Claims (5)
- 血管内の狭窄の重症度を評価するための装置であって:
近位部及び遠位部を含む細長いボディであり、前記細長いボディは少なくとも前記遠位部を通って延びる内腔を定め、前記内腔はその中を通るガイドワイヤの通過を可能にするようにサイズ及び形状が決められている、細長いボディ;
前記血管の内壁に接し、且つ、特に前記血管の中央に前記細長いボディを選択的にセンタリングするように作動可能である細長い変形可能な脚部を含む、前記細長いボディの前記遠位部に配置されるセンタリングアセンブリであり、前記センタリングアセンブリは、前記細長い変形可能な脚部の変位を検出するように構成されている第1のセンサを更に含む、センタリングアセンブリ;
前記センタリングアセンブリに隣接して配置される第2のセンサであり、前記第2のセンサは前記血管内の流体圧及び/又は流量を検出するように構成されている、第2のセンサ;及び
測定された圧力及び/又は流量を前記第2のセンサから受け、前記第1のセンサによって提供された測定値情報に基づいて前記血管のサイズを決定し、前記遠位部の断面積を表すデータを受け、前記遠位部のサイズに基づき且つ前記血管のサイズに基づきオフセット相関を算出し、且つ、前記オフセット相関と前記第2のセンサからの測定された流体圧及び/又は流量とを考慮に入れて狭窄の重症度の指標として前記血管に関する血流予備量比(FFR)を算出するように構成されている、処理システム;
を有する装置。 - ユーザインタフェースを更に有し、
前記ユーザインタフェースは、臨床医に対して前記FFRを表示するように構成されている、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記オフセット相関は、前記血管のサイズに対する前記遠位部のサイズの比率に基づいている、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記遠位部のサイズ及び前記血管のサイズは、直径の測定値である、
請求項3記載の装置。 - 前記細長い変形可能な脚部は、前記細長いボディにおいて細長い開口を切ることによって定められ、前記細長いボディ内の1又は複数の内腔を通って延び且つ前記遠位部に固着された引っ張りワイヤを介して変形可能である、
請求項1乃至4いずれか一項記載の装置。
