Claims (2)

センサ(4)から電気パラメータの信号を少なくとも取得するステップと、
センサ(4)から受信された電気パラメータの信号から誘導構成要素(3)の電圧値を少なくとも測定するステップと、
誘導構成要素(3)の電圧値を実験的に得られた予め定められた値(Vmin)と少なくとも比較するステップと
を含み、
電圧値(45)の絶対値が実験的に得られた予め定められた値(Vmin)よりも低い場合に、金属弁の開かれた動作状態が識別され、
動作状態確認方法はさらに、金属弁(1)の誘導構成要素(3)により金属弁(1)を閉じるべきときに、不適切な差圧に起因した、金属弁(1)が開いている動作状態が識別された場合に、前記誘導構成柄要素(3)への給電を遮断するステップを含むことを特徴とする、動作状態確認方法。 - 往復圧縮機弁の動作状態確認システムに含まれる往復圧縮機弁の動作状態確認方法にして、前記動作状態確認システムが、往復圧縮機の少なくとも圧縮シリンダ(2)に機能的に配置される少なくとも金属弁(1)、少なくとも誘導構成要素(3)、少なくともセンサ(4)、および少なくともデータ処理コア(5)を備え、前記金属弁(1)が、少なくとも2つの動作状態の間で切り換えるように構成されており、誘導構成要素(3)が、振幅(V)、切換期間(PC)、および切換時間(tc)を有する連続した電圧から成る信号(6)によって給電される動作状態確認方法であって、
センサ(4)から電気パラメータの信号を少なくとも取得するステップと、
センサ(4)から受信された電気パラメータの信号から誘導構成要素(3)の電流を少なくとも測定するステップと、
誘導構成要素(3)の電流値を実験的に得られた予め定められた値(lmax)と少なくとも比較するステップと
を含み、
電流値(44)が実験的に得られた予め定められた値(lmax)よりも高い場合に、金属弁の開かれた動作状態が識別され、
動作状態確認方法はさらに、金属弁(1)の誘導構成要素(3)により金属弁(1)を閉じるべきときに、不適切な差圧に起因した、金属弁(1)が開いている動作状態が識別された場合に、前記誘導構成柄要素(3)への給電を遮断するステップを含むことを特徴とする、動作状態確認方法。
