平面三角形状で一定厚みを有する食品の両側面から底面を被覆し得る幅を有するフィルムをその幅方向の中央部から下方に向かって二つ折りしている本体フィルム部と、この本体フィルム部の両側上端縁から本体フィルム部内に二つ折り状態となるように折り込まれ、その下端折り目を二つ折りしている上記本体フィルム部の下端折り目に対して上方に一定間隔を存して平行に配設しているガセットフィルム部とからなり、これらの本体フィルム部とガセットフィルム部との両側上端縁同士を一体に連設させている上端折り目は、両側上端縁の一端側を基端としてその基端から中央部に向かう一定長さ部分に設けられ、この上端折り目の先端から本体フィルム部とガセットフィルム部との先端に到る上端折り目は、ガセットフィルム部の先端近傍部にまで本体フィルム部と共に斜め下方に切断することによって除去されていてその切断縁部を熱融着によりガセットフィルム部と本体フィルム部との両側上端縁同士が引き剥がし可能に一体化した両側傾斜熱融着部に形成してあり、さらに、これらの両側傾斜熱融着部の下傾端から本体フィルム部の二つ折り先端部を下端折り目にまで上記両側傾斜熱融着部に直角に連なるように熱融着して縦傾斜熱融着部に形成していると共に、上記両側傾斜熱融着部を設けている傾斜切断縁部の下傾端からガセットフィルム部の先端に向かってガセットフィルム部の下端折り目に平行な水平切断縁部を設けてこの水平切断縁部とガセットフィルム部の下端折り目間の二つ折りされた先端部を開封片に形成してあり、さらに、上記両側傾斜熱融着部の下傾端をガセットフィルム部の下端折り目の先端部に達するまで設けて上記開封片の基端をこの両側傾斜熱融着部の下傾端に連設させていることを特徴とする食品包装袋。
