Description

The present invention relates to a lighting device in a power receiving connector for charging a battery mounted on a vehicle.

Lighting devices in vehicles such as automobiles are provided at various locations. For example, in an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle, an illuminating device that illuminates the operator's hand or feet is provided in the vicinity of a charging connector that charges a battery. The charging connector includes a power feeding side connector and a power receiving side connector (vehicle side inlet).

The lighting unit disclosed in Patent Literature 1 is a lighting device for a power receiving side connector, and is provided in the vicinity of the charging port so as to illuminate the charging port. The board | substrate which has the light source in this illumination unit is being fixed so that it may be inserted and protruded from the back surface side (vehicle inside) of the design cover which covers the structure inside a vehicle. That is, the substrate is fixed in a so-called cantilever shape so as to be parallel to the connecting / disconnecting direction of the power supply connector.

In this way, when the substrate of the lighting unit is provided in a so-called cantilever shape, if the substrate is not sufficiently fixed, the light source provided on the substrate, for example, due to vibration during driving of the vehicle, The circuit element may be damaged. Further, if the substrate is displaced due to vibrations when the substrate is attached or when the vehicle is traveling, the light source is also displaced, which may cause the light source to be unable to sufficiently illuminate the charging port or the like.

As shown in FIG. 5, the substrate fixing member 5 has a holding portion 6 that fixes the substrate 4 in a cantilever shape. The holding part 6 is located in the center part of the board fixing member 5, and includes a board base 61, a fixing part base 62, a board pressing part 63, a positioning part 64, a fixing member 65, and a lead insertion hole 66. Have.

The substrate pedestal 61, the fixed portion pedestal 62, and the substrate pressing portion 63 protrude from the substrate fixing member 5. The lead insertion hole 66 is a through hole through which the lead 45 is inserted. In the present embodiment, the positioning portion 64 includes a first positioning portion 64a, a second positioning portion 64b, and a third positioning recess 64c. The first positioning portion 64 a and the second positioning portion 64 b protrude from the substrate fixing member 5, and the third positioning recess 64 c is a groove-like recess provided in the substrate fixing member 5. The fixing member 65 is, for example, a screw that engages with the fixing portion base 62 via the substrate 4. Each member of the holding part 6 other than the fixing member 65 is formed integrally with the substrate fixing member 5 by injection molding or the like.

As shown in FIG. 5, the third positioning recess 64 c of the positioning portion 64 has a groove shape that engages with one end portion of the substrate 4 held by the holding portion 6. Specifically, the length in the left-right direction of the third positioning recess 64 c is provided to be slightly larger than the length in the left-right direction perpendicular to the plate thickness direction of one end of the substrate 4. Further, the length in the vertical direction of the third positioning recess 64 c is provided to be slightly larger than the plate thickness of the substrate 4. A board pedestal 61, a fixed part pedestal 62, a board pressing part 63, a first positioning part 64a, and a second positioning part 64b are provided on the peripheral edges of the third positioning recess 64c in the left-right direction.

As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, the substrate base 61 is provided at the periphery of the left end of the third positioning recess 64 c so as to place the left end of one end of the substrate 4. The substrate pedestal 61 is in contact with the lower surface 43 of the substrate 4 placed on the substrate pedestal 61.

The fixed portion base 62 is the right end portion periphery of the third positioning recess 64 c and is provided so as to place the right end side of one end portion of the substrate 4. The fixed portion base 62 is in contact with the lower surface 43 of the substrate 4 placed on the fixed portion base 62.

The fixing portion base 62 is provided with a fixing member engaging hole 621 that engages with a fixing member 65 that is one of the components of the holding portion 6. The fixing member engaging hole 621 has a shape that is screwed with a fixing member 65 that is, for example, a screw.

The substrate pressing portion 63 is the periphery of the left end portion of the third positioning recess 64 c and is provided so as to sandwich the left end side of one end portion of the substrate 4 with the substrate base 61. The substrate pressing portion 63 is in contact with the upper surface 42 of the substrate 4 placed on the substrate pedestal 61.

In the embodiment, a positioning portion 64 having a first positioning portion 64a, a second positioning portion 64b, and a third positioning recess 64c is provided. The first positioning portion 64 a is located on the periphery of the right end portion of the third positioning recess 64 c and is provided so as to contact the right side wall 40 a of the substrate 4. The first positioning portion 64 a is provided integrally with the fixed portion base 62 above the fixed portion base 62. The width of the first positioning portion 64 a in the vertical direction is provided to be the same as the plate thickness of the substrate 4.

The second positioning portion 64 b is a peripheral edge of the left end portion of the third positioning recess 64 c and is provided so as to contact the left side wall 40 b of the substrate 4. The second positioning portion 64 b is provided integrally with the substrate base 61 above the substrate base 61. The vertical width of the second positioning portion 64 b is provided to be the same as the plate thickness of the substrate 4.

The substrate 4 is fixed in a cantilever manner to the holding portion 6 of the substrate fixing member 5 as follows. First, the lead 45 inserted through the lead insertion hole 66 of the substrate fixing member 5 through the design cover 22 from the inside of the vehicle is fixed to the substrate 4 by a method such as soldering.

Next, one end of the substrate 4 is engaged with the third positioning recess 64 c of the holding unit 6. At this time, the left end side of one end portion of the substrate 4 is placed on the substrate pedestal 61, and the right end side is placed on the fixed portion pedestal 62. The first substrate recess 46 a of the substrate 4 is in contact with the first positioning portion 64 a of the substrate fixing member 5, and the second substrate recess 46 b of the substrate 4 is in contact with the second positioning portion 64 b of the substrate fixing member 5. The substrate pressing portion 63 holds the left end side of the substrate 4 together with the substrate pedestal 61.

Finally, fixing the right end of the substrate 4 with the fixing member 65 completes the attachment of the substrate 4 to the substrate fixing member 5.

Thus, when the board | substrate fixing member 5 in the said embodiment has the holding | maintenance part 6, the operator can make positioning of the board | substrate 4 easy. In other words, the substrate 4 can be held by the substrate base 61 and the fixing portion base 62 before the substrate 4 is fixed by the fixing member 65. Further, the substrate pedestal 61 and the fixed portion pedestal 62 enable the substrate 4 to be positioned in the vertical direction. In addition, the first positioning portion 64a and the second positioning portion 64b enable positioning in the left-right direction before the substrate 4 is fixed. In addition, the third positioning recess 64c enables positioning in the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and the left-right direction, that is, the direction of the vehicle outer side and the vehicle inner side. Therefore, it is possible to suppress positional deviation when the substrate 4 is attached to the substrate fixing member 5. Further, even after the substrate 4 is fixed, the positioning function of the holding unit 6 can suppress a positional shift due to vibrations or the like when the vehicle travels, for example.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, in this embodiment, in order to reduce the number of parts and simplify the fixing operation, the fixing of the substrate 4 by the fixing member 65 is performed at one place on the right end side. It is done in At this time, in order to achieve strong fixation, the left end side opposite to the fixing portion base 62 that is the fixing portion of the fixing member 65 is pushed upward in the direction opposite to the fixing direction (downward). There is a risk of jumping. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the substrate pressing portion 63 is provided in order to suppress this jumping. Therefore, even if the substrate 4 is firmly fixed by the fixing member 65, it is possible to suppress a positional shift due to the substrate 4 jumping up. Further, the substrate pressing portion 63 also functions for positioning in the vertical direction.

Thus, in this embodiment, even if the substrate 4 is fixed to the substrate fixing member 5 in a cantilever shape, the substrate 4 can be firmly fixed, and when the substrate 4 is assembled to the substrate fixing member 5 or after the assembly. Misalignment can be effectively suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the light receiving unit 3 and the like from being sufficiently illuminated because the light source 41 is displaced due to the breakage of the substrate 4 having the light source 41 or the displacement of the substrate 4.

In this embodiment, the place where the substrate 4 is fixed to the substrate fixing member 5 by the fixing member 65 is desirably the right end side of the substrate 4 positioned on the second power receiving unit 32 side, not on the first power receiving unit 31 side. . That is, as shown in FIG. 5, it is desirable that the fixing portion base 62 is located on the periphery of the right end portion of the third positioning recess 64 c provided in the holding portion 6 of the substrate fixing member 5.

By the way, means for charging a battery of a vehicle such as an electric vehicle includes charging means using a power supply connector from a household power supply (AC power supply) and charging means using a power supply connector in an electric vehicle charging stand (DC power supply). The electric vehicle charging station is generally a bright place so that an operator can easily perform a charging operation. However, when the operator charges with the power supply connector of the home power supply installed in the parking lot at home, the operator performs the charging operation in a situation where there is not enough lighting equipment and the operator's hands and feet are dark It can also be considered. Therefore, it is desirable to illuminate the first power receiving unit 31 side, which is coupled to the power supply connector of the household power source, in the power receiving connector 2 brighter than the second power receiving unit 32 side.

The fixed portion base 62 is designed to be larger than the substrate base 61 in the downward direction by which the fixing member 65 is inserted. In other words, the light from the light source 41 is more likely to be blocked by the fixed portion base 62 than by the substrate base 61. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the fixed portion base 62 that is larger than the substrate base 61 is disposed on the second power receiving unit 32 side for the DC power source. As a result, more light from the light source 41 reaches the first power receiving unit 31 for AC power than the second power receiving unit 32 for DC power. That is, even if the operator is a parking lot at home where the operator's hands and feet are not enough, the first power receiving unit 31 is illuminated more brightly. Therefore, the operator can easily couple the power supply connector of the household power supply to the first power receiving unit 31, and the charging operation is easy for the operator.

The power receiving connector lighting device 1 of the embodiment is assembled to the power receiving connector as follows. First, the substrate 4 is fixed to the substrate fixing member 5 as described above. The substrate fixing member 5 to which the substrate 4 is fixed is fixed to the design cover 22 from the outside of the vehicle, that is, from the power receiving chamber 21 side. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the board fixing member 5 is designed so that the screw insertion holes 52 provided at the left and right ends of the board fixing member 5 and the two screw engaging holes 23 of the design cover 22 communicate with each other. Arranged on the cover 22. Then, the screws 53 are respectively screwed into the two screw engaging holes 23 via the substrate fixing member 5.

Next, the light transmission member 12 is welded to the substrate fixing member 5 so as to cover the holding portion 6 of the substrate fixing member 5. Specifically, it is desirable to weld the entire circumference of the end of the light transmitting member 12 where the light transmitting member 12 and the substrate fixing member 5 are in contact with the substrate fixing member 5. Thereby, it can suppress that the board | substrate 4 accommodated in the light transmissive member 12 is exposed to the water by rainwater. The welding method is not particularly limited, and ultrasonic welding, vibration welding, high frequency welding, laser welding, thermal welding, and the like are used.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 3, the illumination cover 11 is attached to the substrate fixing member 5 so as to cover the light transmission member 12 so that a part of the light transmission member 12 is exposed from the light transmission portion 11 b of the illumination cover 11. Install. The lighting cover 11 and the substrate fixing member 5 are attached by engaging the cover engaging claw 13 of the lighting cover 11 with the fixing portion engaging claw 52 of the substrate fixing member 5. Thus, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the power receiving connector lighting device 1 in which a part of the light transmitting member 12 is exposed to the power receiving housing chamber 21 from the light transmitting portion 11 b of the lighting cover 11 is formed on the design cover 22. It is assembled.

The power receiving connector lighting device 1 according to this embodiment is attached to the design cover 22 from the outside of the vehicle. Therefore, for example, even when a defect occurs in the substrate 4 or the light source 41 provided on the substrate 4 and they are replaced, the operator can easily perform the replacement operation from the outside of the vehicle.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the light transmitting portion 11 b of this embodiment is located so as to face the first power receiving portion 31, the second power receiving portion 32, and the lower outside of the vehicle. Can fully illuminate the operator's hand and feet.

Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not particularly limited to the above embodiments. For example, even if the positioning part 64 provided in the holding part 6 of the substrate fixing member 5 in the above-described embodiment includes a first positioning part 64a and a third positioning recess 64c, as shown in FIG. The same effect can be expected. Moreover, even if the 3rd positioning recessed part 64c provided in the holding | maintenance part 6 of the board | substrate fixing member 5 in the said embodiment is not provided, the effect similar to the said embodiment can be anticipated.

In addition, the light transmitting member 12 in the above embodiment is welded to the substrate fixing member 5 at the entire end thereof for the purpose of waterproofing. However, instead of the welding means, a member such as a rubber washer (packing) is interposed between the substrate fixing member 5 and the entire circumference of the end of the light transmitting member 12 in contact with the substrate fixing member 5. A similar waterproof effect can be expected. With this configuration, the substrate 4 can be more easily exposed to the power receiving chamber 21 when, for example, the substrate 4 is replaced.
