Claims (13)
- 磁気共鳴イメージング(MRI)システムにおける患者の生理学的モニタリングのための装置であって、
MRIシステム内に配置されかつ患者の前額部を観察するように構成されたMRI適合性を有する光学カメラと、
前記MRIシステム内に配置されかつ前記患者の前記前額部を照明するように構成されたMRI適合性を有する光源と、
前記MRI適合性を有する光学カメラからビデオ信号を受信し、該ビデオ信号の解析によって得られた生体情報の出力を与えるように構成されたプロセッサとを含み、
前記生体情報が、少なくとも、前記ビデオ信号における長手方向の画像の動きの測定から得られた呼吸データを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ビデオ信号における長手方向の画像の動きの測定が、位相相関法を用いたサブピクセルの長手方向の画像の動きの計算を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記生体情報が、前記ビデオ信号の強度変化の測定から得られた心臓のデータをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ビデオ信号の強度変化の測定が、2つ以上のカラーチャンネルの相対強度測定を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記MRI適合性を有する光源が、可視光を提供し、
前記MRI適合性を有する光学カメラが、前記可視光に対して高感度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記MRI適合性を有する光源が、赤外光を提供し、
前記MRI適合性を有する光学カメラが、前記赤外光に対して高感度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記MRI適合性を有する光源が、発光ダイオードを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサが、時間的変化を強調するように向上された画像をさらに出力するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記時間的変化が、カラーコーディングによって強調されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記時間的変化が、心臓活動に関連していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記時間的変化が、呼吸に関連していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記MRIシステムが、MRIスキャニング中に前記生体情報を明らかにするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記MRI適合性を有する光学カメラ及び前記MRI適合性を有する光源が、一体型の光源−カメラユニットとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
