Description
アノード流体流れ板とカソード流体流れ板との間に置かれた膜電極組立体を有する燃料電池であって、カソード流れ板は酸化剤を膜電極組立体に運搬するための流れチャネルを画定し、流れチャネルは入口及び出口を有する、燃料電池と、
空気流を前述の入口内に生成するように構成されるプラズマ放電ファンと、を備える。
空気流を前述の入口内に生成するためのプラズマ放電ファンを配備することを含む。
Claims (9)
- 燃料電池組立体であって、
アノード流体流れ板とカソード流体流れ板との間に置かれた膜電極組立体を有する燃料電池であって、前記カソード流れ板は酸化剤を前記膜電極組立体に運搬するための流れチャネルを画定し、前記流れチャネルは入口及び出口を有する、燃料電池と、
空気流を前記入口内に生成するように構成されるプラズマ放電ファンと、を備え、
複数の前記燃料電池が積層体配置で構成され、前記積層体内の前記複数の燃料電池のための前記入口及び前記出口が、それぞれ前記燃料電池積層体の空気入口面及び空気出口面を形成し、
前記プラズマ放電ファンは前記空気入口面または前記空気出口面の上に置かれる板構造体を備え、
前記プラズマ放電ファンの前記板構造体は、前記板構造体の第1の面に近い導電性部材の第1の格子と前記板構造体の第2の面に近い導電性部材の第2の格子とを備える、燃料電池組立体。 - 前記プラズマ放電ファンは、空気流及びオゾン流の両方を前記入口内に生成するように構成される、請求項1に記載の燃料電池組立体。
- 前記プラズマ放電ファンの前記板構造体は、実質的にその全領域にわたって前記積層体空気入口面へ概して均一な空気流を送達するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の燃料電池組立体。
- 前記プラズマ放電ファンの前記板構造体は、前記導電性部材の第1の格子と前記導電性部材の第2の格子との間に置かれた空気流案内部の網状体をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の燃料電池組立体。
- 燃料電池組立体であって、
アノード流体流れ板とカソード流体流れ板との間に置かれた膜電極組立体を有する燃料電池であって、前記カソード流れ板は酸化剤を前記膜電極組立体に運搬するための流れチャネルを画定し、前記流れチャネルは入口及び出口を有する、燃料電池と、
空気流を前記入口内に生成するように構成されるプラズマ放電ファンと、を備え、
複数の前記燃料電池が積層体配置で構成され、前記積層体内の前記複数の燃料電池のための前記入口及び前記出口が、それぞれ前記燃料電池積層体の空気入口面及び空気出口面を形成し、
前記プラズマ放電ファンは前記空気入口面または前記空気出口面の上に置かれる板構造体を備え、
前記プラズマ放電ファンの前記板構造体は、前記燃料電池積層体の前記空気入口面と封印係合にある前縁を有するフレームを備え、
前記フレームは、導電性部材の第1の格子と前記第1の格子から分離された導電性部材の第2の格子とを支持し、前記第1及び第2の格子は、その間に空気流を生成するために、電極の下流格子と電極の上流格子とをそれぞれ提供するように構成されている、燃料電池組立体。 - 燃料電池組立体であって、
アノード流体流れ板とカソード流体流れ板との間に置かれた膜電極組立体を有する燃料電池であって、前記カソード流れ板は酸化剤を前記膜電極組立体に運搬するための流れチャネルを画定し、前記流れチャネルは入口及び出口を有する、燃料電池と、
空気流を前記入口内に生成するように構成されるプラズマ放電ファンと、を備え、
前記プラズマ放電ファンは、水冷却流路または前記燃料電池の燃料供給ラインにオゾン富化気体の補助的供給を提供するようにさらに構成されている、燃料電池組立体。 - 前記プラズマ放電ファンの前記領域は、複数の別々に制御可能なゾーンに分割される、請求項1に記載の燃料電池組立体。
- 通る空気流を変化させるためにパルス幅変調信号で前記プラズマ放電ファンを駆動するように構成されるコントローラをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の燃料電池組立体。
- アノード流体流れ板とカソード流体流れ板との間に置かれる膜電極組立体を有する燃料電池を冷却する方法であって、前記カソード流れ板は前記膜電極組立体へ酸化剤を運搬するための流れチャネルを画定し、前記流れチャネルは入口及び出口を有し、
空気流を前記入口内に生成するためのプラズマ放電ファンを配備することを含み、
複数の前記燃料電池が積層体配置で構成され、前記積層体内の前記複数の燃料電池のための前記入口及び前記出口が、それぞれ前記燃料電池積層体の空気入口面及び空気出口面を形成し、
前記プラズマ放電ファンは前記空気入口面または前記空気出口面の上に置かれる板構造体を備え、
前記プラズマ放電ファンの前記板構造体は、前記板構造体の第1の面に近い導電性部材の第1の格子と前記板構造体の第2の面に近い導電性部材の第2の格子とを備える、方法。
