Description

The present invention relates to a fitting with a ventilation function used at the entrance and exit of a bathroom and a dressing room.

As a fitting for a bathroom doorway, a folding door type or a hinged door type fitting including a frame and a door that can be opened and closed on the frame is known (for example, Patent Document 1).
In this joinery, the upper frame is composed of an upper frame member and a lower frame member that are spaced apart from each other, and a ventilation path is formed between the upper and lower frame members, below the lower frame member. Folding doors and hinged doors were arranged.
For this reason, in Patent Document 1, in the prospective direction of the joinery, at the position where the ventilation path is formed, the upper frame member, the lower frame member, and the ventilation path formed between the upper and lower frame members, The door (movable shoji) guided under the lower frame material was arranged side by side in the vertical direction.

Japanese Patent No. 4662371

However, in the upper frame portion of the joinery, since the upper frame material, the ventilation path, the lower frame material, and the door are arranged side by side in the vertical direction, the finding size (vertical size) of the upper frame portion of the joinery increases. There is a problem that the height dimension of the door (movable shoji), that is, the effective opening dimension becomes small.

An object of the present invention is to provide a joinery having a ventilation path and capable of increasing the effective opening size in the height direction.

The joinery of the present invention includes a first joinery including a first frame and a fixed shoji fixed in the first frame, and a second frame and a movable shoji provided in the second frame so as to be openable and closable. And a second joinery in the form of a continuous window, and is used at the entrance of a bathroom and a dressing room, wherein the first frame includes a first upper frame, a first lower frame, and first left and right frames The second frame has a second upper frame, a second lower frame, and left and right second vertical frames, and the fixed shoji is a panel on the upper, lower, and left and right vertical fences. The first upper frame and the second upper frame are made of a shape material having the same expected size, and the bathroom and the undressing are between the fixed shoji and the first upper frame. A ventilation path that communicates with the chamber; and a valve member that opens and closes the ventilation path; and the first upper frame includes a prospective piece and a dressing room side of the prospective piece And a lower end edge of the finding piece portion is located at the same height as the lower surface of the upper arm of the fixed shoji, or a height lower than the lower surface of the upper eyelid. The position is set.

The joinery of the present invention connects a first joinery such as a FIX window composed of a first frame and a fixed shoji, and a second joinery such as a bathroom door and a bathroom folding door composed of a second frame and a movable shoji. Constructed side by side in the form of a window, the ventilation path is formed in the first joinery. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide a ventilation path in the second fitting, and the height of the upper frame of the second fitting can be minimized, so the height dimension of the movable shoji, that is, the effective opening dimension in the height direction. Can be increased.
Moreover, since the ventilation path is formed between the first upper frame of the first fitting and the fixed shoji, the finding dimension (vertical dimension) of the upper frame portion of the first fitting can be reduced. That is, at the position where the ventilation path is formed in the prospective direction of the first joinery, the first upper frame and the fixed shoji arranged below the first upper frame are arranged in the vertical direction, and the first upper frame is placed on the upper side. Since it is not necessary to comprise with two members, a frame material and a lower frame material, the finding dimension of the upper frame part of a 1st fitting can be made small.

In the joinery of the present invention, the first upper frame includes a hanging piece portion disposed on the bathroom side of the upper arm of the stationary shoji, and a part of the ventilation path is between the hanging piece portion and the upper arm. It is preferable that the bathroom side opening of the ventilation path is formed downwardly.

According to such a configuration, since the bathroom side opening of the ventilation path is formed downward, the air taken into the bathroom side can be introduced downward and introduced into the bathroom along the fixed shoji. Can dry the bathroom surface.
Also, since the bathroom side opening of the ventilation path is formed downward, the ventilation path is covered by the hanging piece when viewed from the bathroom side, preventing water from entering the ventilation path and collecting dirt. It can be difficult. Furthermore, since it is difficult for the user to directly view the ventilation path, the design from the bathroom side can be improved.

In the joinery of the present invention, the first vertical frame includes a prospective piece portion and a finding piece portion extended from a dressing room side end portion of the prospective piece portion, and an edge of the finding piece portion is fixed to the fixed piece portion. It is preferable to set the position in the same direction as the side surface on the inner peripheral side of the shovel of the shoji or the position on the inner peripheral side of the first frame with respect to the inner surface of the chisel.

According to such a configuration, the end edge of the first piece of the first vertical frame is located at the same position as the inner peripheral surface of the vertical shaft of the fixed shoji or the inner surface of the vertical rod. Since it is set at a position on the inner peripheral side of the one frame body, when the vertical frame portion is visually recognized from the dressing room side, the vertical fold is covered with the finding piece portion, and it is difficult to visually recognize the vertical frame portion. For this reason, the designability from the dressing room side in the vertical frame part of the first fitting can also be improved.

In the joinery of the present invention, the first upper frame includes a prospective piece portion and a hanging piece portion extending downward from a bathroom side end portion of the prospective piece portion, and a lower end edge of the hanging piece portion is the fixed It is preferable that the height is set to the same height as the lower surface of the upper side of the shoji or lower than the lower surface of the upper side.

According to such a configuration, the lower end edge of the hanging piece portion is set at the same height position as the lower surface of the upper heel, or at a lower height position than the lower surface of the upper heel, so from the bathroom side When visually recognizing the first upper frame portion, the upper collar can be made difficult to visually recognize by the hanging piece portion. For this reason, the designability from the bathroom side in the upper frame part of the first fitting can also be improved.

In the joinery of the present invention, the first joinery is preferably a waist high window having a smaller height dimension than the second joinery.

That is, the first lower frame of the first joinery is arranged at a position higher than the lower frame of the second joinery, and the first vertical frame of the first joinery has a length dimension that is longer than the vertical frame of the second joinery. It has been shortened.
According to such a configuration, for example, since the first joinery is configured as a waist-high FIX window, a space that does not interfere with the first joinery can be secured below the first joinery, and a bathtub is disposed in this portion. You can also. For this reason, the arrangement | positioning freedom degree of the fitting with respect to a bathroom increases, and can respond easily to various layouts of a bathroom.

According to the joinery of the present invention, a ventilation path is provided, and the effective opening dimension in the height direction can be increased.

The holding groove portions 613, 623, 633, 643 are formed on the bathroom side with respect to the center position in the prospective direction of the upper rod 61, the lower rod 62, the vertical rod 63, and the vertical rod 64, and the holding groove portions 613, 623, 633, 643 The panel 65 to be held is also arranged offset to the bathroom side with respect to the center position of the expected direction of the fixed shoji 6. An inclined surface 611 </ b> A is formed in the hollow portion 611 of the upper collar 61, and a portion facing the hanging piece 213 is a facing piece 612.
Furthermore, the height dimension of the vertical rods 63 and 64 of the fixed shoji 6 is larger than the height dimension between the upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22 so that the fixed shoji 6 can be incorporated into the pre-framed joinery frame 20. The dimensions are short. For this reason, when the fixed shoji 6 is assembled in the joinery frame 20, a gap is generated between the upper ends of the vertical fences 63 and 64 and the upper frame 21, and a spacer 66 for filling the gap is arranged. Yes. Moreover, the edge of the vertical fences 63 and 64 on the bathroom side is arranged at a position substantially flush with the bathroom edge of the upper fence 61 and the lower fence 62. The side surfaces (surfaces of the main body portions 631 and 641) of the vertical rods 63 and 64 are the same as the edges (surfaces of the parting piece portions 235 and 245) of the finding piece portions 233 and 243 of the vertical frames 23 and 24. It is arranged at the position of the direction of finding.

[Ventilation route]
Next, the structure of the ventilation path 30 in the joinery 1 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the joinery 1 is formed by forming a ventilation path 30 only in the FIX window 2 among the FIX window 2 and the bathroom door 5 provided side by side.
The configuration of the ventilation path 30 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4, 6, and 7.
The upper frame 21 and the upper saddle 61 of the fixed shoji 6 are arranged away from each other in the vertical direction, and the ventilation that allows the bathroom and the dressing room to communicate with each other through a gap portion between the upper frame 21 and the upper saddle 61. A path 30 is formed.
The ventilation path 30 includes an undressing room side opening 31, a undressing room side path 32 that continues upward from the undressing room side opening 31, a communication path 33 that continues laterally from the undressing room side path 32, and a downward direction from the communication path 33. And a bathroom side passage 34 and a bathroom side opening 35 are provided.

The undressing chamber side opening 31 is formed between the lower end (projecting portion 216) of the finding piece portion 214 of the upper frame 21 and the lower end edge of the upper collar 61 on the undressing chamber side.
The dressing room side passage 32 is formed between the finding piece portion 214 and the upper collar 61, and the communication passage 33 is formed between the prospective piece portion 211 and the upper collar 61. In addition, since the inclined surface 611A is formed in the upper collar 61, the direction of the air flowing from the dressing room side passage 32 to the communication passage 33 changes smoothly.
In the bathroom side passage 34, the upper side is partitioned by the prospective piece portion 211, the bathroom side is partitioned by the drooping piece portion 213, and the dressing room side is partitioned by the facing piece portion 612 of the upper heel 61. The bathroom side passage 34 is formed on the bathroom side of the fixed shoji 6.
The bathroom side opening 35 is formed between the lower end of the hanging piece part 213 of the upper frame 21 and the lower end edge of the upper bowl 61 on the bathroom side.
In addition, since the ventilation path 30 is formed between the fixed shoji 6 and the upper frame 21, the undressing room side opening 31, the undressing room side path 32, and the communication path 33 are particularly located between the vertical fence 63 and the vertical fence 64. Is formed. The bathroom side passage 34 and the bathroom side opening 35 formed on the bathroom side of the valve member 25 are formed between the vertical frame 23 and the vertical frame 24.

The bearing portion 217 of the prospective piece portion 211 is provided corresponding to the substantially entire length of the upper collar 61 of the fixed shoji 6 and is rotatably attached to one end side of the valve member 25 that can open and close the ventilation path 30. . That is, the valve member 25 opens and closes the communication portion between the communication passage 33 and the bathroom side passage 34.
The valve member 25 opens and closes due to a pressure difference between the dressing room and the bathroom. When there is no pressure difference between the dressing room and the bathroom, the valve member 25 has a pressure difference as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. The mohair 251 provided on the other end side is configured to abut against the facing piece 612 of the upper collar 61 so that the ventilation path 30 is closed. The other end side of the valve member 25 that contacts the fixed shoji 6 to open and close the ventilation path 30 is not limited to the mohair 251, and a sheet material or the like may be attached to the contact surface on the other end side of the valve member 25. The other end side of the valve member 25 may be brought into direct contact with the fixed shoji 6.
On the other hand, when the pressure of the bathroom is lowered by driving the ventilation fan or the like of the bathroom with the movable shoji 4 closed, as shown by the solid line in FIG. The ventilation path 30 is opened to the side, and the air flowing into the ventilation path 30 from the dressing room side opening 31 passes through the dressing room side passage 32 and the communication passage 33, and further in the bathroom side passage 34, the hanging piece 213. And is supplied into the bathroom through the bathroom-side opening 35, whereby the bathroom is ventilated.

The present invention includes a first frame (FIX window 2) including a first frame (joint frame 20) and a fixed shoji 6 fixed in the first frame, a second frame (joint frame 50), and the first frame. A second fitting (bathroom door 5) provided with a movable shoji 4 that can be opened and closed in a two-frame body, and is a fitting 1 that is used at the entrance and exit of a bathroom and a dressing room, The first frame includes a first upper frame 21, a first lower frame 22, and left and right first vertical frames 23 and 24, and the second frame includes a second upper frame 51 and a second lower frame 52. The fixed shoji 6 is configured by attaching a panel 65 to an upper rod 61, a lower rod 62, and left and right vertical rods 63, 64, and the first upper frame 21. And the second upper frame 51 is formed of a shape material having the same expected size, and the bathroom and the first upper frame 21 are disposed between the fixed shoji 6 and the first upper frame 21. A ventilation path 30 that communicates with the clothing room and a valve member 25 that opens and closes the ventilation path 30 are provided, and the first upper frame 21 includes a prospective piece portion 211 and a dressing room side end of the prospective piece portion 211. And a lower end edge of the finding piece portion 214 is located at the same height as the lower surface of the upper collar 61 of the fixed shoji 6 or from the lower surface of the upper collar 61. Is also set at a lower height position. The joinery having such a configuration has the following effects.
A first door such as a FIX window 2 composed of a first frame (joint frame 20) and a fixed shoji 6, and a bathroom door 5 and a bathroom folding door composed of a second frame (joint frame 50) and a movable shoji 4. And the second joinery such as a window structure, and the ventilation path 30 is formed in the first joinery (FIX window 2). For this reason, it is not necessary to provide the ventilation path 30 in the second fitting (bathroom door 5), and the height of the upper frame 51 of the second fitting can be minimized. That is, the effective opening size can be increased.
Moreover, since the ventilation path 30 is formed between the first upper frame 21 of the first fitting and the fixed shoji 6, the finding dimension (vertical dimension) of the upper frame 21 portion of the first fitting can also be reduced. That is, at the position where the ventilation path 30 is formed in the prospective direction of the first fitting, the first upper frame 21 and the fixed shoji 6 arranged below the first upper frame 21 are arranged in the vertical direction. Since it is not necessary to configure the frame 21 with two members, that is, the upper frame member and the lower frame member, the size of the upper frame 21 portion of the first joinery can be reduced.
Moreover, since the number of members decreases, the horizontal line by the edge of each member reduces in the upper frame 21 part of a 1st fitting, and design property can also be improved.
Furthermore, since the ventilation path 30 is formed in the first upper frame 21 portion of the first fitting, there is no need to provide a ventilation path in the movable shoji 4 of the second fitting, and a simple and highly-designed fitting can be obtained. it can.
Moreover, since the 1st upper frame 21 and the said 2nd upper frame 51 were comprised with the shape material of the same prospective dimension, the accommodation with respect to a bathroom or a dressing room can be made shared. Further, the lower end edge of the finding piece portion 214 of the first upper frame 21 is set at the same height position as the lower surface of the upper collar 61 or at a lower height position than the lower surface of the upper collar 61. When the upper frame 21 portion is visually recognized from the room side, the finding portion of the upper collar 61 is covered with the finding piece portion 214 and is difficult to visually recognize. For this reason, the designability from the dressing room side in the upper frame 21 part of the FIX window 2 can also be improved.
Furthermore, since the valve member 25 for opening and closing the ventilation path 30 is provided, it is possible to prevent steam in the bathroom from flowing out to the dressing room side or cool air in the dressing room from flowing into the bathroom. Further, when the ventilation fan in the bathroom is operated, the ventilation efficiency can be improved by opening the valve member 25 and opening the ventilation path 30.
Here, the valve member 25 rotates to the closed side where the other end abuts against the fixed shoji 6 due to gravity, and the pressure in the bathroom becomes negative with respect to the pressure in the dressing room by operating the ventilation fan in the bathroom. For example, it is preferable that the other end is rotated to the open side away from the fixed shoji 6. In addition, as the valve member 25, what rotates by manual operation and what rotates by an appropriate drive means may be used.

More specifically, it is as follows. Since the joinery 1 is configured in the form of a continuous window of the FIX window 2 and the bathroom door 5, the ventilation path 30 is formed only in the upper frame 21 portion of the FIX window 2, and the bathroom door 5 is not provided with a ventilation path. Since there is no need to provide a ventilation path in the upper frame 51 of the door 5 and the finding dimension of the upper frame 51 can be minimized, the height dimension of the movable shoji 4, that is, the effective opening dimension can be increased.

Moreover, since the fitting 1 forms the ventilation path 30 between the upper frame 21 of the FIX window 2 and the upper ridge 61 of the fixed shoji 6, the found dimension (vertical dimension) of the upper frame 21 portion of the FIX window 2. ) Can be reduced. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, at the position where the ventilation path 30 is opened and closed by the valve member 25, the ventilation path 30 is arranged by arranging the upper frame 21, the valve member 25 (ventilation path 30), and the upper rod 61. Can be formed. For this reason, the number of members is reduced and the upper frame of the FIX window 2 as compared with the case where four members of the upper upper frame, the valve member, the lower upper frame, and the upper arm of the movable shoji are arranged as in the prior art. It is possible to reduce the size of the 21 portions.
In addition, since the number of members in the upper frame 21 portion is reduced, the horizontal lines due to the edges of the respective members are reduced, and the design can be improved in this respect.
Furthermore, since there is no need to provide a ventilation path in the joinery frame 50 of the bathroom door 5 or the movable shoji 4, the bathroom door 5 can also be a simple and highly designed fitting.

Further, the valve member 25 for opening and closing the ventilation path 30 automatically opens the ventilation path 30 when the bathroom side becomes negative pressure by operating the bathroom ventilation fan, and when the bathroom ventilation fan is stopped, gravity is applied. Thus, the ventilation path 30 can be automatically closed by rotating to the closed side. For this reason, there is no need for the user to open and close the valve member 25, which is highly convenient.
Furthermore, when the user stops the ventilation fan, such as during bathing, the ventilation path 30 is blocked by the valve member 25, so that steam in the bathroom flows out to the dressing room side, or cool air in the dressing room flows into the bathroom. It can be prevented from flowing in.
In addition, when the movable shoji 4 is closed and the ventilation fan is operated to dry the bathroom after bathing, the ventilation efficiency can be improved by automatically opening the valve member 25 and opening the ventilation path 30.

In the FIX window 2, the bathroom side passage 34 is formed between the hanging piece 213 of the upper frame 21 of the joinery frame 20 and the upper arm 61 of the fixed shoji 6. The bathroom side opening 35 can be formed downward, the air taken into the bathroom side can be introduced downward and introduced into the bathroom along the stationary screen 6, and the drying of the bathroom surface of the stationary screen 6 can be promoted.
Furthermore, the bathroom-side opening 35 of the ventilation path 30 is formed downward, so that the ventilation path 30 is covered with the hanging piece 213 when viewed from the bathroom side, preventing water from entering the ventilation path 30. It is possible to prevent dirt from accumulating. Furthermore, since it is difficult for the user to visually recognize the ventilation path 30, the design from the bathroom side can be improved.

Since the lower end edge of the finding piece portion 214 of the upper frame 21 is set at the same height as the lower surface of the upper collar 61, when the upper frame 21 portion is viewed from the dressing room side, the upper collar 61 is found. Since the part is covered with the finding piece part 214, it is difficult to visually recognize the part. For this reason, the designability from the dressing room side in the upper frame 21 part of the FIX window 2 can also be improved.
Furthermore, since the opening 31 on the dressing room 30 of the ventilation path 30 is formed downward, it is difficult for dirt to collect, and the ventilation path 30 and the valve member 25 are difficult for the user to see directly. It can be improved.

Since the lower end edge of the hanging piece 213 of the upper frame 21 is set at the same height position as the lower surface of the upper frame 61, when the upper frame 21 portion is visually recognized from the bathroom side, the finding portion of the upper frame 61 Since the valve member 25 is covered with the hanging piece 213, the valve member 25 can be hardly visually recognized. For this reason, the designability from the bathroom side in the upper frame 21 part of the FIX window 2 can also be improved.

Further, the dressing room side of the vertical rods 63 and 64 of the fixed shoji 6 is covered with the finding pieces 233 and 243 of the vertical frames 23 and 24, and the undressing chamber side of the lower frame 62 is covered with the fixed piece 223 of the lower frame 22. It is covered with. For this reason, since each heel 61, 62, 63, 64 of the fixed shoji 6 is hardly visible from the dressing room side and is hidden by the joinery frame 20, a simple design in which the heel portion is not conspicuous in the FIX window 2 Can be realized.

Furthermore, since the lower surface of the upper collar 41 of the movable shoji 4 and the lower surface of the extended piece 572 of the upper frame attachment 57 are substantially the same surface, the undressing room side of the upper collar 41 is covered with the upper frame attachment 57. it can.
Moreover, since the inner surface (surface facing the vertical rod 44) of the vertical rod 43 of the movable shoji 4 and the inner peripheral surface 534 of the vertical frame 53 are substantially the same surface, the dressing room side of the vertical rod 43 is set vertically. Can be covered with a frame 53.
Similarly, the inner surface (the surface facing the vertical rod 43) of the vertical rod 44 of the movable shoji 4 and the inner peripheral surface 544 of the vertical frame 54 are substantially the same surface. Can be covered with a vertical frame 54.
Thus, in a state in which the movable shoji 4 is closed, the door-end fence, the hanging ledge (vertical fence 43, vertical fence 44), and the upper collar 41 of each movable shoji 4 are not easily seen from the dressing room side. Since it is in a hidden state, it is possible to realize a simple design in which the heel portion is not conspicuous in the bathroom door 5.

Moreover, the upper frame 21 of the fixture frame 20 of the FIX window 2 and the dressing room side of the vertical frame 24 are covered with the wall material 11 and the wall material 14, and only the parting piece parts 215, 235, and 245 are exposed. It is.
Further, the undressing room side of the lower frame 22 of the joinery frame 20 is also covered with the window base 19, and only the fixed piece portion 223 is exposed.
Moreover, the upper frame 51 of the joiner frame 50 of the bathroom door 5 and the dressing room side of the vertical frame 53 are covered with the wall material 11 and the wall material 13, and only the parting pieces 515, 535, and 545 are exposed. It is.
Furthermore, the dressing room side of the lower frame 52 of the joinery frame 50 is also covered with the flooring 12, and only the fixed piece portion 523 is exposed.
Therefore, when the FIX window 2 and the bathroom door 5 are viewed from the dressing room side, the frames are hardly exposed, so that the design of the joinery 1 can be further improved.
In addition, the screws 16, 17, 18 for fixing the joinery 1 to the housing are arranged at positions deeper than the surfaces of the wall members 11, wall members 13, 14, and the joinery 1 is viewed from the dressing room side. Since it arrange | positions in the position which cannot be visually recognized in that case, the designability of the fitting 1 can be improved more.

Since the FIX window 2 is configured as a waist FIX window 2 having a height smaller than that of the bathroom door 5, the bathtub 110 can be disposed on the lower side of the FIX window 2. For this reason, the arrangement | positioning freedom degree of the fitting 1 with respect to a bathroom increases, and can respond easily to various layouts of a bathroom.

By cutting the lower end portion of the hanging piece 213 of the upper frame 21, the upper frame 51 can be configured. Therefore, the upper frames 21 and 51 can be manufactured with the same mold, and the cost can be reduced. Also, if the hanging piece 213 is left, a recessed groove-shaped rail portion that guides the sliding sliding door can be formed between the hanging piece 213 and the rod 61 or the upper frame attachment 57. Can also be used as an upper frame for In addition, what is necessary is just to form a protruding rail part in the surface of the lower frames 22 and 52 for the lower rail of a sliding door. Therefore, since the mold can be shared by the frame having the rail and the lower frame from which the rail is deleted, the cost can be reduced.

[Modification]
The present invention is not limited to the configuration described in the above embodiment, and modifications within a range in which the object of the present invention can be achieved are included in the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the FIX window 2 is configured as a waist high window, and the height dimension of the FIX window 2 is designed to be smaller than that of the bathroom door 5, but as shown in FIG. A joinery 1A in which a FIX window 2A having a height dimension is connected may be used.
In the case of this joinery 1A, since the FIX window 2A is disposed from the wall material 11 to the floor material 12, the bathtub 110 cannot be disposed below the FIX window 2. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 9, what is necessary is just to arrange | position the bathtub 110 away from the fitting 1A. That is, the joinery 1 </ b> A may be disposed facing the washing place 160 of the bathroom unit 100.

The expected positions of the fixed shoji 6 of the FIX window 2 and the movable shoji 4 of the bathroom door 5 may be aligned. If the expected positions of the fixed shoji 6 and the movable shoji 4 are aligned, a continuous window with a substantially flat design can be obtained.
In addition, as the joinery 1, a continuous window type joinery provided with the bathroom door 5 and the FIX window 2 was used, but instead of the bathroom door 5, a folding door was provided, and a continuous window type provided with the folding door and the FIX window. It may be used as a joiner.
Furthermore, the positional relationship between the bathroom door 5 and the FIX window 2 may be arranged opposite to the above-described embodiment, and may be set according to the layout of the bathroom or the dressing room.

The fixed shoji 6 may be unitized at the factory, transported to the construction site, and fixed to the joinery frame 20, or may be assembled at the construction site. Further, the fixed shoji 6 is not limited to the one that incorporates the panel 65 by framing the upper collar 61, the lower collar 62, and the vertical collars 63, 64, and is preliminarily formed into a panel shape without a collar material like a wall panel. May be used.

Further, the lower end edges of the finding piece portion 214 and the hanging piece portion 213 are not limited to those having the same height as the lower surface of the upper collar 61. For example, the lower end edge of the finding piece part 214 or the hanging piece part 213 may be extended to a height position below the lower surface of the upper collar 61. Further, the end edges of the finding piece portions 233 and 243 may extend to a position closer to the inner peripheral side of the joinery frame 20 than the inner side surfaces of the vertical rods 63 and 64.
