Description

The present invention relates to a cap.

For example, in a measuring cap or the like that is screwed into an opening of a container main body in a container such as a liquid detergent, a knurled (knurl) composed of a plurality of ridges is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cap in order to improve its openability. .
Specifically, for example, a plurality of vertical ribs (projections) having a height of 0.2 to 2.0 mm and an arcuate portion on the outer peripheral surface of the cap are orthogonal to the rotation direction of the cap at intervals of 0.5 to 20 mm. A cap is proposed in which small ribs (projections) having a height lower than that of the vertical ribs are formed between the adjacent vertical ribs (Patent Document 1). In addition, a cap has been proposed in which a plurality of ridges having a semicircular cross section and a height of 0.2 to 0.3 mm are formed at intervals of 0.95 to 1.15 mm on the outer peripheral surface of the cap (Patent Literature). 2).

However, with the cap of Patent Document 1, even if detergent or water is attached to the hand, there is an effect of finger hooking at the time of opening / closing operation, but pain may be felt when the finger slips. Moreover, in the cap of patent document 2, since the finger | toe is not caught enough to a protruding item | line, a finger | toe slips on the influence of the detergent and water adhering to a hand, and opening / closing operation may become difficult.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a cap that can be easily opened / closed with little finger slipping during opening / closing operation, and that does not feel pain in the hand.

The cap of the present invention is a cap attached to the opening of the container body, and has a cylindrical tube wall portion, and a plurality of protrusions extending on the outer peripheral surface of the tube wall portion in a direction intersecting the circumferential direction. A knurled portion comprising a strip is provided, and the cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the length direction of the ridge is a shape in which the top portion is arcuate and the width increases from the top portion to the base end, At least one of the side portions on both sides of the top portion is formed with a groove extending in the length direction of the protrusion.

In the cap of this invention, it is preferable that the angle which the side part of the both sides of the said top part makes in the said protruding item | line is 100-150 degrees.
Moreover, it is preferable that the recessed strip extended in the length direction of the said protruding item | line is formed in the side part of the both sides of the said top part in the said protruding item | line respectively.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said groove is formed from the one end of the said protrusion to the other end.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said groove is formed in all the said protrusions.
Moreover, it is preferable that the outer diameter of the said cylinder wall part is 20-110 mm.

The cap of the present invention can be easily opened and closed with a finger that is difficult to slip during the opening and closing operation, and it is difficult to feel pain in the hand.

Hereinafter, an example of the cap of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cap 1 of the present embodiment includes a disk-shaped top plate portion 10 and a cylindrical tube wall portion 12 that is suspended from the periphery of the top plate portion 10.
A screw portion (not shown) corresponding to the screw portion formed in the opening of the container body is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall portion 12. As a result, the cap 1 can be screwed into the opening of the container body. That is, the container can be opened and closed by rotating the cap 1 in the circumferential direction.

The outer peripheral surface 12a of the cylindrical wall portion 12 is provided with a knurled portion 16 including a plurality of ridges 14 extending in a direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction, that is, in the axial direction. In addition, although the length direction of the protruding item | line 14 is a direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction of the cylinder wall part 12 in this example, it should just be a direction which cross | intersects the circumferential direction and is not limited to the direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction. . For example, the length direction of the ridges 14 may be inclined with respect to the direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction.

In this example, the lower end of the ridge 14 does not reach the lower end of the cylindrical wall portion 12. In the present invention, the knurled portion 16 composed of a plurality of ridges 14 may be partially formed in the axial direction of the cylindrical wall portion 12 in this way.
In this example, a knurled portion 16 composed of a plurality of ridges 14 is formed on the outer peripheral surface 12 a of the cylindrical wall portion 12 over the entire circumference. Note that the knurled portion 16 including the plurality of ridges 14 may be partially formed in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface 12 a of the cylindrical wall portion 12. That is, there may be a portion where the ridges 14 are not formed on the outer peripheral surface 12 a of the cylindrical wall portion 12.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the length direction of the ridge 14 has a shape in which the top portion 14 a has an arc shape and the width increases from the top portion 14 a toward the base end. Since the top portion 14a of the ridge 14 has an arc shape, it is difficult to feel pain in the hand when the knurled portion 16 of the cylindrical wall portion 12 is picked with a finger when the cap 1 is opened and closed.

0.5-1.0 mm is preferable and, as for the radius R of the circular arc of the top part 14a in the protruding item | line 14, 0.6-0.8 mm is more preferable. If the radius R of the arc of the top portion 14a is equal to or greater than the lower limit value, it is more difficult to feel pain in the hand when the knurled portion 16 of the cylindrical wall portion 12 is picked with a finger when the cap 1 is opened and closed. If the radius R of the arc of the top portion 14a is equal to or less than the upper limit value, the finger is easily caught on the ridge 14 and the opening / closing operation of the cap 1 is facilitated.

The height of the ridges 14 is preferably 0.25 to 0.6 mm, and more preferably 0.4 to 0.5 mm. If the height of the ridges 14 is equal to or greater than the lower limit value, a finger is easily caught on the ridges 14 and the opening / closing operation of the cap 1 is facilitated. If the height of the ridges 14 is less than or equal to the upper limit value, pain due to the height is less likely to occur and the opening / closing operation can be facilitated.
Note that the height of the ridges 14 refers to the ridges 14 from the reference surface k (FIG. 3) when the ridges 14 are not formed in the portion where the knurled portion 16 of the outer peripheral surface 12 a of the cylindrical wall portion 12 is formed. Means the distance to the vertex of. That is, the height of the ridge 14 is from a reference plane k (FIG. 3) that is an inscribed circle that is in contact with the valley bottom 12b between the ridge 14 and the ridge 14 in a cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the cylindrical wall portion 12. It means the distance to the top of the ridge 14.

The width of the ridge 14 is preferably 1.1 to 3.4 mm, and more preferably 1.8 to 2.7 mm. If the width of the ridges 14 is equal to or greater than the lower limit value, the entire finger can easily come into contact with the valley bottom 12b of the knurled portion 16 without a gap, and the opening / closing operation is easy. If the width of the ridges 14 is less than or equal to the upper limit value, the finger is easily caught and the opening / closing operation is easy.
In addition, the width | variety of the protruding item | line 14 means the width | variety in the front view of the protruding item | line 14. FIG.

The pitch of the ridges 14 is preferably 1.1 to 3.4 mm, and more preferably 1.8 to 2.7 mm. If the pitch of the ridges 14 is equal to or greater than the lower limit value, the entire finger can easily come into contact with the valley bottom 12b of the knurled portion 16 without any gap, and the opening / closing operation is easy. If the pitch of the ridges 14 is equal to or less than the upper limit value, the finger is easily caught and the opening / closing operation is easy.
The pitch of the ridges 14 means the distance between the centers of the adjacent ridges 14 in the width direction.
In the ridge 14 of this example, since the adjacent ridges 14 are adjacent to each other, the width and the pitch are the same. When the convex strips 14 adjacent in the circumferential direction are separated from each other on the outer peripheral surface 12a of the cylindrical wall portion 12, the width and the pitch are different values.

The angle θ (FIG. 3) formed by the first side surface portion 14b and the second side surface portion 14c on both sides of the top portion 14a of the ridge 14 is preferably 100 to 150 °, and more preferably 110 to 140 °. If the angle θ is equal to or greater than the lower limit value, the finger sufficiently contacts the first side surface portion 14b and the second side surface portion 14c of the ridge 14 when the knurled portion 16 is picked by the finger when the cap 1 is opened and closed. Since it is easy and the finger is difficult to slide, the opening / closing operation becomes easier. Also, it is difficult to feel pain in the finger when the knurled portion 16 is picked. If the angle θ is equal to or less than the upper limit value, it is easy to put a finger on the ridge 14, so that the opening and closing operation of the cap 1 becomes easier.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, in this example, the concave strip 18 extending in the length direction of the convex strip 14 on each of the first side surface portion 14 b and the second side surface portion 14 c on both sides of the top portion 14 a of the convex strip 14. Is formed. Since the ridges 18 are formed on the ridges 14, when the knurled portion 16 is picked with a finger wet with detergent or water when the cap 1 is opened or closed, the detergent or water attached to the fingers is recessed. Spread 18 and spread. As a result, the detergent, water, and the like are sufficiently removed from the portion picked by the finger, so that the finger is less likely to slip when the cap 1 is opened and closed, and the opening and closing operation can be performed easily. Moreover, since the opening / closing operation of the cap 1 can be easily performed even if the knurled portion 16 is not excessively strongly picked with a finger, it is difficult to feel pain in the hand.
The concave strip 18 is preferably formed in a straight line shape in the length direction of the convex strip 14, but may be formed in a wavy line shape, a broken line shape, or the like.

In this example, the cross-sectional shape when cut by a plane perpendicular to the length direction of the ridge 14 is a straight portion 18a parallel to the diameter direction of the cylindrical wall portion 12 passing through the top of the ridge 14, and the straight portion 18a. It has a triangular shape having a vertical straight portion 18b. Since the concave stripe 18 has such a triangular cross-section, the cross-sectional shape in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the convex stripe 14 is a step in which a projection having an arcuate top is provided on the trapezoidal portion. It has a shape to have.

The width d1 (FIG. 4) of the concave strip 18 is preferably 0.2 to 0.7 mm, and more preferably 0.25 to 0.5 mm. If the width d1 of the concave stripe 18 is equal to or greater than the lower limit value, detergent or water attached to the finger easily enters the concave stripe 18, and the finger is difficult to slip. If the width d1 of the concave stripe 18 is equal to or less than the upper limit value, detergent or water that has entered the concave stripe 18 is likely to spread due to capillary action, and the finger is difficult to slip.
In addition, the width | variety of a groove means the width | variety in the opening part of a groove.

The depth d2 (FIG. 4) of the concave stripe 18 is preferably 0.08 to 0.28 mm, and more preferably 0.1 to 0.2 mm. If the depth d2 of the concave stripe 18 is equal to or greater than the lower limit value, detergent or water attached to the finger easily enters the concave stripe 18, and the finger is difficult to slip. If the depth d2 of the concave stripe 18 is equal to or less than the upper limit value, dirt is unlikely to remain at the corners in the concave stripe 18, and the cap 1 is unlikely to remain dirty. In addition, the mold release from the mold during molding is good, and there is little damage to the mold, and the production efficiency is good.
In addition, the depth of a groove means the distance from the side surface part of a protrusion when the groove is not formed to the bottom of the groove.

The ratio (d2 / d1) of the depth d2 to the width d1 of the concave stripe 18 is preferably 0.04 to 0.65, and more preferably 0.15 to 0.57. If the ratio (d2 / d1) is equal to or higher than the lower limit, it is easy to remove dirt such as detergent and water, and the opening / closing operation is easy. If the ratio (d2 / d1) is less than or equal to the upper limit value, the cap 1 is less likely to become dirty due to less dirt remaining in the recess 18.

Sectional area of the concave stripes 18 when cut by a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the ridges 14 is preferably 0.008~0.098mm 2, 0.0125~0.05mm 2 is more preferable. If the cross-sectional area is equal to or greater than the lower limit value, detergent or water adhering to the finger can easily enter the recess 18 and the finger is difficult to slip. If the cross-sectional area is less than or equal to the upper limit value, the detergent, water and the like that have entered the recess 18 are likely to spread due to capillary action, and the finger is difficult to slip.

The concave stripes 18 are preferably formed on all the convex stripes 14 from the viewpoint that the fingers are more difficult to slip when the cap 1 is opened and closed. In addition, the concave line 18 should just be formed in at least 1 among the convex strips 14 of the knurled part 16, and does not need to be formed in all the convex strips 14. FIG.

The ratio of the number of ridges 14 on which the recesses 18 are formed to the total number of ridges 14 in the knurled portion 16 is preferably 0.3 to 1, and more preferably 0.5 to 1. . If the ratio is equal to or greater than the lower limit, the detergent or water is removed from the portion where the knurled portion 16 is picked with a finger even when the cap 1 is opened and closed with a hand wet with detergent or water. It is easy to be opened, and it is easy to open and close with a finger hard to slip. Moreover, since it is easy to open and close, it is not necessary to pick the cap 1 too strongly, so it is difficult to feel pain.

The concave stripe 18 is formed on both the first side face portion 14b and the second side face portion 14c of the convex stripe 14 as in this example in that the finger is less likely to slip when the cap 1 is opened and closed. preferable.
The concave stripe 18 may be formed on only one of the first side face portion 14b and the second side face portion 14c of the convex stripe 14. In this case, in a mode in which the cap 1 is opened by rotating the cap 1 in the direction x (FIG. 2) from the first side surface portion 14b side to the second side surface portion 14c side of the protrusion 14, the first side surface portion 14b is recessed. It is preferable that the strip 18 is formed. As a result, when the cap 1 is opened, the recesses 18 formed on the first side surface portion 14b facilitates removal of detergent, water, and the like attached to the hand from the portion of the knurled portion 16 picked by the finger. In the operation of closing the cap, the cap is generally closed when the finger slips, so that even if the operation of closing the cap is finished at that time, problems such as liquid leakage are relatively unlikely to occur. On the other hand, in the operation of opening the cap 1, if the finger slips, the cap cannot be opened. Therefore, it is preferable to make it easy to obtain the effect of the concave stripe when the cap is opened as the above-described aspect.

The concave stripe 18 is preferably formed from one end 14d in the length direction of the convex stripe 14 to the other end 14e. Thereby, it becomes easy to obtain the effect of the concave stripe 18 wherever the finger in the length direction of the convex stripe 14 in the knurled portion 16 is picked.
In addition, as long as the effect by the concave strip 18 is not impaired, the concave strip 18 may not be formed from one end 14d of the convex strip 14 to the other end 14e.

When the knurled portion 16 is picked by a hand with detergent or water attached, the detergent or water easily spreads along the recess 18 and the finger 18 is more difficult to slip. It is preferable to form continuously in the direction. In addition, as long as the effect by the groove 18 is not impaired, the groove 18 may be formed intermittently.

The outer diameter of the cylindrical wall portion 12 of the cap 1 is preferably 20 to 110 mm, and more preferably 25 to 100 mm. If the outer diameter of the cylindrical wall portion 12 is within the above range, the effect of the knurled portion 16 can be easily obtained, and the opening and closing operation of the cap 1 becomes easier.
In addition, the outer diameter of the cylindrical wall part 12 means the diameter of a circumscribed circle in contact with the apex of the ridge 14 in the knurled part 16.

The material of the cap 1 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate, and resins such as polystyrene.

In the conventional caps such as Patent Documents 1 and 2, the detergent and water are scraped to some extent by the ridges when the opening and closing operation is performed with a hand attached with detergent and water, but the scraping is insufficient. The finger may slip.
On the other hand, in the cap of the present invention, since a groove is formed on at least one of the protrusions forming the knurled portion, when the knurled portion is picked with a hand attached with detergent or water. Then, detergent or water adhering to the finger spreads along the groove and is removed from the part picked up by the finger. As a result, since the finger is firmly in contact with the ridge during the opening / closing operation, the finger is less likely to slip and the cap can be easily opened and closed. Further, in the case where the cross-sectional shape of the concave stripe is the same as the cross-sectional shape of the concave stripe 18 described above, since a step is formed on the convex stripe 14, the finger is easily caught on the step portion, and the finger is more easily opened and closed. Becomes difficult to slip.
Further, in the cap of the present invention, the top of the ridge forming the knurled portion is arcuate, and since the finger is difficult to slip as described above, it is not necessary to grip the knurled portion excessively. It is hard to feel pain in fingers. Further, by controlling the radius R of the top of the ridge within the above-mentioned range, or by controlling the angle θ between the side portions on both sides of the top of the ridge as described above, the finger slips when the cap is opened and closed. Even so, the pain can be made harder.

In addition, the cap of this invention is not limited to an above-described thing. For example, the cross-sectional shape of the groove is not limited to a triangular shape.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the cap may be formed with a concave strip 18 </ b> A having a semicircular cross section formed on the second side surface portion 14 c (the same applies to the first side surface portion 14 b) of the convex strip 14. . Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the second side surface portion 14 c of the ridge 14 (the same applies to the first side surface portion 14 b) has a cross-sectional shape of a circle, and is closer to the bottom than the opening portion than the width of the opening portion. The cap in which the concave strip 18B which has a part with a wide width | variety is formed may be sufficient.
Moreover, the number of the groove formed in one side part in a protrusion is not limited to one, Two or more may be sufficient.

The cap of the present invention may be a measuring cap having a measuring cylinder wall. Specifically, for example, the cap 2 illustrated in FIG. 7 may be used.
The cap 2 includes a cylindrical measuring cylinder wall portion 20, a lid portion 22 that closes one open end of the measuring cylinder wall portion 20, and a flange portion that protrudes outward from the circumferential surface of the measuring cylinder wall portion 20. 24 and a cylindrical outer cylindrical wall portion 26 suspended from the edge of the flange portion 24.
On the measurement cylinder wall portion 20, a scale portion 28 having a scale line for measurement and a number for displaying a capacity is formed by means such as printing or engraving. Thereby, in the state which turned the cap 2 upside down, the quantity of contents, such as the liquid inject | poured from the opening part 20a of the cylinder wall part 20 for a measurement, can be grasped | ascertained.

A knurled portion 32 composed of a plurality of ridges 30 is formed in the axial direction of the measuring cylinder wall portion 20 at a portion other than the scale portion 28 in the measuring cylinder wall portion 20 of the cap 2. In addition, a knurled portion 36 including a plurality of ridges 34 is formed in the axial direction of the outer cylindrical wall portion 26 at a portion corresponding to the knurled portion 32 of the measuring cylindrical wall portion 20 in the outer cylindrical wall portion 26.
As an aspect of the ridge 30 and the ridge 34, the aspect in which the same groove | channel as the ridge 14 was formed is mentioned, A preferable aspect is also the same.

The cap 2 can be opened and closed by picking either the knurled portion 32 or the knurled portion 36 with a finger. Because the aspect of the ridges 30 and 34 is the same as that of the ridges 14, for the same reason as in the case of the cap 1, even if detergent or water adheres, the finger is difficult to slip, and the opening / closing operation is performed. Can be done easily and pain is not easily felt.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example demonstrates this invention in detail, this invention is not limited by the following description.
[Evaluation method]
Prepare a container body that can be screwed into the cap produced in each example, fix the main body container to a torque meter (TOHNICHI DIGITAL TORQUE METER 2TME 180CN), and rotate and screw the cap produced in each example to slide out the fingers. The torque value was read. The torque value is measured in a state where a small amount of water is attached to the fingertip that grips the cap (Test 1), a state where a softening agent is attached (Test 2), and a state where a liquid detergent for clothing is attached (Test 3). ) In any test, the knurled part of the cap was picked with a wet finger and the cap was screwed and fixed five times (n = 5), and the average value of the torque values was obtained.
