Description

The present invention relates to a rail device for guiding the upper end side of a door.

Conventionally, a guide groove that is attached so as to be embedded in a concave groove provided in the upper frame member, and that slidably receives and guides an engaging portion such as a rolling portion of a runner provided at the upper end portion of the door body. A rail member provided with is known.
For example, in Patent Document 1 below, the groove width dimension of the guide groove is such that the rolling part of a relatively large suspension door runner whose dimension along the door thickness direction is comparable to the door thickness dimension can be accommodated. There is a disclosure of a configuration in which a wide upper rail is fitted into a concave groove portion of an upper frame member.
Further, in Patent Document 2 below, the groove width of the guide groove so as to accommodate a portion provided with a relatively small traveling body roller whose dimension along the door thickness direction is smaller than the door thickness dimension. There is a disclosure of an upper rail whose dimensions are narrow.

As described above, engaging portions such as various runners (running bodies) are provided at the upper end portion of the door body, and an upper rail having a width dimension provided with a corresponding guide groove is required. Therefore, there is a problem that a plurality of types of upper frame members provided with concave grooves corresponding to the upper rails having different width dimensions are required. In addition, for example, it may be possible to attach a narrow upper rail instead of the wide upper rail due to a pattern change or a failure. In such a case, it may be possible to remove the existing upper frame member and install an upper frame member provided with a groove corresponding to a new upper rail, but this is a large-scale operation. In addition, it is conceivable to attach a new upper rail to the existing upper frame member, but it is also conceivable that a gap is formed between the inner surface of the groove of the existing upper frame member.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a rail device that can easily and easily attach a narrow rail member to an upper frame member provided with a wide groove corresponding to a wide rail member. It is intended to provide.

In order to achieve the above object, a rail device according to the present invention is a rail device that is attached to an upper frame member provided with a concave groove that can be attached so that a wide rail member is embedded, and the groove of the concave groove. A narrow rail member whose dimension in the direction along the width direction is smaller than that of the wide rail member, and a spacer disposed so as to block between the narrow rail member and the inner surface of the concave groove. The spacer is arranged so as to extend along at least the opening side portion of the inner side surface of the concave groove, and the upper end of the spacer is in contact with the groove bottom surface of the concave groove; and And a closing piece that is provided so as to protrude from the lower end in a direction along the groove width direction and is arranged to contact the lower end of the narrow rail member.

The rail device according to the present invention is configured as described above, so that the narrow rail member can be easily and nicely attached to the upper frame member provided with the wide concave groove corresponding to the wide rail member. Can do.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In the following embodiments, directions such as up and down directions will be described with reference to a state in which the rail device according to the present embodiment is constructed.

FIG.1 and FIG.2 (a) is a figure which shows typically an example of the rail apparatus which concerns on this embodiment.
The rail device 1 according to the present embodiment is configured to be attached to an upper frame member 2 provided with a recessed groove 3 that can be attached so that a wide rail member 6 (see also FIG. 3) is embedded. Further, the rail device 1 has a width in which the dimension (width dimension) W2 along the groove width direction of the concave groove 3 is smaller than the dimension (width dimension) W1 along the groove width direction of the wide rail member 6. A narrow rail member 10 is provided. That is, the rail device 1 includes an upper frame member 2 provided with a wide concave groove 3 having a groove width dimension W1 corresponding to the wide rail member 6 which is larger than the width dimension W2 of the narrow rail member 10. Is attached to.

The rail device 1 may be attached so as to be embedded in the groove 3 of the existing upper frame member 2 from which the existing wide rail member 6 is removed. Moreover, when this rail apparatus 1 is replaced with the existing door body 5 (see FIG. 3) guided by the existing wide rail member 6, as shown in FIG. Instead of the wide rail member 6, it may be attached to the upper frame member 2 to guide a new door 7. That is, when the rail device 1 is required to replace the existing door body 5 with a new door body 7 when a failure occurs in the existing door body 5 or its engaging portion 5a, for example, or for a pattern change. The existing wide rail member 6 may be removed from the upper frame member 2 and attached to the upper frame member 2.
In the present embodiment, the wide rail member 6 and the narrow rail member 10 are single rails provided with a single guide groove 6a, 11, and the existing door body 5 and the new door body 7 guided by these are used. It is a folding door (see FIG. 1B).

The upper frame member 2 defines an upper side of an entrance provided so as to penetrate a wall of a building such as a residence, and constitutes a door frame. Further, in the illustrated example, the upper frame member 2 has a uniform width dimension (dimension along the wall thickness direction) over the entire length, and the vertical frame members 4 and 4 on both sides are symmetrical. However, the present invention is not limited to such a mode. For example, when the existing door body 5 and the new door body 7 are sliding doors, the width dimension of the substantially half portion in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame member 2 is varied according to the sleeve wall or the door pocket wall that divides the door pocket. Alternatively, the widths of the vertical frame members 4 and 4 may be made different from each other, or may be further provided with a neutrality or the like. Various other modifications are possible for the upper frame member 2 and the vertical frame members 4 and 4 constituting the door frame in which the existing door 5 and the new door 7 are built.

Further, the narrow rail member 10 includes guide pieces 14 and 14 that project from the lower ends of the side walls 13 and 13 in a direction facing each other and guide and support the rolling elements 8 a and 8 a of the runner 8. The projecting dimensions of these guide pieces 14, 14, that is, the dimensions along the groove width direction of the guide pieces 14, 14 from the lower ends of the side wall parts 13, 13 are the axial directions of the rolling elements 8 a, 8 a of the runner 8. It is a dimension according to the dimension along Moreover, the opening width dimension of the lower end of the guide groove 11 divided by the guide piece parts 14 and 14 is a dimension that allows the insertion of the connecting shaft along the axial direction in the vertical direction connecting the runner 8 to the door body 7. Has been.

Moreover, the dimension along the groove width direction from the inner surface of one side wall part 13 to the inner surface of the other side wall part 13 which becomes the groove width dimension of the guide groove 11 of the narrow rail member 10 is the door thickness direction of the runner 8. It is a dimension according to the dimension along Further, the dimension along the vertical direction from the bottom wall portion 12 to the guide piece portions 14, 14, which is the depth dimension of the guide groove 11 of the narrow rail member 10, is the outer diameter of the rolling elements 8 a, 8 a of the runner 8. It is the size according to.
Further, the dimension along the groove width direction from the outer side surface of one side wall portion 13 to the outer side surface of the other side wall portion 13 which becomes the width dimension W2 of the portion fitted into the concave groove 3 of the narrow rail member 10 is concave. The dimension is smaller than the groove width dimension W1 of the groove 3. In the example shown in the drawing, the width dimension W2 of the narrow rail member 10 is set to about ½ of the groove width dimension W1 of the concave groove 3.

Moreover, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure which provided the protrusion piece parts 15 and 15 which protrude in the lower end part of the both-side wall parts 13 and 13 of the narrow rail member 10 toward the groove width direction outward side, respectively. The dimension along the groove width direction of the concave groove 3 from the tip end portion of the one protruding piece portion 15 to the tip end portion of the other protruding piece portion 15 is made smaller than the groove width dimension W1 of the concave groove 3.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1A, the protruding piece portions 15 and 15 are arranged so that the upper surface of the protruding piece portions 15 and 15 is the upper side when the narrow rail member 10 is attached to the upper frame member 2. It is provided so as to be positioned below the lower surface of the frame member 2. That is, the dimension along the vertical direction from the upper surface of the projecting piece portions 15, 15 to the upper surface of the bottom wall portion 12 is made larger than the groove depth dimension D 1 of the concave groove 3.
Moreover, in the example of a figure, the lower surface of these protrusion piece parts 15 and 15 and the lower surface of the guide piece parts 14 and 14 are shown in the example made into a series of the same plane shape.
In the illustrated example, the bottom wall portion 12 of the narrow rail member 10, the lower side portions of the side wall portions 13, 13, the guide piece portions 14, 14, and the projecting piece portions 15, 15 have thickness dimensions, respectively. An example with approximately the same dimensions is shown.
The narrow rail member 10 may be integrally formed from an appropriate metal material or synthetic resin material by extrusion, casting, cutting, or the like.

Moreover, the rail apparatus 1 is provided with the spacer 20 distribute | arranged so that the space between this narrow rail member 10 and the inner surface 3b of the ditch | groove 3 may be plugged, as shown to Fig.1 (a).
In this embodiment, it is set as the structure provided with a pair of spacers 20 and 20 distribute | arranged to each of the both sides of the direction along the groove width direction of the narrow rail member 10. As shown in FIG.
These spacers 20 and 20 are provided over the entire length of the groove 3 as shown in FIG. The spacers 20 and 20 have a length dimension substantially the same as the groove length dimension of the concave groove 3 and a uniform cross-sectional shape over the entire length.

The spacers 20 and 20 are arranged along at least the opening side portions of the inner side surfaces 3b and 3b of the concave groove 3, and upper ends (upper end surfaces) 23a and 23a of the spacers 20 and 20 are formed on the groove bottom surface 3a of the concave groove 3, respectively. Each has fixed piece portions 21 and 21 to be brought into contact with each other. In addition, the spacers 20 and 20 are provided so as to protrude in the direction along the groove width direction from the lower ends of the fixed piece portions 21 and 21, and are blocking pieces disposed so as to contact the lower end portion of the narrow rail member 10. Parts 24 and 24 are provided.
That is, the spacers 20 and 20 are generally L-shaped when viewed in the longitudinal direction by the fixed piece portions 21 and 21 and the closing piece portions 24 and 24. The projecting direction of the closing piece portions 24, 24 from the surfaces (groove width direction outer side surfaces) 22a, 22a facing the inner side surfaces 3b, 3b of the recessed groove 3 of the fixed piece portions 21, 21 having the width dimension of these spacers 20, 20 In the present embodiment, the dimensions along the groove width direction to the front end surface are substantially the same. That is, the narrow rail member 10 provided between the spacers 20 and 20 is configured to be disposed so as to be positioned at the approximate center of the groove 3 in the groove width direction. The dimension obtained by adding the width dimensions of the spacers 20 and 20 is substantially the same as the dimension obtained by subtracting the width dimension W2 of the narrow rail member 10 from the groove width dimension W1 of the concave groove 3.

Further, a dimension (vertical dimension) D2 in the direction along the groove depth direction of the concave groove 3 of the spacers 20 and 20 is a dimension corresponding to the groove depth dimension D1 of the concave groove 3. In the present embodiment, the vertical dimension D2 of the spacers 20, 20 is larger than the groove depth dimension D1 of the concave groove 3. That is, the lower surfaces of the spacers 20 and 20 are positioned below the lower surface of the upper frame member 2 in a state where the upper end surfaces 23a and 23a of the spacers 20 and 20 are in contact with the groove bottom surface 3a. The protruding piece portions 15 and 15 of the narrow rail member 10 described above are configured to be in contact with or close to the lower surfaces of the closing piece portions 24 and 24 of the spacers 20 and 20. That is, the protruding pieces 15 and 15 are provided so as to cover the opening edges of the narrow grooves formed by the spacers 20 and 20. The vertical dimension D2 of the spacers 20 and 20 is substantially the same as the dimension along the vertical direction from the upper surface of the protruding piece portions 15 and 15 of the narrow rail member 10 to the upper surface of the bottom wall portion 12. The vertical dimension D2 of the spacers 20 and 20 is such that each lower surface is positioned slightly below the lower surface of the upper frame member 2 in a state where the upper end surfaces 23a and 23a are in contact with the groove bottom surface 3a. It is good also as a dimension. The vertical dimension D2 of the spacers 20 and 20 may be larger than the groove depth dimension D1 of the concave groove 3 by about 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm, for example.
Moreover, in this embodiment, these spacers 20 and 20 are made into the same size and shape mutually. In the following description, the spacer 20 on one side in the direction along the groove width direction will be described as an example.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the fixed piece portion 21 has an upper end surface 23 a abutted against the groove bottom surface 3 a of the groove 3, and a groove width direction outer surface 22 a along the inner surface 3 b of the groove 3. It is supposed to be arranged.
In the present embodiment, a fastener 9 such as a screw is obliquely attached to the upper end portion of the fixed piece portion 21 toward the corner of the groove bottom surface 3a and the inner side surface 3b of the groove 3. A stopper guide portion 23b serving as a guide in the fastening direction of the stopper 9 is provided. In the present embodiment, the upper end portion of the fixed piece portion 21 is moved toward the upper side from the upper end portion of the flat plate-like vertical piece portion 22 having the thickness direction along the groove width direction, and the groove width direction center side of the groove 3 is increased. It is set as the inclination piece part 23 made into the inclination shape toward.
The inclined piece 23 is inclined so that the surface facing the center in the groove width direction (inner inclined surface in the groove width direction) faces obliquely downward with the spacer 20 attached to the groove 3. Yes. The inclination angle of the inclined piece portion 23 with respect to the vertical piece portion 22 may be set as appropriate from the viewpoint of the groove width dimension W1 of the recessed groove 3 and the fastening workability of the fastener 9. In the illustrated example, a surface (inner side surface in the groove width direction) facing the groove width direction center side of the groove 3 of the vertical piece 22 and an inner inclined surface in the groove width direction of the inclined piece portion 23 connected to the inner side surface in the groove width direction. An example is shown in which the angle formed is approximately 135 °.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the upper end of the inclined piece part 23 used as the upper end of the fixed piece part 21 is made into the flat upper end surface 23a distribute | arranged in parallel with the groove bottom face 3a. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which a vertical surface facing the center side in the groove width direction of the groove 3 is provided at the upper end portion of the inclined piece portion 23 so as to be orthogonal to the upper end surface 23a. Moreover, the example which made this perpendicular surface substantially the same planar shape as the front-end | tip surface of the protrusion direction of the closing piece part 24 mentioned later is shown. That is, the dimension along the groove width direction from the groove width direction outer surface 22a of the vertical piece portion 22 to the protrusion direction tip of the inclined piece portion 23, and the protrusion of the closing piece portion 24 from the groove width direction outer surface 22a of the vertical piece portion 22. An example is shown in which the dimensions along the groove width direction to the front end in the direction are substantially the same. Further, in the illustrated example, an example in which the dimension along the vertical direction of the inclined piece portion 23 is smaller than the dimension along the vertical direction of the vertical piece portion 22 is shown. In addition, an example in which the thickness dimension of the inclined piece portion 23 is larger than the thickness dimension of the vertical piece portion 22 is shown.

In the present embodiment, the stopper guide portion 23 b is a stopper hole 23 b provided so as to penetrate the inclined piece portion 23. The fastener hole 23b is provided so as to penetrate the inclined piece portion 23 in the normal direction of the inclined surface on the inner side in the groove width direction of the inclined piece portion 23 which is the thickness direction thereof. In the present embodiment, the stopper hole 23b is provided so that the stopper hole 23b and the closing piece portion 24 do not overlap each other when viewed in the penetration direction of the stopper hole 23b. In the illustrated example, in the state where the spacer 20 is attached to the concave groove 3, the intersection between the extension line of the fastener hole 23 b and the lower surface of the upper frame 2 and the substantially horizontal horizontal surface is the groove width of the concave groove 3. A stopper hole 23b is provided so as to be positioned approximately in the center of the direction. That is, the entire stopper hole 23b is visible in a state where it faces the inclined surface on the inner side in the groove width direction of the inclined piece portion 23 from the substantially central portion in the groove width direction on the lower side of the concave groove 3.

Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2B, a plurality of fastener holes 23 b are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the inclined piece portion 23.
The stopper hole 23b is not limited to the one provided so as to penetrate through the inclined piece portion 23 provided in an inclined shape at the upper end portion of the fixed piece portion 21 in the thickness direction. It is good also as the fastener hole 23b provided in the upper end part of the fixed piece part 21 made so that it may penetrate diagonally. Further, the stopper guide portion 23b is not limited to such a stopper hole, and is provided along the longitudinal direction on the inner inclined surface of the inclined piece portion 23 in the groove width direction. It may be a narrow groove such as a V-shaped groove.

The closing piece 24 has a flat plate shape with the thickness direction extending in the vertical direction.
As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the closing piece portion 24 has a protruding direction front end surface at the lower end of the outer side surface of the side wall portion 13 of the narrow rail member 10 in a state where the spacer 20 is attached to the concave groove 3. It is set as the structure contact | abutted or adjoined to the part. In addition, the closing piece 24 has a configuration in which the lower surface is in contact with or close to the upper surface of the protruding piece 15 that is the lower end of the narrow rail member 10 in a state where the spacer 20 is attached to the concave groove 3. Has been. That is, the closing piece 24 is configured to be in contact with both or one of the protruding piece 15 that is the lower end of the narrow rail member 10 and the lower end of the outer surface of the side wall 13. . Further, in the illustrated example, the thickness dimension of the closing piece portion 24 is shown as being smaller than the thickness dimension of the vertical piece portion 22.

The spacer 20 may be integrally formed from an appropriate metal material or synthetic resin material by extrusion molding, casting molding, cutting, or the like, or may be formed from a wood material or the like. Also good.
Further, at least the lower surface of the spacer 20 may be the same color tone as the narrow rail member 10 or the upper frame member 2. For example, the spacer 20 may be made of the same metal material as the narrow rail member 10 so as to have the same color tone as the narrow rail member 10, or at least the lower surface is the same as the narrow rail member 10. Surface finish treatment such as sticking or painting of a decorative sheet may be performed so as to obtain a color tone. Alternatively, the spacer 20 may be formed of a solid material of the same kind of natural name wood as the upper frame material 2 so as to have the same color tone as the upper frame material 2, or at least the lower surface has the same color tone as the upper frame material 2. It is good also as what was subjected to surface finishing processing, such as sticking of a decorative sheet, and painting.

Moreover, in this embodiment, as shown to Fig.2 (a), the structure which provided the adhesive material 25 in which the peeling material 26 provided in the surface side was provided in the groove width direction outer surface 22a of the fixed piece part 21 was provided. It is said. That is, in the present embodiment, the fixed piece portion 21 of the spacer 20 is arranged so as to be along the inner side surface 3 b of the concave groove 3 via the adhesive material 25.
The adhesive material 25 may be capable of temporarily fixing the spacer 20 to the inner side surface 3b of the groove 3 or may be an appropriate adhesive material. For example, the pressure-sensitive adhesive material 25 may be a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (double-sided tape) provided with release paper as the release material 26 on the surface side.
In addition, the adhesive material 25 and the release material 26 may be provided over the entire length of the spacer 20, or may be provided at a plurality of locations at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the spacer 20. Further, in the illustrated example, the adhesive material 25 and the release material 26 are provided only on the upper portion of the outer side surface 22 a in the groove width direction of the vertical piece portion 22 of the fixed piece portion 21.

For example, the rail device 1 configured as described above may be constructed as follows.
First, a pair of spacers 20, 20 are inserted into the recessed grooves 3 of the existing upper frame member 2 from which the existing wide rail member 6 is removed, and these spacers 20, 20 are attached to the upper frame member 2. At this time, the release members 26 and 26 of the adhesive members 25 and 25 of the spacers 20 and 20 are peeled off, and the spacers 20 and 20 are temporarily fixed to the inner side surfaces 3b and 3b of the concave groove 3 by the adhesive members 25 and 25. You may make it do. And in the state temporarily fixed in this way, the stoppers 9 and 9 are guided by the stopper guide portions 23b and 23b of the inclined piece portions 23 and 23 of the spacers 20 and 20 through the inclined piece portions 23 and 23, respectively. The spacers 20 and 20 may be fixed to the upper frame member 2 by being fixed to the upper frame member 2.

Then, the narrow rail member 10 is fitted into the narrow concave groove defined on both sides in the groove width direction by the spacers 20 and 20 and attached to the upper frame member 2 by the stopper 9 as described above. Good.
In addition, before attaching the narrow rail member 10 in this way, the runner 8 connected to the upper end side of the new door 7 may be held in the guide groove 11 of the narrow rail member 10. . And after attaching the said narrow rail member 10, the connection axis | shaft of the runner 8 hold | maintained at the narrow rail member 10 is connected to the appropriate connection recessed part etc. which were provided in the upper end part of the door body 7, and a door body. 7 may be constructed.

The rail device 1 according to the present embodiment is configured as described above, so that the narrow rail member 10 can be looked good on the upper frame member 2 provided with the wide groove 3 corresponding to the wide rail member 6. Easy to install.
That is, the narrow rail member 10 in which the dimension W2 in the direction along the groove width direction of the concave groove 3 of the upper frame member 2 is smaller than that of the wide rail member 6, and the inside of the narrow rail member 10 and the concave groove 3 And a spacer 20 disposed so as to close the space between the side surface 3b. Therefore, no gap is formed between the inner surface 3b of the groove 3 of the upper frame member 2 provided with the wide groove 3 corresponding to the wide rail member 6, and the narrow rail member 10 is formed. And it can attach to the ditch | groove 3 so that the spacer 20 may be embedded. Thereby, the position shift of the narrow rail member 10 can be suppressed. Further, the upper frame member 2 can be a dual-purpose member that can be applied to both the wide rail member 6 and the narrow rail member 10 according to the width dimensions W1 and W2 of the wide rail member 6 and the narrow rail member 10. The narrow rail member 10 can be attached without using a plurality of types of upper frame members in which the concave grooves are formed. Thus, as in the example described above, the wide rail member 6 was removed without removing the existing upper frame member 2 even when the narrow rail member 10 was attached instead of the existing wide rail member 6. The narrow rail member 10 can be attached to the upper frame member 2 with good appearance. Further, since the upper frame member 2 can be a dual-purpose member that can be applied to both the wide rail member 6 and the narrow rail member 10, the productivity and handleability of the upper frame member 2 can be improved. .

In addition, the spacer 20 is disposed so as to extend along at least the opening side portion of the inner side surface 3 b of the groove 3, and the fixed piece portion 21 whose upper end (upper end surface) 23 a is in contact with the groove bottom surface 3 a of the groove 3. It has a configuration with. Accordingly, the spacer 20 is fixed in the groove 3 so that the upper end surface 23 a of the fixing piece 21 of the spacer 20 is brought into contact with the groove bottom surface 3 a of the groove 3 and along the inner surface 3 b of the groove 3. Therefore, positioning can be performed easily and workability can be improved. The spacer 20 is provided with a closing piece 24 provided so as to protrude from the lower end of the fixed piece 21 in a direction along the groove width direction and arranged to contact the lower end of the narrow rail member 10. It has a configuration. That is, the spacer 20 is generally L-shaped when viewed in the longitudinal direction composed of the fixed piece portion 21 and the closing piece portion 24. Therefore, for example, the weight can be reduced as compared with a block shape. Further, since the closing piece 24 is brought into contact with the lower end portion of the narrow rail member 10, it is possible to suppress the opening of the side wall portion 13 that defines the guide groove 11 of the narrow rail member 10. It is possible to prevent the opening width dimension of the guide groove 11 from spreading beyond a predetermined level. That is, when the runner 8 of the door body 7 slides, it is possible that the lower end side of the side wall portion 13 is expanded by the runner 8, but such expansion is blocked by the piece portion 24. be able to. Thereby, the runner 8 as an engaging part of the door 7 inserted in the guide groove 11 can be guided stably.

Further, in the present embodiment, the stopper 9 is fixed to the upper end portion of the fixed piece portion 21 of the spacer 20 in the fixing direction of the stopper 9 so that the stopper 9 is obliquely fixed toward the corner of the recessed groove 3. A stopper guide portion 23b serving as a guide is provided. Accordingly, it becomes easy to fix the stopper 9 such as a screw or a nail obliquely toward the corner of the recessed groove 3, and the mounting property of the spacer 20 can be further improved. It can be stably fixed to the frame member 2.
In the present embodiment, an inclined piece portion 23 that is inclined toward the center side in the groove width direction is provided at the upper end portion of the fixed piece portion 21, and a stop provided so as to penetrate the inclined piece portion 23 in the thickness direction. The tool hole 23b is a stopper guide part. Therefore, for example, compared with the case where a stopper hole as a stopper guide portion is provided obliquely at the upper end portion of the fixed piece portion 21 having a flat plate shape, the stopper 9 is arranged from the opening side of the groove 3. It can be easily inserted into the fastener hole 23b, and the fastening workability can be improved. It should be noted that, in place of such an embodiment in which the fastener guide portion 23b is provided, an embodiment in which a fastener guide portion that guides the fastener 9 so that the fastening direction of the fastener 9 is the vertical direction, the groove width direction, or the like is provided. Also good. For example, it is good also as an aspect which provided the horizontal piece part along the groove bottom face 3a of the ditch | groove 3 in the upper end part of the fixed piece part 21, and provided the fastener guide part in this piece part. Further, such a stopper guide portion may not be provided.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the adhesive material provided with the peeling material 26 which can peel in the surface side is provided in the surface (groove width direction outer surface) 22a which faces the inner surface 3b side of the ditch | groove 3 of the fixing piece part 21 of the spacer 20. A material 25 is provided. Therefore, the peeling material 26 of the adhesive material 25 can be peeled, and the fixing piece portion 21 of the spacer 20 can be fixed so as to be along the inner side surface 3 b of the groove 3. Further, as described above, the spacer 20 can be temporarily fixed to the inner side surface 3b of the groove 3 by the adhesive material 25, and the spacer 20 can be permanently fixed to the upper frame material 2 by the stopper 9. The sex can be further improved. Instead of such an embodiment in which the adhesive material 25 is provided on the spacer 20, the spacer 20 may be fixed (temporarily fixed) along the inner side surface 3 b of the groove 3 with an appropriate adhesive or the like. Good. Furthermore, it is good also as a structure which fixes the spacer 20 by making the fixing piece part 21 contact | abut directly to the inner surface 3b of the ditch | groove 3 without using such an adhesive agent.

Moreover, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure provided with a pair of spacers 20 and 20 distribute | arranged to each of the width direction both sides of the narrow rail member 10 at each pair. Therefore, compared with the case where the spacer 20 is provided only on one side in the width direction of the narrow rail member 10, it is possible to suppress the narrow rail member 10 from being offset toward the one side in the width direction. Can do. Thereby, the door thickness direction center of the new door body 7 guided by the wide rail member 10 and the door thickness direction center of the existing door body 5 guided by the narrow rail member 6 can be substantially matched. Also, it becomes possible to share the peripheral members of the door 7 such as a vertical frame.

In the present embodiment, the dimension (vertical dimension) D2 in the direction along the groove depth direction of the concave groove 3 of the spacer 20 is larger than the groove depth dimension D1 of the concave groove. Therefore, for example, the dimension (vertical dimension) D2 in the direction along the groove depth direction of the concave groove 3 of the spacer 20 is the same as the groove depth dimension D1 of the concave groove 3, or the groove depth dimension of the concave groove 3 It is possible to suppress the exposure of the inner side surface 3b of the groove 3 as compared with the case where it is smaller than D1. Instead of such a mode, the vertical dimension D2 of the spacer 20 may be the same as the groove depth dimension D1 of the concave groove 3, or may be smaller than the groove depth dimension D1 of the concave groove 3.

Further, in this embodiment, an example is shown in which the length dimension of the spacer 20 is substantially the same as the groove length dimension of the concave groove 3, but instead of such an aspect, the groove length of the concave groove 3 is shown. It is good also as a structure which provided the some spacer 20 made into the dimension shorter than a length dimension.
In the present embodiment, an example is shown in which the width dimensions of the pair of spacers 20 and 20 are substantially the same, but they may be different from each other. Furthermore, it is good also as a structure provided with the spacer 20 distribute | arranged only to the width direction one side of the narrow rail member 10 instead of the thing provided with a pair of spacers 20 and 20 in this way.
Further, in the present embodiment, the dimension along the vertical direction from the upper surface of the protruding piece portions 15, 15 of the narrow rail member 10 to the upper surface of the bottom wall portion 12 is made larger than the groove depth dimension D 1 of the concave groove 3. However, the present invention is not limited to such a mode. For example, the dimension along the vertical direction from the upper surface of the protruding piece parts 15, 15 to the upper surface of the bottom wall part 12 may be the same as the groove depth dimension D 1 of the groove 3. In this case, the vertical dimension D2 of the spacer 20 may be the same as the groove depth dimension D1 of the concave groove 3.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the guide piece parts 14 and 14 which guide and support the rolling elements 8a and 8a of the runner 8 are provided on the narrow rail member 10, and the narrow rail member 10 is suspended and supported by the door body 7. However, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment. For example, the guide groove 11 of the narrow rail member 10 may be configured such that the engaging portion 8 of the upper end portion of the lower load type door body 7 is slidably engaged. In this case, for example, the guide piece portions 14 and 14 may not be provided on the narrow rail member 10, and the engaging portion 8 of the door body 7 having a columnar shape or a ridge is provided in the guide groove 11. It may be accepted and guided.
In the present embodiment, the narrow rail member 10 provided with the single guide groove 11 is illustrated. However, the present invention is not limited to such a mode, and the multiple rail member 10 provided with the plurality of guide grooves 11 is illustrated. It is good. In this case, a spacer 20 may be provided between both or one of the side wall portions 13, 13 located on the outermost side in the groove width direction and the inner side surface 3 b of the groove 3.
