Description
The present invention relates to a sensor module.
As a physical quantity measuring device, there is a pressure sensor for measuring pressure. As this pressure sensor, a diaphragm part and a cylindrical part that are displaced by the pressure of the fluid to be measured are integrally formed, and the displacement of the diaphragm part is opposite to the surface of the diaphragm part that is in contact with the fluid to be measured. There is a strain gauge type in which a detection unit for detection is formed.
As a conventional example of this strain gauge type pressure sensor, a strain gauge resistance is formed in the pressure sensitive element, the pressure sensitive element and the output terminal are connected by a flexible circuit board, and an ASIC is mounted on the flexible circuit board as an electronic component, And there exists a sensor (patent document 1) which attached the edge part to the connector.
As a conventional example of a pressure sensor other than a strain gauge type, a capacitive pressure sensor in which a capacitive pressure sensing element having a diaphragm is housed in a housing and conditioning electronic circuits are arranged on the capacitive pressure sensing element (Patent Document) 2).
In the conventional example of
As another conventional example of the pressure sensor other than the strain gauge type, there is a capacitance type pressure sensor (Patent Document 3) in which a variable capacitor is housed in a housing.
In the conventional example of
The strain gauge type pressure sensor is required to be installed so that an electronic component such as an ASIC does not interfere with the diaphragm portion. Therefore, the installation position of the electronic component is limited, and in the conventional example of

An object of the present invention is to provide a sensor module that can easily perform an assembly operation without reducing measurement accuracy.
The sensor module of the present invention includes a ceramic module body having a diaphragm portion that is displaced by the pressure of a fluid to be measured and a cylindrical portion that is formed integrally with a peripheral portion of the diaphragm portion, and the diaphragm portion. A detection unit that is formed on a plane opposite to a surface that contacts the fluid to be measured and detects the displacement of the diaphragm unit, and a plane of the cylindrical unit that is adjacent to the outer side in the radial direction of the plane of the diaphragm unit And an electronic component disposed on the plane of the cylindrical portion and electrically connected to the detection portion and the pad, and the electronic component is the plane of the diaphragm portion. The outer peripheral groove for positioning is formed in the outer peripheral part of the cylindrical part in parallel with the axial direction of the cylindrical part. To.
In the sensor module of the present invention, a plurality of the outer peripheral grooves may be arranged at non-uniform intervals.
The physical quantity measuring apparatus related to the present invention includes a sensor module, a housing for housing the sensor module, a connector provided in the housing, a terminal terminal provided in the connector, the sensor module and the connector. A diaphragm member that is disposed in a space between the terminal terminal and the sensor module and has elasticity, and the sensor module is displaced by the pressure of the fluid to be measured. And a ceramic module body having a cylindrical portion formed integrally with a peripheral edge of the diaphragm portion, and a plane located on the opposite side of the diaphragm portion from the surface with which the fluid to be measured contacts. A detection unit that detects displacement of the diaphragm unit, and a radial direction from the plane of the diaphragm unit. A pad formed on a plane of the cylindrical part adjacent to the outside and connected to the conductive member, and an electron disposed on the plane of the cylindrical part and electrically connected to the detection unit and the pad And the electronic component is arranged on the opposite side of the plane with respect to the plane of the diaphragm portion.
In this configuration, the sensor module is housed in the housing, one end of the conductive member is connected to the end of the terminal terminal, and the connector is attached to the housing so as to cover the sensor module. By attaching the connector to the housing, the conductive member is elastically deformed and pressed against the pad so that the connection is ensured. The other end of the conductive member and the pad are fixed. Therefore, electrical connection work between the terminal terminal and the pad can be easily performed.
In addition, the electronic component and the pad are arranged on the plane of the cylindrical part at a position different from the plane of the diaphragm part in the module body. For this reason, even if the fluid to be measured is introduced into the sensor module and the diaphragm portion is displaced, the displacement is not hindered by the electronic components or the like, so that an appropriate physical quantity can be measured.
Further, the displacement of the diaphragm portion does not mechanically affect the electronic component. Further, since the pad to which the conductive member is connected is formed on the plane of the cylindrical portion, not the diaphragm portion of the sensor module, even if the elastic member presses the pad with its elastic force, the displacement of the diaphragm portion Is not disturbed.
Moreover, since the electronic components are arranged on the plane of the cylindrical portion that is radially away from the diaphragm portion, the position and size of the pad are limited compared to the case where the electronic components are arranged on the plane of the diaphragm portion. Not. In other words, when an electronic component is installed on a part of the plane of the cylindrical portion, a large space is created in the area on the opposite side of the diaphragm portion of the area where the electronic component is installed, so this space is electrically connected to the outside. A pad or the like can be arranged.
Furthermore, since the module main body is a ceramic hard member, by attaching the electronic component directly to the module main body, the electronic component is attached to the flexible circuit board which is easily bent, compared to the conventional example of
In the physical quantity measuring device related to the present invention, the cylindrical part has an attached part to be attached to the housing on an inner periphery, and the attached part of the cylindrical part has a radial direction of the tubular part. The step part which has the module side flat surface extended in this is preferable.
In this configuration, since the step portion is formed in the cylindrical portion, the portion corresponding to the step portion in the plane of the cylindrical portion can also be used as a space for installing the electronic component, and it is easy to place the electronic component. . In addition, since the mounted portion located on the opening side of the step portion of the cylindrical portion has an inner diameter larger than that of the diaphragm portion, the outer diameter of the object on which the module body is mounted can be increased.
In the physical quantity measuring device related to the present invention, a configuration in which a temperature measuring element is provided on the plane of the cylindrical portion is preferable.
In this configuration, temperature correction can be performed by the temperature measuring element. The heat of the fluid to be measured is accurately transmitted to the temperature measuring element through the ceramic module body, and the accuracy of temperature correction can be improved. Even if the temperature measuring element is installed at a position away from the part of the module main body where the fluid to be measured is introduced, the measurement accuracy does not deteriorate so much. In particular, since the place where the temperature measuring element is provided is a cylindrical part and not a diaphragm part, displacement of the diaphragm part is not hindered by the temperature measuring element. The temperature measuring element may be a chip component attached to the plane of the cylindrical portion, or may be formed by baking a paste printed on the plane of the cylindrical portion. The specific configuration is not questioned.
On the other hand, in
Here, it is preferable that the connector is fitted into the housing by caulking.
With this configuration, the connector can be easily connected to the housing.
In the physical quantity measuring device related to the present invention, it is preferable that the connector has a locking projection, and a locking groove to be locked to the locking projection is formed on the outer periphery of the sensor module. .
In this configuration, since the connector is prevented from rotating with respect to the sensor module, the connection portion between the pad and the conductive member and the connection portion between the conductive member and the terminal terminal are not displaced.
In the physical quantity measuring device related to the present invention, the housing has a protruding portion in which the mounting portion of the cylindrical portion is mounted on an outer peripheral portion and an introduction hole into which the fluid to be measured is introduced is formed. It is preferable that the protruding portion is formed with a housing-side flat surface facing the module-side flat surface, and an O-ring is disposed between the module-side flat surface and the housing-side flat surface.
In this configuration, it is not necessary to form a U-shaped groove for providing the O-ring only in the housing, and the structure for holding the O-ring is simplified. That is, since it is sufficient to form a housing-side flat surface on the distal end side of the protruding portion, groove processing is easier than in the case where a U-shaped groove is formed in the protruding portion.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, the following operational effects can be achieved.
(1) The
In addition, the
(2) Since the stepped
(3) Since the
(4) Since the
(5) Since the
(6) The locking
