- 外側輪郭(17)を有するホイール背部(7)を有し、
前記ホイール背部(7)から延び、軸方向(A)に沿って先細りするハブ(3)を有し、
少なくとも接続領域(5)の外径(DAB)まで、前記ホイール背部(7)から及び前記ハブ(3)から延び、半径方向(R)に外向きに延びる複数のタービンブレード(4)を有し、前記接続領域(5)で前記ホイール背部(7)と前記複数のタービンブレード(4)とが接続され、チタンアルミニド材料から形成された排気ガスターボチャージャ(2)のタービンホイール(1)であって、
前記ホイール背部(7)が、前記接続領域(5)に隣接する外側領域(11)に、前記接続領域の外径(DAB)以上のホイール背部の外径(DRR)を有し、
前記ホイール背部 (7)が、前記接続領域(5)に隣接し、前記タービンブレード(4)の壁厚(WTS)に対して1.5:1〜2.5:1の比率の壁厚(WRR)を有する、
タービンホイール。 - 前記壁厚(WRR)の比率が、好ましくは、1.7:1〜2.3:1、特に好ましくは、1.8:1〜2.2:1である、請求項1に記載のタービンホイール。
- 前記接続領域の外径(DAB)に対する前記タービンブレード(4)の前記壁厚(WTS)の比率が、0.3 : 40〜0.7 : 40、好ましくは、0.3:40〜0.5:40、特に好ましくは、0.35:40〜0.45:40の範囲にある、請求項1又は2に記載のタービンホイール。
- 前記軸方向(A)に延びるホイールハブ領域(8)が、接続半径(AR(R))が半径方向外側に増大する面取り領域(9)で、前記ホイール背部(7)の前記半径方向(R)に延びる中間領域(10)内に連続的に合流する、請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載のタービンホイール。
- 前記タービンブレード(4)が、前記ホイール背部(7)から、及びタービンブレードの接続半径(TA)を有する前記タービンホイールの前記ハブ(3)から延び、前記タービンブレードの接続半径(TA)が、前記タービンブレード(4)の延長長さ(L)全体にわたって実質的に一定である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のタービンホイール。
- 鍛造されかつフライス削りされたタービンホイールとして形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタービンホイール。
- 鋳造されたタービンホイールとして形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタービンホイール。
- 前記半径方向(R)に内側方向に流れる排気ガス流によって駆動されることができる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタービンホイール。
- 前記半径方向(R)及び前記軸方向(A)の両方に斜めに流れる排気ガス流によって駆動されることができる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタービンホイール。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のタービンホイール(1)を有する内燃機関を過給するための排気ガスターボチャージャ(2)。
