwed so as to be position-adjustable with respect to the holding member 27 in the wall thickness direction is inserted. The insertion hole 26 a has a round hole shape corresponding to the diameter of the shaft portion of the adjustment bolt 28. Further, a nut member 29 that suppresses the movement of the adjusting bolt 28 inserted through the insertion hole 26a in the wall thickness direction is provided on the back side of the rising piece. The adjustment bolt 28 and the nut member 29 can be screwed (rotated) with respect to the adjustment bolt 28 in the same manner as described above, and the nut member 29 can be moved relative to the adjustment bolt 28 in an unintended axial direction. It is set as the structure which suppresses. That is, the axial movement of the adjustment bolt 28 relative to the rising piece of the fixing member 26 is suppressed by the nut member 29.

The holding member 27 is provided with a female screw hole 27 a into which the adjustment bolt 28 is screwed and an engagement shaft 27 b that engages with the bearing concave portion 19 b at the lower end portion of the columnar body 19. In the illustrated example, the holding member 27 has a substantially rectangular thin plate shape, and includes a bottom plate portion that is placed on the fixed piece portion of the fixing member 26 with the thickness direction extending in the vertical direction. Further, the holding member 27 includes a front wall portion provided so as to rise from one end portion in the wall thickness direction of the bottom plate portion, and both side wall portions provided so as to rise from both end portions in the wall width direction of the bottom plate portion. It has a configuration. The front wall portion of the holding member 27 is provided with a female screw hole 27a in a burring tap shape. The female screw hole 27a is provided so as to coincide with the insertion hole 26a of the fixing member 26 when viewed in the wall thickness direction. In addition, the engagement shaft 27 b is provided so as to span the both side walls of the holding member 27. These both side wall portions are provided at intervals in the wall width direction, and the lower end portion of the columnar body 19 is inserted between these both side walls.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2B, the dimension along the wall width direction between the both side walls of the holding member 27 is larger than the dimension along the wall width direction of the lower end portion of the columnar body 19. The position of the columnar body 19 in the wall width direction with respect to the lower device holding member 25 can be adjusted. That is, with the engagement shaft 27b engaged with the bearing recess 19b at the lower end of the columnar body 19, the columnar body 19 is in the same direction as the axial direction of the engagement shaft 27b with respect to the lower device holding member 25. The position can be adjusted in the wall width direction.

As shown in FIGS. 6B and 7A, the lower device holding member 25 configured as described above fixes a fixing member 26 to the inner peripheral surface of the frame member 10, and this fixing member. By fixing the holding member 27 to 26, the frame member 10 is fixed. Further, by engaging the engagement shaft 27b of the holding member 27 of the lower device holding member 25 fixed in this way with the bearing recess 19b at the lower end portion of the columnar body 19, the lower end portion of the columnar body 19 is lowered. The side device holding member 25 is held so as to be rotatable and detachable about the engagement shaft 27b. At this time, as shown in FIG. 7A, the lower body holding member 25 holds the lower end portion of the columnar body 19 with the columnar body 19 tilted so that the upper end side is the front side. May be. Then, the columnar body 19 is rotated around the engagement shaft 27b so that the upper end side thereof is moved to the back side which is the other side in the wall thickness direction, and the upper end portion of the columnar body 19 is held on the upper side as described above. You may make it hold | maintain with respect to the member 20. FIG.

Further, when the adjustment bolt 28 is screwed in a state where the lower device holding member 25 holds the lower end portion of the columnar body 19 as described above, the shaft portion of the adjustment bolt 28 and the lower device holding member 25 are operated. The holding member 27 is relatively moved in the wall thickness direction (see FIGS. 2B and 7B). That is, if the adjustment bolt 28 is screw-operated, the position of the columnar body 19 in the wall thickness direction with respect to the lower device holding member 25 can be adjusted. Further, the columnar body 19 is moved along the axial direction of the engagement shaft 27b with respect to the holding member 27 of the lower apparatus holding member 25 in a state where the lower apparatus holding member 25 holds the lower end portion of the columnar body 19. By doing so, it is possible to adjust the position of the columnar body 19 in the wall width direction with respect to the lower device holding member 25 (see FIG. 2B).

It should be noted that the upper and lower device holding members 20, 25 described above are positioned on the frame member 10 such that the upper and lower device holding members 20, 25 are positioned according to the number of columnar bodies 19 attached to the back side of the video display device 9 and the position along the wall width direction. It is fixed to each of the upper and lower inner peripheral surfaces. That is, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, two sets of upper and lower device holding members 20, 25, 20, 25 are provided at equal intervals from the center of the opening 11 of the frame member 10 in the wall width direction. An example is shown.
Moreover, as a structure which enables position adjustment to the wall width direction and wall thickness direction of the upper end part of the columnar body 19 with respect to the upper side apparatus holding member 20, it is not restricted to the above aspects. For example, a female screw hole into which the adjustment bolt 23 is screwed is provided at the upper end portion of the columnar body 19, and the upper device holding member 20 is provided with a nut member or a wall width that suppresses the movement of the adjustment bolt 23 in the wall thickness direction. It is good also as an aspect etc. which provided the long hole etc. which accept | permit the movement to a direction. In addition, various structures can be employed. Similarly, various structures can be adopted for the structure that enables the position adjustment of the lower end portion of the columnar body 19 with respect to the lower device holding member 25 in the wall width direction and the wall thickness direction.
Further, the structure in which the lower end portion of the columnar body 19 is rotatably and detachably held around the shaft 27b along the wall width direction with respect to the lower device holding member 25 is limited to the above-described mode. Absent. For example, it is good also as an aspect etc. which provided the engagement shaft in the lower end part of the columnar body 19, and provided the bearing recessed part which this engagement shaft engages in the lower apparatus holding member 25. In addition, various structures can be employed.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5, the transparent cover member 35 has a substantially rectangular flat plate shape, and the dimensions along the wall width direction and the vertical direction are along the wall width direction and the vertical direction of the video display device 9. The dimensions are larger than the dimensions. The dimension of the transparent cover member 35 along the wall width direction and the vertical direction is an appropriate dimension so that the four circumferential end surfaces of the transparent cover member 35 face each other close to the four stepped wall surfaces 15 of the concave step portion 12 of the frame member 10. It is said that.
In the present embodiment, the opaque portion 37 is provided at the four peripheral ends of the transparent cover member 35 that is received in the recessed step portion 12 of the frame member 10. With such a configuration, for example, compared to a case where the entire transparent cover member 35 is transparent, the gap between the four peripheral ends of the video display device 9 and the inner peripheral surface of the frame member 10, or the frame member 10 The fixed device holding members 20 and 25 and the cover holding members 30 and 33 can be made inconspicuous.

That is, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the opaque portion 37 is provided in a quadrilateral frame shape along the four peripheral end portions of the transparent cover member 35, and the inside thereof is a transparent portion 36. The dimension of the transparent portion 36 of the transparent cover member 35 along the wall width direction and the vertical direction, and the width of the opaque portion 37 (dimensions along the width direction of the frame portions 17 and 18 of the frame member 10) are as follows. It is good also as a suitable dimension so that the video display surface of the video display apparatus 9 can be visually recognized through this. In the illustrated example, the width dimension of the opaque portion 37 is larger than the width dimension of the step bottom surface 13 of the concave step portion 12 so as to shield the gap between the four peripheral ends of the video display device 9 and the inner peripheral surface of the frame member 10. An example with large dimensions is shown.
The transparent cover member 35 is formed of an opaque material in a frame shape around the four circumferences of the transparent portion 36 formed of a transparent synthetic resin material such as an acrylic resin or a polycarbonate resin, or a transparent material such as a transparent glass material. The opaque portion 37 may be fixed. Alternatively, the transparent cover member 35 has a configuration in which an opaque portion 37 is provided by sticking an opaque sheet or performing surface treatment such as coloring or etching on the four peripheral ends of the transparent material. The upper held portions 40, 40 on both sides in the wall width direction have substantially the same configuration, and the lower held portions 45, 45 on both sides in the wall width direction have substantially the same configuration. These specific configurations will be described taking the held portions 40 and 45 on one side in the wall width direction as an example.

As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8C, the upper held portion 40 includes a base member 41 fixed to the transparent cover member 35 and a shaft 43 extending in the wall width direction with respect to the base member 41. And a lock member 42 that is rotatably held and has a locked portion 42a.
In the present embodiment, each of the base member 41 and the lock member 42 is formed in a thin plate shape along the thickness direction in the wall width direction, and on the inner side in the wall width direction of the base member 41 (opening center of the frame member 10) side. The lock member 42 is arranged.
In addition, a configuration in which a connecting shaft 43 serving as an axis along the wall width direction is provided so as to rotatably connect the one end portion in the wall thickness direction of the base member 41 and the one end portion in the wall thickness direction of the lock member 42. It is said.
The upper held portion 40 includes a biasing member 44 that biases the lock member 42 rotated in the unlocking direction (locking release direction) in the locking direction (locking direction).

The base member 41 is provided so as to protrude from the back surface of the transparent cover member 35 toward the other side in the wall thickness direction. In the present embodiment, a temporarily held piece that is temporarily held so as to be hooked on the temporary holding piece 32 of the upper cover holding member 30 at the other end in the wall thickness direction, which is the leading end of the base member 41 in the protruding direction. A portion 41a is provided. The temporarily held piece 41a is provided so as to protrude downward. Further, when the upper held portion 40 is held by the upper cover holding member 30, the locked portion 42 a of the upper held portion 40 and the locking protrusion 31 of the upper cover holding member 30 are locked. The temporary holding piece 41a is provided so as to be hooked on the temporary holding piece 32 first (see FIG. 9A). In addition, when the upper held portion 40 is held by the upper cover holding member 30, the lower end portion of the base member 41 that is one side portion in the wall thickness direction from the temporarily held piece portion 41 a is temporarily attached to the upper cover holding member 30. It is configured to be temporarily held so as to be placed in contact with the holding piece portion 32. With such a configuration, unintentional dropping of the transparent cover member 35 when the transparent cover member 35 is attached to and detached from the frame member 10 can be suppressed.
Further, a connecting portion 41 b to which one end portion of the biasing member 44 is connected is provided at the other end portion in the wall thickness direction of the base member 41. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which a connecting portion 41b is provided so as to be positioned above the temporarily held piece portion 41a.

The lock member 42 includes an arm-shaped lock piece provided so as to extend from the connecting portion with the connecting shaft 43 toward the other side in the wall thickness direction. A locked claw piece portion 42 a as a locked portion to be locked to the locking projection piece portion 31 of the upper cover holding member 30 is provided at the distal end portion of the lock piece portion.
The claw piece 42a to be locked is provided so as to protrude upward at the tip of the lock piece. That is, the latching claw piece 42a and the temporarily held piece 41a of the base member 41 are provided so as to protrude toward different sides.

Further, in the present embodiment, the locking member 42 resists the urging force of the urging member 44 due to the contact of the upper cover holding member 30 with the locking protrusion piece 31. An inclined guide surface portion that rotates in the unlocking direction (locking releasing direction) is provided. With this configuration, when the transparent cover member 35 is moved so as to be held by the frame member 10, the locked claw piece portion 42 a gets over the locking projection piece portion 31 of the upper cover holding member 30. (Refer to FIGS. 9A and 9B). Further, when the transparent cover member 35 is further moved, the urging force of the urging member 44 causes the lock member 42 to turn to the lock (locking) side, and the hooked claw piece portion 42 a moves to the upper cover holding member 30. Locked to the locking protrusion 31. In the illustrated example, the inclined guide surface portion of the locked claw piece portion 42a is an inclined surface that is inclined so as to be lowered toward the other side in the wall thickness direction.

Further, the lock member 42 includes an arm-like release operation portion 42 c provided so as to extend upward from a connection portion with the connection shaft 43.
As shown in FIGS. 8C and 9, the release operation portion 42 c is provided so as to protrude slightly above the upper end surface of the transparent cover member 35. In other words, as shown in FIG. 9C, the upper end portion (protruding direction front end portion) of the release operation portion 42 c is slightly exposed from the upper end surface of the transparent cover member 35 in a state of facing the transparent cover member 35. The structure is as follows.
Further, the release operation portion 42c is configured such that the tip end portion thereof is received in the notch-shaped recess 14 of the frame member 10 described above. As shown in FIG. 9B, the release operation portion 42 c is moved by a jig 50 inserted through a gap between the peripheral edge portion of the transparent cover member 35 and the step wall surface 15 of the concave step portion 12 of the frame member 10. Operate to push toward the other side in the wall thickness direction. As a result, the lock member 42 rotates in the unlocking direction (locking release direction) against the biasing of the biasing member 44, and the locking protrusions 31 of the upper cover holding member 30 and the locking member 42 are rotated. Locking with the claw piece 42a to be locked is released.

In addition, the lock member 42 includes a connecting portion 42b in which the other end portion of the biasing member 44 is connected to the lower end portion of the connecting piece portion provided so as to protrude downward from the connecting portion with the connecting shaft 43. It is set as the provided structure.
The urging member 44 is a tension coil that urges the connecting piece portion to pull toward the connecting portion 41b side of the base member 41 on the other side in the wall thickness direction so that the lock member 42 rotates to the lock side. It is considered as a spring. The urging member 44 is not limited to the tension coil spring, and other spring members may be employed. In this case, the lock member 42 and the base member 41 may be appropriately deformed as necessary. In addition, a stopper is provided at an appropriate position of the base member 41 to prevent the lock member 42 in the locked state from further rotating toward the lock destination side.

As shown in FIGS. 8B and 8C, the lower held portion 45 includes a base member 46 fixed to the transparent cover member 35, and a shaft 48 around the base member 46 along the wall width direction. And a locking member 47 having a locked portion 47a.
In the present embodiment, each of the base member 46 and the lock member 47 is formed in a thin plate shape along the thickness direction in the wall width direction, and on the inner side in the wall width direction of the base member 46 (the opening center of the frame member 10) side. The lock member 47 is arranged. Further, a configuration is provided in which a connecting shaft 48 serving as an axis along the wall width direction is provided so as to rotatably connect the one end portion in the wall thickness direction of the base member 46 and the one end portion in the wall thickness direction of the lock member 47. It is said. The lower held portion 45 includes a biasing member 49 that biases the lock member 47 rotated in the unlocking direction (locking release direction) in the locking direction (locking direction).

The lower held portion 45 differs from the above-described upper held portion 40 mainly in the configuration of the base member 46, and the lock member 47 is such that the lock member 41 of the upper held portion 40 is turned upside down. It is configured.
That is, the lock member 47 includes an arm-shaped lock piece provided so as to extend from the connecting portion with the connecting shaft 48 toward the other side in the wall thickness direction. It is set as the structure which provided the to-be-latched claw piece part 47a as a part.
The claw piece 47a to be locked is provided so as to protrude downward at the tip of the lock piece, and has an inclined guide surface portion substantially similar to the above. That is, it is set as the structure which provided the inclination guide surface part made into the inclined surface which inclines so that this to-be-latched claw piece part 47a may go up as it goes to the wall thickness direction other side.

In addition, the lock member 47 includes an arm-like release operation portion 47 c provided so as to extend downward from a connection portion with the connection shaft 48.
As shown in FIGS. 8C and 9, the release operation portion 47 c is provided so as to protrude slightly below the lower end surface of the transparent cover member 35. In other words, as shown in FIG. 9C, the lower end portion (protruding direction front end portion) of the release operation portion 47 c is slightly exposed from the lower end surface of the transparent cover member 35 while facing the transparent cover member 35. The structure is as follows. Similarly to the above, the release operation portion 47c is configured such that the tip thereof is received in the notch-shaped recess 14 of the frame member 10 described above. Similarly to the above, when the release operation portion 47 c is pushed by the jig 50, the locking projection piece portion 34 of the lower cover holding member 33 and the locked claw piece portion 47 a of the locking member 47 are locked. Canceled.

Further, the locking member 47 is provided with a connecting portion 47b to which the urging member 49 similar to the above is connected at the upper end portion of the connecting piece provided so as to protrude upward from the connecting portion with the connecting shaft 48. It has been configured. Similarly to the above, the urging member 49 urges the connecting piece portion to be pulled toward the connecting portion 46b side of the base member 46 on the other side in the wall thickness direction so that the lock member 47 rotates to the lock side. It is a tension coil spring. A stopper is provided at an appropriate position of the base member 46 to prevent the lock member 47 in the locked state from further rotating toward the lock destination side.

The base member 46 is hooked on the locking projection piece 34 of the lower cover holding member 33 at the tip of the piece provided so as to substantially overlap the lock piece of the lock member 47 when viewed in the wall width direction. In this way, the provisionally held piece 46a that is temporarily held is provided. The temporarily held piece 46a is provided so as to protrude downward. Further, when the lower held portion 45 is held by the lower cover holding member 33, the locked claw piece portion 47 a of the lower held portion 45 and the locking protruding piece portion 34 of the lower cover holding member 33 The provisionally held piece 46a is provided so that the hook is hooked on the locking projection piece 34 prior to locking. In the illustrated example, an example in which the temporarily holding piece 46a is provided so as to be located on the other side in the wall thickness direction with respect to the locked claw piece 47a of the lock member 47 is shown. Further, when the lower held portion 45 is held by the lower cover holding member 33, the lower end portion of the base member 46 which is one side portion in the wall thickness direction from the temporarily held piece portion 46a is the lower cover holding member. It is configured to be temporarily held so as to be in contact with and placed on the locking projection piece 34 of 33.
In addition, a connecting portion 46b to which the biasing member 49 is connected is provided at an upper side portion of the temporarily held piece portion 46a at the other end portion in the wall thickness direction of the base member 46.

The transparent cover member 35 configured as described above is a frame member so as to be fitted into the opening 11 of the frame member 10 as shown in FIGS. 8 (c) and 9 (a), 9 (b). The frame member 10 can be held by being moved substantially parallel to the opening direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 9A, the temporarily held pieces 41a and 46a of the upper and lower held portions 40 and 45 of the transparent cover member 35 are replaced with the temporary holding pieces ( Temporarily held so as to be hooked on the locking protrusions 32, 34. If the transparent cover member 35 is further moved so as to be pushed into the back side of the opening 11, the claw pieces 42 a and 47 a to be locked of the upper and lower held portions 40 and 45 of the transparent cover member 35 as described above. Is locked to the locking protrusions 31 and 34 of the upper and lower cover holding members 30 and 33. Further, when removing the transparent cover member 35 from the frame member 10, as described above, the release operation portions 42 c and 47 c of the upper and lower held portions 40 and 45 are operated by the jig 50 to release the mutual locking. Can be removed.

The cover holding members 30 and 33 on the frame member 10 side and the held portions 40 and 45 on the transparent cover member 35 side are not limited to the above-described modes, and various modifications can be made. For example, instead of the mode in which the release operation parts 42c and 47c are provided in the held parts 40 and 45 on the transparent cover member 35 side, the release operation part is provided in the cover holding members 30 and 33 on the frame member 10 side, etc. Also good.
Further, the cover holding members 30 and 33 on the frame member 10 side and the held portions 40 and 45 on the transparent cover member 35 side, and the columnar body 19 and the device holding members 20 and 25 described above are made of a hard synthetic resin material or metal. It may be formed from a system material.
Further, each of the crosspieces 2, 3, 4 and the frame member 10 may be made of a wood material. Examples of the wood-based material may include wood laminates such as plywood and LVL (single laminate), wood boards such as particle boards, wood fiber boards such as insulation boards and MDF (medium density fiber boards), and the like. . Moreover, it is not restricted to such an aspect, Each crosspiece 2, 3, 4 and the frame member 10 are good also as what was formed from the synthetic resin type material or the metal type material. The crosspieces 2, 3, 4 and the frame member 10 may be adjusted in size in advance according to the outer peripheral dimensions of the video display device 9, or may be appropriately long at the construction site. It is good also as what is adjusted.

Next, an example of a video display device mounting structure using the video display device mounting apparatus 1 having the above-described configuration and its construction procedure will be described.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 5 (b), 8 and 9, the transparent cover member 35 provided with the held portions 40, 45 on the back side is replaced with the upper and lower cover holding members 30, 33.

Further, one side wall base board 5 is fixed to one side surface of the wall bases 2 and 4 in the wall thickness direction so as to surround the frame member 10. Further, the other side wall base board 7 is fixed to the other side surface in the wall thickness direction of the wall bases 2 and 4.
Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, surface decorative materials 6 and 8 are attached to the surfaces 5 a and 7 a of the wall base boards 5 and 7. In the present embodiment, as described above, the surface decorative material 6 is attached in a series from the surface 5a of the one side wall base board 5 to the surface 16a of the frame member 10 and the step wall surface 15 and the step bottom surface 13 of the recessed step portion 12. The configuration is as follows.
In addition, the said construction procedure is only an example, and may be performed by another procedure as long as the function of each member is not inhibited.
Further, for example, a vent hole that opens in the wall surface on one side in the wall thickness direction and communicates with the space between the pair of vertical bars 2 and 2 is provided in each of the upper part and the lower part of the frame member 10. Also good.

Next, an example of a video display device mounting structure and a video display device mounting device according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
10 and 11 are diagrams schematically illustrating an example of a video display device mounting apparatus and a video display device mounting structure according to the second embodiment.
Note that differences from the first embodiment described above will be mainly described, and the same components will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted or briefly described. 10 and 11, illustration of the video display device 9, the columnar body 19, the upper and lower device holding members 20, 25, etc. is omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the video display device mounting apparatus 1 </ b> A according to the present embodiment includes a lower cover holding member 33 </ b> A provided on the frame member 10 </ b> A and a held portion 45 </ b> A provided on the transparent cover member 35 </ b> A. The aspect is mainly different from the video display device mounting apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the intermediate vertical beam 4A is provided so as to form the recess 4Aa that receives the frame member 10A so as to open toward both sides in the wall thickness direction. That is, in this embodiment, the recess 4Aa is formed by the intermediate vertical bars 4A and 4A divided in the vertical direction. That is, the space penetrating in the wall thickness direction between the intermediate vertical bars 4A and 4A divided in the vertical direction is grasped as the recess 4Aa.

Further, in the illustrated example, a partition wall base on the other side in the wall thickness direction is provided on each of the lower end surface of the upper intermediate vertical beam 4A and the upper end surface of the lower intermediate vertical beam 4A, which are the inner surfaces of the upper and lower sides of the recess 4Aa. The example which provided the cross rails 3A and 3A so that may be comprised is shown. Instead of such a mode, as in the first embodiment, these horizontal rails 3A and 3A are arranged so that only one side surface in the wall thickness direction is flush with the one side surface in the wall thickness direction of the vertical rail 2. It is good also as the aspect provided.
Moreover, in the example of a figure, the dimension along the wall thickness direction of each frame part 17A of the frame member 10A is made into a dimension larger than the said 1st Embodiment like the horizontal rails 3A and 3A. That is, the dimension along the wall thickness direction of the frame member 10A is set such that the other end face in the wall thickness direction of the frame member 10A is substantially flush with the other side surface in the wall thickness direction of the intermediate vertical rail 4A. In other words, the opening 11A of the frame member 10A is provided over the entire wall. In addition, instead of such a mode, the dimension along the wall thickness direction of the frame member 10A is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the wall base board on the other wall side in the wall thickness direction of the frame member 10A and the wall thickness direction other side wall board. It is good also as a dimension in which a clearance gap is formed between the back surface (surface which faces a wall thickness direction one side) of 7.

The lower cover holding member 33A and the held portion 45A have a configuration in which the held portion 45A is rotatably and detachably held around an axis 46A substantially along the wall width direction with respect to the lower cover holding member 33A. Has been. That is, in this embodiment, the upper end side of the transparent cover member 35A is held on the frame member 10A side so as to be able to be released by the same held portion 40 as described above, and the lower end side of the transparent cover member 35A is detachably attached to the frame member 10A side. It is configured to be hooked and held. Accordingly, in the illustrated example, an example in which the above-described notch-shaped recess 14 is not provided on the lower inner peripheral surface of the frame member 10A is shown.
Further, in the present embodiment, a hook-shaped piece projecting downward is provided on the held portion 45A of the lower end portion of the transparent cover member 35A, and the lower end portion of this piece portion is approximately in the wall width direction. An example is shown in which the engaging shaft-like portion 46A is used as a shaft along the shaft.
Further, the lower cover holding member 33A is structured to be fixed to the inner peripheral surface (the upper surface of the lower horizontal frame portion 18A) facing the upper side of the frame member 10A, and the bearing concave portion 34A that receives the engagement shaft portion 46A.
