Description
Claims (5)
- 冷却されるべき食品又は飲料を受け入れるための缶内にそれぞれ固定される複数の熱交換ユニットに圧力下のガスを同時に装填するための装置であって、前記熱交換ユニットが内部に圧縮吸着剤材料を有し、前記装置が、
冷却トンネルと、
前記冷却トンネルを通して冷媒を連続的に流し、前記冷却トンネル内部の温度を摂氏5度に維持するために前記冷却トンネルに接続される冷媒源と、
その上に位置決めされる複数のパックを有するコンベヤ床と、
前記パックのそれぞれの上に個々に装着される、前記熱交換ユニットを内部にそれぞれ有する複数の缶であって、前記コンベヤ床が前記冷却トンネル内に移動可能に位置決めされる、缶と、
前記圧縮吸着剤材料によって吸着されるように、圧力下のガスを前記熱交換ユニットの少なくとも一部に注入するために前記熱交換ユニットの少なくとも一部と同時に係合するように位置決めされる、前記冷却トンネル内の複数のガス装填ヘッドシリンダと、
前記複数のガス装填ヘッドシリンダに接続される圧力下のガス源と、
を備え、
前記ガス装填ヘッドシリンダが、前記熱交換ユニットの少なくとも一部に同時に接続され、前記熱交換ユニットの少なくとも一部に圧力下の吸着されるガスを十分に装填するのに充分な所定の時間にわたって前記熱交換ユニットの内部に圧力下のガスを注入する、装置。 - 前記冷媒源が液体二酸化炭素である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力下のガスが二酸化炭素である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記コンベヤ床上のパック内に位置決めされる、熱交換ユニットを内部に有する各缶のためのガス装填ヘッドシリンダがあり、前記コンベヤ床が、前記ガス装填ヘッドシリンダが前記熱交換ユニットに接続されている状態で、前記所定の時間にわたって前記冷却トンネル内に静止した状態に維持される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記コンベヤ床が前記冷却トンネルを通して移動され、前記ガス装填ヘッドシリンダが前記熱交換ユニットの少なくとも一部にのみ接続され、前記所定の時間にわたって移動されている間に前記二酸化炭素を注入する、請求項3に記載の装置。
