Description

The present invention relates to a cabinet that houses electrical equipment.

An electric device such as a dishwasher or a microwave oven may be incorporated in a cabinet installed in the kitchen (see Patent Document 1).
In general, an electrical device that is assumed to be used by being incorporated in a cabinet omits makeup other than a portion that can be touched by a user's eyes. For example, in the case of a drawer-type dryer incorporated in a cabinet described in Patent Document 1, the outer surface of the housing that houses the drawer portion is a non-decorative portion.

However, there is usually no risk that the user will see a non-decorated portion of the electrical device from the gap between the electrical device and the cabinet. This is because the top plate, the side plate, the drawer, or the like of the cabinet is arranged close to the periphery of the electric equipment incorporated in the cabinet.

Japanese Patent No. 5281818

Here, a case is considered in which a top plate, a drawer, or the like is arranged on the upper side of an electric device incorporated in a cabinet, for example, for design reasons. In this case, the gap between the top surface of the casing of the electric device and the cabinet becomes large. Therefore, the top surface of the casing, which is a non-decorative portion, can be seen from this gap, which may impair the beauty.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, The main objective is to provide the cabinet which can improve aesthetics.

The cabinet according to the present invention includes two side plates facing in the left-right direction, and a cabinet in which an electric device having a casing provided with an opening / closing portion at a front portion is accommodated between the two side plates. A notch-like portion is provided at the front end of each of the two side plates, the uppermost end of the notch-like portion being higher than the position where the top of the casing is arranged, and the lowermost end is arranged with the top. A rod-shaped member disposed at a position lower than the position where the top portion is disposed over the notch-shaped portion of each of the two side plates, and the rod-shaped member and the top portion And a blindfold member that blindfolds the gap between the two.

The cabinet according to the present invention is characterized in that the blindfold member is attached to the rod-shaped member so that the vertical position of the blindfold member can be changed.

In the cabinet according to the present invention, the blindfold member is softer than the rod-shaped member, has an upward opening, and is provided with a groove extending in the left-right direction at the top. A rod-shaped blindfold projecting forward from the lower portion, the rod-shaped member being thicker than the width of the groove, and being sandwiched in the groove so as to be detachably fitted thereinto, And

The cabinet according to the present invention is characterized in that the clamping portion is harder than the blindfold.

In this invention, a blindfold member blindfolds the clearance gap between the rod-shaped member with which a cabinet is provided, and the top part of the housing | casing of the electric equipment accommodated in the cabinet. Therefore, there is no possibility that the non-decorative portion at the top of the casing of the electric device will be noticed by the human eye.

In the present invention, the vertical position of the blindfold member can be changed.
Therefore, for example, after attaching a blindfold member to a rod-shaped member arranged in the cabinet, the electrical device can be accommodated in the cabinet, and then the vertical position of the blindfold member can be adjusted. Therefore, there is no space between the rod-shaped member and the electric device, and it is particularly suitable when it is difficult to attach the blindfold member to the rod-shaped member after the electric device is accommodated in the cabinet.
Moreover, even if the blindfold member causes an unnecessary positional shift, it can be easily corrected.

In the present invention, when the rod-shaped member is fitted into the groove of the soft clamping portion, the clamping portion clamps the rod-shaped member by the elastic restoring force. Therefore, the blindfold member is attached to the rod-shaped member so that the position in the vertical direction can be changed.
The tip of the soft blind-shaped blindfold hangs down due to its own weight. Therefore, it is suppressed that a non-decoration part will be visible from the clearance gap between the front-end | tip part of a blindfold part, and the top part of the housing | casing of an electric equipment.

In the present invention, the pinching portion that is harder than the blindfolded portion has higher shape retention than the pinching portion that has a softness equal to or less than the blindfolded portion. Therefore, the sandwiching portion can securely sandwich the rod-like member by the elastic restoring force.

In the case of the cabinet according to the present invention, the non-decorative portion at the top of the casing of the electrical device is hidden, so that the aesthetics of the cabinet housing the electrical device can be improved.

The electric device 5 is accommodated in the cooking table 12. More specifically, the electrical device 5 is placed on the bottom plate 23 at a position where the casing 51 is disposed between the side plates 21 and 21 and the front plate 5b of the drawer 52 is disposed on the front side of the space between the side plates 21 and 21. Is done.
At this time, the positions of the upper surface 5a of the casing 51 and the upper end surface of the front plate 5b are lower than the uppermost end of each notch-shaped portion 2a and higher than the lowermost end.
The vertical position of the upper end surface (and the lower end surface) of the front plate 5b is equal to the vertical position of the upper end surface (and the lower end surface) of the front plate 11b of the drawer 114 provided in the stovetop 11. That is, the front plates 11b and 5b are juxtaposed in a line in the left-right direction. As a result, the design unity between the stove table 11 and the cooking table 12 is obtained, and the design of the kitchen cabinet 1 is improved.

Since the left and right side surfaces of the casing 51 are disposed close to the side plates 21 and 21, the non-decorative portion of the casing 51 is not unnecessarily exposed from the gap between the casing 51 and each side plate 21.
The lower surface of the casing 51 is spaced apart from the bottom plate 23 by interposition of a plurality of leg portions (not shown) protruding from the casing 51. However, since the user looks down on the electrical device 5 from above, the user does not see the non-decorated portion of the casing 51 through the gap between the casing 51 and the bottom plate 23.

Next, the rod-shaped member 3 will be described with reference to FIGS.
The rod-shaped member 3 has a left-right direction in the length direction and has a left-right symmetrical shape. The rod-shaped member 3 is made of metal or synthetic resin.
The rod-shaped member 3 is formed by cutting out the central portion in the length direction of an angle-shaped rod-shaped body (not shown) into a U shape. The blindfold support portion 32 is a central portion in the length direction of the rod-shaped body after the cutout, and the space forming portions 31 and 33 are non-central portions in the left-right direction of the rod-shaped body after the cutout. That is, the rod-shaped member 3 integrally has the space forming part 31, the blindfold support part 32, and the space forming part 33 in this order from the left side to the right side.

Since the structure of the space formation parts 31 and 33 is substantially the same, the space formation part 31 is demonstrated below.
The space forming portion 31 has an angle shape and includes a vertical plate portion 311 and a horizontal plate portion 312. The horizontal plate portion 312 protrudes forward from the lower end portion of the vertical plate portion 311. An angled bent portion (that is, a boundary portion between the vertical plate portion 311 and the horizontal plate portion 312) in the space forming portion 31 has a curved surface shape with a cross-sectional arc shape.

The space forming part 31 is arranged over the notched parts 11 a and 11 a of the side plates 111 and 111. At this time, the left end portions of the vertical plate portion 311 and the horizontal plate portion 312 are arranged along the peripheral edge portion of the left cutout portion 11a. Similarly, the right end portions of the vertical plate portion 311 and the horizontal plate portion 312 are arranged along the peripheral edge portion of the right cutout portion 11a.

A packing support piece 313 that protrudes downward is provided at the front end of the horizontal plate portion 312, and a packing member 314 is attached to the packing support piece 313. The length in the left-right direction of the packing support piece 313 is shorter than the length in the left-right direction of the front plate 11 c of the drawer 115 by the thickness of the side plates 111, 111. The packing member 314 closes the gap between the upper end portion of the front plate 11c and the space forming portion 31.
The packing member 116 closes the gap between the space forming portion 31 and the lower end portion of the front plate 11b of the drawer 114.

The space forming unit 31 forms a space for the user to put his / her hand in order to pull out the drawers 114, 114, and 115 from the stove table 11. The user who put his hand in this space puts his hand on the lower end portion of the front plate 11b of the drawer 114 and pulls out the drawer 114, or puts his hand on the upper end portion of the front plate 11c of the drawer 115 and puts the drawer 115 in the space. Pull out.

Next, the blindfold support part 32 will be described.
The blindfold support portion 32 has a vertical plate shape substantially the same as the vertical plate portion 311, but the vertical length is about half of the vertical length of the vertical plate portion 311. That is, the blindfold support part 32 has a shape obtained by removing the lower half of the vertical plate part and the horizontal plate part of the bar-shaped body from the above-described bar-shaped body. The length in the left-right direction of the blindfold support portion 32 is equal to the inner method between the side plates 21 and 21.

The blindfold support portion 32 is disposed across the notched portions 2a and 2a of the side plates 21 and 21. At this time, the left end portion of the blindfold support portion 32 is arranged along the peripheral edge portion of the left-side cutout portion 2a. Similarly, the right end portion of the blindfold support portion 32 is arranged along the peripheral edge portion of the right cutout portion 11a. Further, the vertical arrangement position of the lower end portion of the blindfold support portion 32 is higher than the upper surface 5 a of the electric device 5 accommodated in the cooking table 12. That is, the blindfold support portion 32 does not interfere with the electric device 5 accommodated in the cooking table 12.

If the blindfold support portion 32 does not exist (that is, the rod-shaped member 3 remains a rod-shaped body that does not have a notch in the central portion in the length direction), the electric device 5 accommodated in the cooking table 12. And the bar-shaped member 3 interfere with each other.

This problem can be solved by adopting an electric device having a smaller height instead of the electric device 5 or lowering the position of the electric device 5 by lowering or removing the bottom plate 23.
However, small electrical appliances have less tableware that can be cleaned and dried than large ones. In other words, there arises a new problem that the performance of the electric device 5 is sacrificed. Therefore, it is not possible to adopt a small electric device.
On the other hand, when the electric device 5 is lowered, the arrangement position of the front plate 5b is lower than the adjacent front plate 11c, so that the design unity between the stove table 11 and the cooking table 12 is impaired. In other words, there arises a new problem that the design of the kitchen cabinet 1 is sacrificed. Therefore, the electric device 5 cannot be lowered.

All of the above problems are solved by the blindfold support portion 32.
However, a large gap is generated between the rod-shaped member 3 and the casing 51 due to the presence of the blindfold support portion 32 (that is, the rod-shaped member 3 has a cutout at the center portion in the length direction). Since the non-decorative portion of the upper surface 5a is exposed from this gap, the appearance of the kitchen cabinet 1 is impaired if this gap is left.
Therefore, the blindfold member 4 for blindfolding the gap is attached to the blindfold support portion 32.

Next, the blindfold member 4 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, and 4 to 6.
First, the configuration of the blindfold member 4 will be described.
The blindfold member 4 is made of synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, or the like, and is softer than the blindfold support portion 32. The blindfold member 4 includes a sandwiching portion 41 and a blindfold portion 42.
The clamping part 41 is formed in a bar shape that is long in the left-right direction. The length of the clamping part 41 in the left-right direction is equal to the length of the blindfold support part 32 in the left-right direction. A groove 43 is provided on the upper portion of the sandwiching portion 41 across the left and right ends of the sandwiching portion 41. The groove 43 opens upward. The width (length in the front-rear direction) of the groove 43 is less than the thickness (length in the front-rear direction) of the blindfold support portion 32. Hereinafter, the front portion and the rear portion of the groove 43 in the sandwiching portion 41 are referred to as sandwiching pieces 411 and 412.

The sandwiching pieces 411 and 412 have a rectangular plate shape in a front view facing each other in the front-rear direction. The upper end position of the holding piece 411 is lower than the upper end position of the holding piece 412. Therefore, when the clamping part 41 is seen from the front side, the position of the groove 43 is easy to understand. The upper end surface of each of the sandwiching pieces 411 and 412 has an upward convex shape and an arcuate curved shape in the front-rear direction. In particular, the front end surface front portion of the sandwiching piece 412 has an inclined surface shape that goes down to the inside of the groove 43.

The blindfolded portion 42 has a rectangular shape in a plan view. The blindfold 42 protrudes forward from the lower part of the clamping part 41. Since the blindfold 42 is soft, it naturally bends so that the front end (front end) of the blindfold 42 is positioned below the rear end (base end).

Next, attachment of the blindfold member 4 to the blindfold support portion 32 will be described.
Attachment of the blindfold member 4 to the blindfold support portion 32 may be performed before or after the rod-shaped member 3 is attached to the stove base 11 to the sink base 13. Below, the case where the rod-shaped member 3 is already attached to the stove stand 11-the sink stand 13 is demonstrated.

The operator places the blindfold member 4 below the blindfold support portion 32 and then moves the blindfold member 4 upward to fit the lower end portion of the blindfold support portion 32 into the groove 43. At this time, due to the flexibility of the sandwiching portion 41, the sandwiching pieces 411 and 412 are forcibly separated in the front-rear direction, and the width of the groove 43 increases. When the blindfold support portion 32 is fitted, the curved surfaces of the upper end portions of the sandwiching pieces 411 and 412 function as a guide surface that guides the blindfold support portion 32 into the groove 43.

Thereafter, the lower end portion of the blindfold support portion 32 is held between the holding pieces 411 and 412 by the elastic restoring force of the holding pieces 411 and 412. As a result, the blindfold member 4 is attached to the blindfold support portion 32. However, if a downward external force is applied to the blindfold member 4, the blindfold support portion 32 easily comes out of the groove 43. That is, the fitting of the blindfold support part 32 into the groove 43 is detachable.

The vertical position of the blindfold member 4 can be changed. Therefore, the vertical position of the blindfold member 4 can be adjusted after the blindfold member 4 is attached to the blindfold support portion 32. For this purpose, the operator pushes up the blindfold support member 4 to push the blindfold support portion 32 toward the bottom of the groove 43 or pulls down the blindfold support member 4 to remove the blindfold support portion 32 from the groove 43. Pull out to the opening side of the groove 43 to such an extent that it is not.

When attaching the blindfold member 4 to the blindfold support portion 32, it is desirable to place the blindfold member 4 at a position where the lower end of the blindfold support portion 32 contacts the bottom of the groove 43. In this case, the omission of the blindfold member 4 from the blindfold support portion 32 is suppressed as compared with the case where the fitting of the blindfold support portion 32 into the groove 43 is shallow. Moreover, the space margin under the blindfold member 4 becomes large.

When the electric device 5 is placed on the bottom plate 23 before the rod-like member 3 is attached to the stove base 11 to the sink stand 13, after the electric device 5 is placed, the rod-like member 3 to which the blind member 4 is attached is provided. Next, the position of the blindfold member 4 in the vertical direction is adjusted.
On the other hand, when the electric device 5 is placed on the bottom plate 23 after the rod-shaped member 3 is attached to the stove base 11 to the sink stand 13, the blindfold member 4 is attached before the electric device 5 is placed. The rod-shaped member 3 is attached to the stove base 11 to the sink base 13, or the blind member 4 is attached to the rod-like member 3 attached to the stove base 11 to the sink base 13. Next, the electric device 5 is placed, and then the vertical position of the blindfold member 4 is adjusted.

In addition, when the separation distance between the bar-shaped member 3 attached to the stove base 11 to the sink base 13 and the electric device 5 is sufficiently long, the bar-shaped member 3 is attached to the stove base 11 to the sink base 13. In addition, the blindfold member 4 may be attached to the rod-shaped member 3 after the electric device 5 is placed on the bottom plate 23.

When the rod-shaped member 3 having the blindfold member 4 attached to the blindfold support portion 32 is attached to the stove base 11 to the sink base 13 and the electric device 5 is placed on the bottom plate 23, the blindfold portion 42 supports the blindfold. From the lower end of the part 32 to the decorative member 511 of the electric device 5 is covered. As a result, the gap between the rod-shaped member 3 and the casing 51 is hidden. Therefore, there is no possibility that the non-decorative portion of the upper surface 5a of the casing 51 is visible to the human eye. That is, the beauty of the kitchen cabinet 1 can be improved.
Since the front-end part side hangs down when the front-end part side sees from the rear-end part side, the blind-folding effect improves compared with the case where the blind-part 42 is arrange | positioned horizontally, for example.

When the blindfold member 4 is unnecessarily displaced in the vertical direction due to some external force applied to the blindfold member 4 after the kitchen cabinet 1 is manufactured, for example, the user adjusts the vertical position of the blindfold member 4 appropriately. do it.
By the way, the color of the blindfold member 4 is desirably the same as or similar to the color of the rod-shaped member 3. In this case, since the blindfold member 4 does not stand out unnecessarily, it is suppressed that the aesthetic appearance of the kitchen cabinet 1 is impaired when the blindfold member 4 is conspicuous.

In the kitchen cabinet 1 as described above, the upper surface 5a of the electric device 5 is not arranged close to the drawer 26 (or the work top of the kitchen cabinet 1). However, since the blindfold member 4 blindfolds the non-decorative portion on the upper surface 5a of the electrical device 5, it is possible to achieve both the performance of the electrical device 5 and the design of the kitchen cabinet 1 and the aesthetics of the kitchen cabinet 1. it can.

The blindfold member 4 is not limited to the structure attached to the blindfold support part 32. However, the blindfold member 4 is preferably configured to be attached to an object other than the electric device 5. This is because when the electrical device 5 is an off-the-shelf product, difficult processing for changing the configuration of the electrical device 5 is not necessary.
The blindfold member 4 is not limited to the configuration that is attached to the blindfold support portion 32 so that the vertical position can be changed. For example, the blindfold member 4 may be configured to be fixedly attached to the blindfold support portion 32 using a double-sided tape or an adhesive.

In the present embodiment, the drawer 26 is spaced apart on the upper side of the electric device 5, but is not limited thereto, and a worktop or a storage shelf with a door may be spaced apart on the upper side of the electric device 5. .

Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the configuration of the blindfold member 4 provided in the kitchen cabinet 1 including the cooking table 12 as a cabinet according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.
The kitchen cabinet 1 of the present embodiment has substantially the same configuration as the kitchen cabinet 1 of the first embodiment. Hereinafter, differences from the first embodiment will be described, and other parts corresponding to those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.

The blindfold member 4 of the present embodiment has a sandwiching portion 44 and a blindfold portion 42 that are substantially the same as the sandwiching portion 41 and the blindfold portion 42 of the first embodiment. A groove 43 is provided in the holding portion 44. The clamping part 44 has clamping pieces 441 and 442 arranged side by side in the front-rear direction.

The blindfold member 4 of the first embodiment is an integral object, and the sandwiching portion 41 and the blindfold portion 42 are as soft as the same. On the other hand, the blindfold member 4 of the present embodiment has two members made of different materials. Specifically, the clamping portion 44 is harder than the blindfold portion 42.
The hard clamping part 44 has higher shape retention than the clamping part 41 of the first embodiment. Therefore, the clamping pieces 441 and 442 clamp the blindfold support portion 32 more strongly than the clamping pieces 411 and 412. Therefore, the position shift of the blindfold member 4 or the drop-off from the blindfold support portion 32 can be more reliably suppressed.
