Description
ポリマー層を、20℃を超え、かつポリマー層に隣接するフレキシブルガラス基板の作業温度よりも低い高温に加熱するステップであって、フレキシブルガラス基板の厚みは約0.3mm以下である、ステップと;
フレキシブルガラス基板をポリマー層と一緒に上記高温で付形するステップと;
フレキシブルガラス−ポリマーラミネート構造体が非平坦構造を維持するようにポリマー層を上記高温未満に冷却するステップと
を有してなる、方法が提供される。
フレキシブルガラス基板をそこに適用されたポリマー層と一緒に付形するステップであって、フレキシブルガラス基板の厚みが約0.3mm以下である、ステップと、
フレキシブルガラス−ポリマーラミネート構造体が非平坦構造を維持するようにポリマー層を硬化させるステップと
を有してなる、方法が提供される。
Claims (6)
- フレキシブルガラス−ポリマーラミネート構造体の成形方法において:
ポリマー材料の連続フィルムを連続フレキシブルガラスリボンへ連続的に導入し、それによって、ポリマー層と当該ポリマー層に隣接するフレキシブルガラス基板とを提供するステップと、
前記ポリマー層を、20℃を超え、かつ前記ポリマー層に隣接する、厚みが0.3mm以下である前記フレキシブルガラス基板の作業温度よりも低い高温に加熱するステップと、
前記ポリマー材料の連続フィルムと前記連続フレキシブルガラスリボンとが成形装置によって受け取られるときに、前記フレキシブルガラス基板を前記ポリマー層と一緒に前記高温で付形するステップと、
前記フレキシブルガラス−ポリマーラミネート構造体が、各々が曲率半径を有する複数の湾曲部分を含む非平坦構造を維持するように前記ポリマー層を前記高温未満に冷却するステップと
を有してなる方法。 - 前記フレキシブルガラス−ポリマーラミネート構造体のガラスの総厚が、ラミネートの総厚の1/3以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー層を前記フレキシブルガラス基板にラミネートするステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ラミネートステップが、前記ポリマー層を加熱する前記ステップの最中に行われることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー層を前記フレキシブルガラス基板にラミネートする前記ステップが、前記ポリマー層を加熱する前記ステップの前に行われることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記高温が200℃未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
