Description
The present invention relates to a roll paper dispenser obtained by winding a paper sheet such as a belt-shaped paper towel into a roll, and more particularly to a roll paper dispenser that automatically unwinds and discharges a predetermined length of roll paper.
A roll paper dispenser, for example, feeds paper from roll paper that is rotatably supported inside the housing, and exposes the roll paper of a necessary length from a paper discharge port so that it can be cut (patent) Reference 1).
In this type of roll paper dispenser, the sensor detects that the user's hand has been positioned within the detection range, and the paper is fed out of the roll paper that is rotatably supported inside the housing. There is an automatic paper discharge type that automatically discharges an appropriate length of paper from the paper discharge port and enables cutting.
The automatic paper discharge type roll paper dispenser is also referred to as an auto dispenser, a hands-free dispenser, or the like.
However, as in
Accordingly, a main object of the present invention is to provide an automatic paper discharge type roll paper dispenser capable of preventing or suppressing uncut portions and sheet clogging at a discharge port.
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
[Invention of Claim 1]
A roll paper dispenser that receives a paper feed signal and automatically ejects a predetermined length of paper from the roll paper,
A paper discharge feeding roller and a nip roller facing the paper discharge roller are provided, and the paper discharged from the roll paper is discharged while hanging downward, passing between them.
Opposite to the hanging paper, a fixed cutter blade is provided at the front of the dispenser with its cutting edge facing the back side,
A guide is provided in the dispenser, the guide extending to the front side at least over the height direction range below the blade edge, and guiding the paper forward ; and
The roll paper dispenser , wherein the guide is configured such that the paper is substantially in contact with the cutting edge in a state where the feeding is finished by the feeding roller .
(Function and effect)
In the present invention, the dispenser is provided with a guide that extends downward at least in the height direction range below the blade edge and leads the paper forward. As a result, the paper is guided along the guide extending forward, and as a result, the front end of the paper is automatically discharged to the leading edge of the guide or the length further advanced, so the user holds the front end of the paper, Instead of pulling downward or diagonally forward, it pulls forward.
From the results of the experiment, it has been found that there are many users who pull the paper forward, and in fact, because there are many such users, it has been found that the remaining pieces of paper can be prevented or suppressed.
When the guide is configured so that the paper is substantially in contact with the cutting edge in the state where the feeding has been completed, that is, if the shape, dimensions, mounting position, etc. of the guide are set, For this reason, when the paper is pulled forward, the entire width direction of the paper is always substantially in contact with the blade edge, so that the remaining portion of the paper can be prevented or suppressed.
As in the case of the conventional example, when the paper is in a state of hanging down from the blade edge, the user should pull it so that the tip of the paper hits the blade edge, and then pull it forward strongly. For this reason, the present inventor has found out that it is easy for uncut portions to occur, in the process of reaching the present invention.
On the other hand, since the paper is substantially in contact with the blade edge in the state where the feeding is finished, it means that the paper does not wobble to the back side. Can be prevented or suppressed. Further, it is possible to easily cut without requiring excessive force for cutting.
[Invention of Claim 2 ]
The roll paper dispenser according to claim 1 , wherein a leading edge of the guide is located forward of the cutting edge.
(Function and effect)
Accordingly, the paper feeding portion, the blade edge, and the leading edge of the guide always have an obtuse angle, and the paper comes into contact with the blade edge, so that the operational effect of claim 1 or
[Invention of Claim 3]
The roll paper dispenser according to
(Function and effect)
If the discharge surface of the guide has a shape that draws a uniform curve, automatic paper discharge is smooth.
According to the present invention, uncut, the sheet jam at the discharge port can be prevented or suppressed.
Next, an embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4 to 7, and will be described in detail below with reference to this.
A
The
In response to detection of an object to be detected (for example, a user's hand) by the
The housing 1 is composed of a case
The case
The
The
Note that the structure and appearance of the housing are not limited to those described above.
On the other hand, the
On the other hand, in the
The
Further, the support portion of the illustrated example has the
On the other hand, the
In the
In particular, the
Further, in the
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the paper
However, the structure for driving the
The paper discharge mechanism is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, a feed roller that is in contact with the roll portion or a support portion that supports the roll portion may be rotated by a driving source.
On the other hand, the
The
However, a passive type that does not require a light source is desirable because it is advantageous in terms of power saving. Since the active type needs to emit light, the sensor body inevitably tends to be large and the power consumption increases.
A more specific and preferable example of the
On the other hand, in the dispenser of the present embodiment, the
A more preferable limited position of the
However, since it is not desirable to hold the wet hand after hand washing too high, depending on the installation location, it is on the bottom
In addition, in order to make the recognition of the position of the
On the other hand, in the
In the
The
Control means for controlling the drive of a drive source such as a motor means in accordance with a detection signal detected by the
In the
In this type of automatic paper discharge type dispenser, the voltage of about four dry batteries, that is, around 6.0 V is usually used to drive the drive source of the paper
In the dispenser of the present invention, the power source is not limited to a battery, and a commercial power source may be supplied from an outlet along with driving a dry battery by an AC adapter or the like. Further, the battery according to the present invention may be a rechargeable battery that can be used repeatedly in addition to a dry battery.

In the present invention, it is preferable that a paper of a predetermined length is automatically discharged from the roll paper in response to a paper feed signal, that is, the leading edge of the paper is automatically discharged to the leading edge of the guide. When the paper is automatically discharged to the leading edge of the guide and stops there, it is easy to take out the next piece of paper. The automatic paper discharge to the leading edge of the guide and the stop there are called “stopper effect”.
