Description

The present invention relates to a dust collection facility, and more particularly to a partially replaceable dust collection facility.

Steelmaking factories, steelmaking factories, and the like generate dust-rich gas, and are therefore equipped with dust collection equipment for collecting dust locally. Among the dust collection equipment, there is a part called so-called elbow (part) in the dust collection duct (consisting of the main pipe and duct branch pipe). Until then, there is a phenomenon that the duct piping is blocked. Conventionally, in order to remove (clean) the adhering and accumulated dust, a method of attaching a manhole to a place where the elbow is easily blocked and removing the adhering and accumulated dust from the manhole has been generally used.

In addition, there is a method in which a part of the duct pipe, particularly a part of the duct branch pipe, which is easily closed is cut off and cleaned. For example, in Patent Document 1, a short pipe having an expansion portion that can be expanded and contracted is disposed in the middle of the duct branch pipe in the route direction, and the short pipe is moved (separated) in a direction orthogonal to the duct branch pipe route. A duct for collecting dust that is constructed so that a duct branch pipe can be divided using a short pipe moving means, and the short pipe is repaired and cleaned after being moved (however, it is not replaced or replaced with another pipe). There is a proposal for a cutting device.

Japanese Patent No. 5-79774

As described above, in the above-described prior art, it is indispensable to stop the dust collection equipment when cleaning or repairing any of the methods. When there was a large amount of accumulated dust in the easy part) and it was necessary to remove it, the dust collection had to be stopped for a long time.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to operate the equipment without requiring a long-time dust collection stop when a specific place in the dust collection duct needs to be cleaned due to dust accumulation or the like. The purpose is to propose a new partially replaceable dust collection facility.

Therefore, in the present invention, intensive studies have been made to realize the above object. As a result, in order to remove and clean the dust adhering to the inside of the elbow part at the extension position (dust generation position) of the duct branch pipe where dust is likely to accumulate and adhere. It is effective to make the elbow part (the free end position of the dust branch pipe) detachable in a short time (a structure that can be detached and attached) without causing long-term dust collection stoppage. I found out. That is, the separated elbow part is efficiently cleaned and repaired off-line, while another replacement-type elbow is installed instead so that the dust collection operation can be continued quickly, so-called dust collection stop time. It has been found that it is effective to use a dust collection facility that can reduce the stop time by using only the time required to replace the replaceable elbow.

That is, the present invention provides a method of overcoming the problems described above by the prior art suffer through an elbow that will be disposed in its extended position of the duct branch pipe leading to the duct main, thereunder, dusting In a dust collection facility with a dust collection hood that has an opening at a position shifted to the side and above the source, a replaceable elbow can be attached to and detached from the extended position of the duct branch pipe. state while disposed, the replacement formula elbow connecting pipe is interposed immediately below the elbow will be disposed the dust collecting hood and, said mounting Kawashiki elbow placed on the frame of the gantry in while being connected to disconnectably duct branch pipe and elbow connection pipe, the duct branch pipe, the elbow connection pipe and dust collection hood is fixed and supported through the cross-platform, and said on cross-platform preparative The replacement elbow is installed at the position. Partial replacement type dust collector of said mounting Kawashiki positioning guide which is inclined at least three upward for guiding the replaceable elbow installed position in 3-way positions surrounding the elbow is characterized in that it is fixed Propose equipment.

In addition to the above-described configuration of the present invention, it is considered that the following configuration can be a more preferable solution.
(1) The replaceable elbow has a hanging ring at the top of the straight tube portion thereof,
(2) The replaceable elbow has a plurality of annular reinforcing ribs on both sides of the suspension ring of the straight cylinder portion;
(3) The replaceable elbow has a reduced diameter portion at a lower portion in contact with the upper end of the elbow connecting pipe, and has an installation butt flange that protrudes outward at a lower end portion of the reduced diameter portion,

According to the partially replaceable dust collecting apparatus according to the present invention configured as described above, the portion near the dust generation source in the duct pipe, where the dust is particularly likely to adhere and accumulate, that is, the tip portion of the duct branch pipe. Since it was decided to attach a replaceable elbow with a structure that can be easily detached and attached (non-fixed structure), only the part that is prone to clogging due to dust accumulation is separated (removed), while another of the same type replaceable Since the elbow is mounted (attached), it becomes possible to handle the used replacement elbow that needs to be cleaned and repaired offline, and at the same time, it is simply another replacement type. Since only the elbow replacement work is required, the time for stopping dust collection can be greatly reduced.

In other words, according to the present invention, a dust collecting unit is attached by removing a replaceable elbow that has been clogged due to dust adhesion, and installing a spare (other) same type replaceable elbow while removing and cleaning the adhered dust. On the other hand, the used replacement elbow that needs to be cleaned can be cleaned off-line while the work is started. As a result, the dust collection stop time can be greatly shortened.

Further, according to the present invention, the replaceable elbow part and the stationary part (duct branch pipe, elbow connecting pipe, dust collecting hood) constituting the front and rear thereof are connected and fixed to each other, respectively. However, since it is supposed to be supported by the gantry, it is possible to easily attach and detach the replaceable elbow. Moreover, since the replaceable elbow has a suspension ring and a mounting positioning guide is attached to the mount, only the replaceable elbow is lifted and separated by a crane, and on the other hand, the mounting elbow also follows the positioning guide. Thus, the removable elbow can be easily attached and detached only by lowering.

Further, according to the present invention, the installation butt flange is provided to protrude outwardly at the lower end portion of the reduced diameter portion provided at the lower portion of the replaceable elbow. Dust that cannot be collected inside and is suspended in the atmosphere will adhere to and accumulate on the top of the flange on the outside, not on the elbow connecting pipe on the gantry side, so when removing this replaceable elbow In addition, the accumulated dust does not remain in the duct connection part, and the new replaceable elbow can be connected in a short time, and the replaceable elbow can be installed stably. can do.

FIGS. 1-4 is a figure which shows an example of suitable embodiment of this invention, and it is a dredging operation | work before charging hot metal from the blast furnace pan to the charging pan 1 and conveying it toward a desulfurization apparatus. The dust collection equipment is illustrated.

As is apparent from these drawings, the partially replaceable dust collecting apparatus according to the present invention has an extension position of duct branch pipes 3 and 3 'connected to the dust collecting duct main pipe 2 (an idle position near the dust generation source). The replaceable elbows 4 and 4 ′ are detachably connected to the end flange) at the duct flange 3a portion, and the free end portion serving as the other end of the replaceable elbows 4 and 4 ′, that is, the replaceable elbow A dust collecting hood 6, 6 ′ is connected to the lower end of the expression elbow 4, 4 ′ via a separable elbow connection pipe 5, 5 ′.

One of the characteristic configurations of the partially replaceable dust collecting apparatus according to the present invention is that both ends of the replaceable elbows 4 and 4 ′ are duct branch tubes 3 and 3 ′ and elbow connecting tubes 5 and 5 ′. Is that it can be easily attached to and detached from the dust collecting hoods 6 and 6 ′, in other words, it can be easily detached and attached.

For this purpose, in the present invention, firstly, hanging rings 8 and 8 'are attached to the replaceable elbows 4 and 4', and the replaceable elbows 4 and 4 'are simply suspended by a crane. It can be carried around. The replaceable elbows 4 and 4 'are also provided with reinforcing rib rings 9 and 9' in the vicinity of the suspension rings 8 and 8 'in order to prepare for the above-described suspension load.

In order to facilitate the attachment / detachment of the replaceable elbow 4, 4 ′ to the duct branch pipes 3, 3 ′ and the elbow connection pipes 5, 5 ′, the present invention secondly, the duct branch pipes 3, 3, 'And the elbow connecting pipes 5 and 5' and the dust collecting hoods 6 and 6 'are fixedly supported by the gantry C main body and the frames 10 and 10', while the replaceable elbows 4 and 4 'are simply described above. It is stopped from being placed in a detachable (edge-cut) state on the frame 10, 10 'of the gantry. In addition, 11 of illustration is a saddle member which supports the straight cylinder part of the duct branch pipes 3 and 3 'and the exchangeable elbows 4 and 4'.

In order to facilitate the attachment / detachment of the replaceable elbow 4, 4 ′ to the duct branch pipes 3, 3 ′ and the elbow connecting pipes 5, 5 ′, the present invention thirdly, particularly the replaceable elbow 4. In order to facilitate this operation (positioning) when installing 4 'on the frame 10, 10' of the frame, the replaceable elbow 4, 4 'on the frame 10, 10' of the frame is mounted. 3-way position surrounding, at least three, in the example shown in FIG. 2, and four upper for installation are inclined direction positioning guides 12, 12 ', ... the like Subomari under the shape of final placement It is arranged in such a way that. With this configuration, the replaceable elbows 4 and 4 ′ suspended through the suspension rings 8 and 8 ′ are lowered from above at predetermined positions along the positioning guide 12 for installation. It is possible to quickly and accurately guide the installation position, that is, the connection position with the duct branch pipes 3 and 3 ′ and the connection position with the elbow connection pipes 5 and 5 ′.

And after the final positioning of the replaceable elbows 4 and 4 ′, it is not always necessary to fix them with bolts or the like, and due to the action of their own weight and the positioning guides 12 and 12 ′ for installation, the respective connection portions are airtight. It can be installed in close contact with.

In this case, in the dust collecting equipment according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the lower part of the replaceable elbow 4, 4 ′ The diameter-reduced portion 4b is formed on the C frame 10, 10 'and the elbow connecting pipes 5, 5' in an air-tight manner and is set in a stable state. At the lower end of 4b, mounting butt flanges 4a, 4'a projecting outward are formed. Due to the presence of the butt flanges 4a, 4'a, the elbow connecting pipes 5, 5 'are not in close contact with each other and the dust does not leak out. Such a detachable connection structure is characterized in that the duct space can be maintained in an airtight state without using a fastening means such as a bolt.

And, the above-described connection structure between the replacement elbow type 4 and 4 'and the elbow connection pipes 5 and 5' removes all the dust scattered in these parts from the lower part of the replacement type elbow 4 and 4 '. In the outward step formed between the reduced diameter portion 4b and the butting flanges 4a and 4a 'provided in the dust, a lump D of dust that has been suspended in the atmosphere without being collected during operation is It becomes possible to capture at the part. As a result, when the replaceable elbow 4, 4 ′ is cut off from the frame (frame 10, 10 ′) C, the dust accumulation mass D can also be carried out together with the elbow. This means that the dust D adhering to the outside of the dust will not diffuse on the duct connection surface, so that the new replaceable elbow can be connected in a short time. doing. As a result, dust collection processing and equipment maintenance / cleaning become easier.

In this regard, in the connection structure as shown in FIG. 5 as a comparative example, that is, in the example in which the butt flange (comparative example) 5a is provided at the upper ends of the elbow connecting pipes 5 and 5 ′, the dust accumulation mass D is replaced with a replaceable elbow. At the time of separation of 4, 4 ', it remains on the upper end surface of the elbow connecting pipe 5, 5', and it takes time to remove this, which is not a good idea.

When a partially replaceable dust collection facility that conforms to the present invention is applied to a steel mill in an ironworks, the conventional facility removes only about 10 to 20% of the dust even if it takes 9 hours x 3 days to clean the dust. The metal blockage could not be prevented, and the cleaning operation reduced the desulfurization capacity of the next process by stopping dust collection and 3 days × 5 times / year = 15 days / year.

On the other hand, by adopting the dust collection equipment suitable for the present invention, the dust collection stop can be replaced within 8 hours, and the dust collection stop time can be greatly shortened and the blockage of the metal can be prevented.

The partial replacement type dust collecting equipment according to the present invention is used for collecting dust at dust sources such as ores, sand, plastics, foods, etc., in addition to the case of using iron making dust sources in the steel mills and steel factories exemplified above.
