Claims (19)
- 第1金属部品及び第2金属部品を備える鋳造用コアを備える鋳型であって、
第1金属部品及び第2金属部品が複数の溶融又は焼結された粉体金属層を含み、
第1金属部品が第2金属部品より低い融点を有し、
第2金属部品が、第1金属部品の少なくとも一部を囲み、かつ第1金属部品が除去されると鋳造用コア内の空洞を画成する、鋳型。 - 第1金属部品が、アルミニウム、ニッケル、銅、金、又は銀の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の鋳型。
- 第1金属部品が合金を含む、請求項1に記載の鋳型。
- 第2金属部品が、タングステン又はタングステン合金を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の鋳型。
- 第2金属部品が、モリブデン又はモリブデン合金を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の鋳型。
- 鋳造用コアの少なくとも一部を囲む外側のシェル鋳型をさらに含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の鋳型。
- 外側のシェル鋳型がセラミックを含む、請求項6に記載の鋳型。
- 第2金属部品が、鋳型に、1以上の、冷却する特徴部を画成するよう構成されている、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の鋳型。
- 鋳造用コアが1以上のセラミック部品を備える、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の鋳型。
- 鋳造部品を製造する方法であって、
鋳型組立体に空洞を形成するために、複数の溶融又は焼結された粉体金属層を含む第1金属部品及び第2金属部品を備える鋳型組立体から第1金属部品を除去することであって、第1金属部品が第2金属部品より低い融点を有する、除去することと、
鋳造部品を形成するために、溶融金属を、空洞の少なくとも一部に注ぎ込むことと、
第2金属部品を鋳造部品から除去すること
とを含む方法。 - 第1金属部品が、アルミニウム、ニッケル、銅、金、又は銀の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第1金属部品が合金を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第2金属部品が、タングステン又はタングステン合金を含む、請求項10乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第2金属部品が、モリブデン又はモリブデン合金を含む、請求項10乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 鋳型組立体が、溶融金属が空洞の少なくとも一部に注ぎ込まれた後に除去される外側のシェル鋳型をさらに備える、請求項10乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 外側のシェル鋳型がセラミックを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 第2金属部品を除去することが、エッチング又は酸処理の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項10乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第1金属部品を除去することが、溶融させることを含む、請求項10乃至17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第1金属部品及び第2金属部品を層ごとに付加的に形成することを含む方法であって、
(a)融着領域を形成するために、粉体床の粉体層に照射を行うステップと、
(b)粉体床の上に後続の粉体層を提供するステップと、
(c)少なくとも第1金属部品及び第2金属部品に対応する、2以上の異なる粉体組成を用いて、ステップ(a)及びステップ(b)を繰り返すステップと
を含む、請求項10乃至18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
