Claims (11)
- 遊星歯車列を有する減速ギアにおいて、プラネタリインプットシャフト(35)と、前記シャフトのまわりに噛み合い、プラネットキャリア(38)によって支持されたプラネット(37)と、2つの横側部(41、43)とを備える減速ギアであって、流体供給源に連結され、プラネットキャリア(38)を、それと共に回転するように強制されながら、減速ギア(10)の前記横側部の第1部分(41)からその前記横側部の第2部分(43)まで通過して、減速ギアの外側に出現し、流体を分配することが可能であり、管路(54)には、前記横側部の前記第2部分上で、分配される流体を含む環状空洞(55)がプラネットキャリアの出口に設けられる、少なくとも1つの流体移動管路(54)を備えることを特徴とする、減速ギア。
- 管路(54)がプラネットキャリアの横側部上、その外部に配置された軸受等(22)を潤滑化する、請求項1に記載の減速ギア。
- プラネット(37)のまわりに外部リングギア(39)が噛み合い、管路から出現する流体によって潤滑化される軸受(22)を担持するアウトプットシャフト(12)が外部リングギア(39)に連結されることが可能である、請求項2に記載の減速ギア。
- 流体管路(54)がプラネットキャリア(38)の中空シャフト(50)のうちの1つを軸方向に通過し、プラネット(37)は中空シャフトのまわりにそれぞれ取り付けられる、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の減速ギア。
- プラネットキャリアの横側部(41)上に側方フィンガ(58)を有するリング(57)が連結され、これが流体空洞(55)を支持する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の減速ギア。
- プラネットキャリアの複数の中空シャフト(50)がそれぞれを通過する流体管路(54)を有する、請求項5に記載の減速ギア。
- リングの側方フィンガ(58)は、プラネットキャリアの中空シャフト(50)を通過して、プラネットキャリアの横側部(43)上に出現して、流体空洞を支持する、請求項6に記載の減速ギア。
- 流体空洞(55)はリング(57)の側方フィンガ(58)の自由端部に連結された環状体(70)によって形成され、流体管路が一方側に連結された、潤滑化される軸受を担持するシャフトの支持面(42)と他方側で密閉状態に接触することが可能である軸方向に開いた区画室(75)を有する、請求項7に記載の減速ギア。
- リングの側方フィンガの(58)自由端部同士は、流体空洞(55)を形成する環状体(70)が凭れるように取り付けられた支持環状体(63)によって接合され、組み合わされた2つの環状体の間に、動作する隙間を吸収すること、空洞を形成する環状体の区画室を支持面に対して軸方向に押圧することを目的とした封止体(67)が設けられる、請求項8に記載の減速ギア。
- 減速ギア(10)の前記横側部の前記第1部分(41)は上流側であり、減速ギア(10)の前記横側部の前記第2部分(43)は下流側である、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の減速ギア。
- ガス発生装置部分(G)と、ガス発生装置部分のタービンに連結された差動式遊星減速ギア(10)によって駆動される一対の同軸二重反転プロペラ(2、3)を有する推進部分(P)とを備えるタイプの、特に航空機用のタービンエンジンであって、作動式遊星減速ギア(10)は請求項1から10のいずれかによって規定されることを特徴とする、タービンエンジン。
