Description

The present invention relates to a door guard member that covers a lower portion of a door body.

Wheelchairs often collide with or come into contact with the front and back surfaces of sliding doors, hinged doors, folding doors, etc. in buildings such as hospitals and facilities for the elderly. Easy to get scratches and dirt. In the case of a folding door, the door body whose side edge is open is particularly easily damaged. In order to protect the door body from such a collision, it has been conventionally proposed to attach a panel material to the lower part of the finding surface of the door body (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-40288

However, the thing of the said patent document and many conventional door guard members are the structures which cover only the finding surface of a door body, and protection measures are hardly taken about the end face and the corner | angular part. In particular, in a semi-automatic sliding door of a hospital or the like, there is a very high possibility that a collision with a wooden face or a corner of a wheelchair, a cane or a shoe will occur when the door is automatically closed.

The present invention has been proposed in view of such circumstances, and its purpose is to protect not only the face of the door body but also the face and corners of the door and can be easily attached. It is to provide a member.

In order to achieve the above object, a door guard member of the present invention includes a door part covering a lower part of a front surface and a rear surface of the door body, and a door end of the door body that is bent and extended from a side edge of the door part. Panel material consisting of a mouth part covering the lower part of the surface is provided for each of the front and back sides of the door body, and these panel materials are fixed to the door body, and the finding part and the mouth part are bent. The panel material that continues through the part is attached only to the lower part of the door body, and is L-shaped in a plan view when attached to the door body, opposite to the bent part of the finding part and the mouth part. a cleavable side edge of the side, which is cut adjusted according to the door body is fixed, characterized by the this is intended to be secured to match its lower end to the lower end of the door body.

According to the door guard member of the present invention, since it has the above-described configuration, it is possible to protect not only the face of the door body but also the face and corners of the door body, and easily attach the door guard member itself. Can do.

Below, the example of the door guard member which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated based on an accompanying drawing. First, a schematic basic configuration will be described.

The door guard member 20 covers a lower part of the front end 12 of the door body 10, and a lower part of the front face 12 of the door body 10. A panel member 21 composed of a lip portion 21 b is provided for each of the front and back sides of the door body 10. Those panel members 21 are fixed to the door bodies 10 and 10A (see FIGS. 1 to 4).

According to the door guard member 20, not only the finding surface 11 of the door body 10, 10 </ b> A but also the end surface 12 and the corner portion 13 can be protected. Moreover, according to this door guard member 20, the door guard member 20 can be attached with respect to the door bodies 10 and 10A in a simple procedure.

The door body 10, 10A to which the door guard member 20 is attached includes various types such as a swing door, a sliding door, and a folding door (see FIG. 4).

Next, details of the door guard member 20 attached to the door bodies 10 and 10A will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the door body 10 shown in FIG. 1 used in the present embodiment has frame parts 15, 15, and 15 on the four peripheral parts of the finding surface 11, and has two window parts in the center. 16 and 16 are sliding doors in which a transparent material or translucent material is fitted.

Two panel members 21, 21 are attached to the front and back of the door portion of the frame portion 15 arranged on the lower side of the door body 10, respectively. Both the front and back panel members 21 and 21 are L-shaped in a plan view as shown in FIG. 1 (b), and a find part 21a that covers the surface of the frame part 15 of the door 10 and one of the find parts 21a. And a lip portion 21b covering the lip face 12 and extending from the side end of the lip. On the wood face 12 of the door body 10, the wood edges 21b and 21b of both panel members 21 and 21 are arranged adjacent to each other so as to cover about half the width of the wood face 12, and the end member 22 is further provided thereon. Is fixed by screws 26, 26 and 26 (see FIGS. 1A and 2A and 2B).

The panel material 21 is attached to the door body 10 with double-sided tape 25, 25, 25. As shown in FIG. 1A, double-sided tape 25, 25, 25 may be attached to the peripheral edge of the panel material 21 and attached to the finding surface 11. Instead of the double-sided tape 25, a push rivet 27 (see FIG. 3) composed of a core and a frame having a split groove may be used, or a fixing tool such as a nail or a screw may be used. 25 may be used in combination. The panel material 21 to be attached using the push rivet 27 will be described later with reference to FIG.

Since the two panel members 21 and 21 are attached to the front and back of the door body 10, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the plan view shape is a symmetrical L-shape, but these are individual ones. However, the same type may be used by flipping them upside down.

The panel material 21 may be transparent or translucent, or may have a color or pattern on the surface. The panel material 21 is preferably made of a hard synthetic resin material. In the example shown in the figure, the bent portion 21c between the finding portion 21a and the end portion 21b is rounded.

There is no limitation in particular about the width dimension of the panel material 21 (the finding part 21a). As shown in FIG. 1 (a), it is desirable to have a width of about several hundred mm on the door side that is easily damaged. However, even if the width is smaller, it matches the total size of the door body 10. It may be anything.

The width dimension of the lip portion 21b of the panel material 21 may be about half or less than the lip face 12 of the door body 10, but a slightly larger width assuming the door body 10 of various thicknesses. It is desirable to prepare the panel material 21 having the size of the lip portion 21b. As shown in FIG.1 (b), what is necessary is just to cut | disconnect and use the front-end | tip part of the end part 21b according to the thickness of the door body 10 on the spot etc. Of course, the side part 21a of the panel material 21 can be cut and used because the side end 21b is not coupled with the end part 21b.

The height of the panel material 21 is preferably about 200 mm to 300 mm in consideration of being attached to the lower portion of the door body 10 that is easily damaged. When attaching to the door body 10 shown in FIG. 1 (a), in consideration of aesthetics, the lower end of the panel member 21 is adjusted to the height dimension of the lower frame portion 15 of the door body 10. It is desirable to install with matching.

The thickness dimension of the panel material 21 is preferably about 0.5 mm to 2 mm, and more preferably about 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. The most desirable thickness is about 1 mm. If it is such a thin panel material 21, the cut end 21b described above can be easily cut.

On the other hand, as the end member 22, a rectangular rigid synthetic resin or metal plate that matches the width dimension of the end face 12 is used. In addition, since the joint of both the end parts 21b and 21b appears on the surface side of the end face 12, when the end member 22 is made of synthetic resin, the end parts 22b and 21b and the joint are transparent in consideration of aesthetics. It is desirable to use opaque things that cannot be seen. The thickness dimension of the end member 22 is desirably 2 mm or less so as not to hinder the opening and closing of the door body 10. In addition, screw holes 22a, 22a, and 22a are formed at three locations in the vertical direction in the center of the end member 22 in the width direction.

According to such a door guard member 20, since the planar view shape of the panel material 21 is L-shaped, the same thing is cut and adjusted regardless of the finding size and thickness of the target door body 10. And can be easily installed on site.

Moreover, since the panel material 21 is L-shaped, in the lower part of the door body 10, there is one finding surface 11, one end surface 12, the other finding surface 11, and between the finding surface 11 and the end surface 12. The corner 13 can be protected by using two panel members 21, 21. If the two panel materials 21 and 21 are attached to the door-end side as shown in this figure, the door-end portion of the door body 10 that is most easily damaged by the person entering and exiting can be protected. Of course, you may attach the panel material 21 also to the door butt side.

Moreover, the panel material 21 may have the mouth part 21b in the both ends of the width direction so that both the front-end | tip and the door-end both mouth end surfaces 12 can be protected with the one panel material 21. FIG. If the panel material 21 having the finding portion 21a of the same size corresponding to a general door body 10 having a finding size of about 900 mm and the two end portions 21b is formed, the panel member 21 can The material 21 can be easily and easily attached by fitting.

Furthermore, since the panel material 21 of the present embodiment is L-shaped, it is not necessary to perform horizontal alignment by attaching the end portion 21b so as to be hooked on the end surface 12, and attachment can be facilitated.

Further, since the two end portions 21b and 21b of the panel members 21 and 21 cover one end portion 12 half by half, it is not necessary to overlap two ends on the end portion 12, and therefore the end surface 12 There is no risk of swelling thick. Of course, when the panel material 21 is formed of a thin material, the two end portions 21b and 21b may be arranged on the end surface 12 so as to overlap each other.

Further, since the end portions 22 cover the end portions 21b and 21b arranged on the end surface 12, the use of the opaque end member 22 exposes the joint between the end portions 21b and 21b. Can be prevented. Furthermore, the end member 22 can firmly fix the end portions 21 b and 21 b to the end surface 12. Since the end member 22 is stacked on the end portions 21b and 21b, the protection of the end surface 12 which is easily damaged can be strengthened.

As described above, the panel member 21 may be attached to the door body 10 using a fixture such as a push rivet 27. FIGS. 3A and 3B are explanatory views showing an example of the panel material 21 that can be attached by a fixture.

The panel material 21 uses a double-sided tape 25 on the upper and lower sides of the finding portion 21a for attaching the door body 10 to the finding surface 11, but push rivets 27 are used on both side ends of the finding portion 21a. It has become.

Specifically, the panel member 21 has a plurality of insertion holes 21aa,... Through which fixing tools such as push rivets 27 and screws for fixing to the door body 10 are inserted at both side ends of the finding portion 21a. Each is formed in one upper and lower row. The panel members 21 and 21 are used with the same shape being turned upside down with respect to each other, and the corresponding insertion holes 21aa when they are opposed to each other as shown in FIG. Are formed with insertion holes 21aa,... (See FIG. 3B). In addition, 10a in FIG.3 (b) is the surface material provided in the finding surface 11 of the door body 10 for fixing the push rivet 27. FIG.

Thus, since both panel materials 21 and 21 are formed with insertion holes 21aa,... Having different height positions, fixtures such as push rivets 27 inserted through the front and back insertion holes 21aa and 21aa are provided. Contact can be prevented (see FIG. 3B). Since it is necessary to prevent the front and back fixtures 12 and 12 from coming into contact with each other, it is desirable that the front and back insertion holes 11 and 11 are not separated from each other so that the whole hole does not overlap in the vertical direction.

Next, the manner in which the door guard member 20 is attached to the folding door will be described with reference to FIG.

The folding door shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B is a folding door 30 in which a set of two door bodies 10A and 10B are rotatably connected to each other and attached to a door frame. This folding door 30 is used, for example, for elderly facilities, general dwelling units, public toilets for wheelchairs, and the like.

The door body 10B having the smaller width dimension of the folding door 30 has one side end edge hinged to one (right side in FIG. 4) of the vertical frame 41 and the other side end edge having a larger width dimension. The door body 10 </ b> A is connected to one side edge of the door body 10 </ b> A so as to be rotatable with a connecting member 31 provided at the top and bottom. The upper and lower connecting members 31 are internally provided with a set of gears (not shown) that mesh with each other.

The other side edge (the left side edge in FIGS. 4A and 4B) of the door body 10A having the larger width dimension is opened, and the two door bodies 10A and 10B are folded. The folding door 30 is opened. Note that the side edges of the two door bodies 10A and 10B that are connected to each other are formed in a curved shape in plan view so that they can easily rotate with each other (see FIG. 4B).

As shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the panel material 21 is attached to the door end side of the front and back finding surfaces 11 and 11 of the door body 10A having a large width dimension (hereinafter simply referred to as the door body 10A). Furthermore, the end member 22 is attached to the top surface 12 from above the top portion 21b.

The door body 10A of such a folding door 30 has a high possibility of contact with a person or the like because its movement is both rotation and slide. Therefore, the door guard member 20 effectively acts as a protective material. Attachment of the door guard member 20 to the existing folding door 30 can be easily performed as described above because the panel material 21 is L-shaped.

In addition, in the case of such a folding door 30, even if one of the finding surfaces 11 is the door bottom side portion, as illustrated in FIG. It is desirable to attach the panel material 21 having the finding portion 21a having a large width dimension. Moreover, you may vary the width dimension of the panel materials 21 and 21 of the front and back like the example of a figure.
