Description
The present invention relates to a beam structure with an inter-column, in which an inter-column is attached in the middle of the beam material axial direction in a beam constructed between adjacent columns in a building.
Beams installed between pillars in a building are structural materials that transmit vertical loads such as floors and roofs to the pillars and resist horizontal loads that act when an earthquake occurs.
Conventionally, a beam structure constructed in a large space often employs a prestressed concrete beam in which tension is introduced or a steel beam that is lightweight and can realize a relatively large beam.
Even with the beam structure described above, as the construction length (hereinafter referred to as the span length) becomes longer, the amount of bending generated in the beam increases in proportion to the span length. In order to shorten the span length as a second solution, a column or wall is provided in the middle part of the beam in the material axis direction to suppress the amount of bending that occurs in the beam. .
However, the method of increasing the cross section of the beam by the first solution means that the effective ceiling height from the floor surface to the lower end of the beam is reduced because the beam is increased in order to increase the bending rigidity of the beam. In some cases, the predetermined floor height could not be secured. In the case of a steel beam, if the cross section of the beam is increased, the amount of steel material is increased and the cost is increased.
In addition, the method of providing a column, a wall, or the like in the middle part of the beam axial direction of the beam by the second solution means that it is difficult to realize a large space because the living room space in the building is subdivided. . In addition, the pillars and walls themselves are often designed to have a large cross section because they are firmly designed, and the usability in the room space in the building may be poor.
Therefore, as a frame structure for minimizing the cross-section of the beam member,
Also, conventionally, a steel column with a hollow cross section joined to a beam may be welded with a plate-shaped reinforcing material (diaphragm) inside the column material in order to increase the rigidity of the joint portion of the column and the beam. In many cases, because the reinforcing material is welded to the column material, the steel material cost and the welding cost increase, and the column material tends to be enlarged in order to function as a horizontal resistance material, and in the building space There were times when usability deteriorated.

The present invention solves the above-described problems, and provides a beam structure with a stud that makes it possible to form a simple joint structure for each member constituting the frame in a simple structural form. For the purpose.
As a structure for suppressing the vertical deflection of the steel beam that constitutes the building frame, the present inventors have arranged a stud in the middle of the steel beam in the axial direction of the steel beam, and the joint between the steel beam and the stud is semi-rigid (pin Focusing on the fact that it can be arranged as an axial force material without excessive horizontal load acting on the studs in the event of an earthquake, it led to inventing a beam structure with studs for steel beams. It was.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a beam structure with a stud column according to a first aspect of the present invention is a steel beam that is horizontally mounted between main columns, and the axial direction of the steel beam that forms a rigid joint structure with the main column. A steel stud that is joined to the steel girder adjacent in the middle in the middle and a mounting plate fixed to a column head of the steel stud, the mounting plate having an outer shape of the steel stud and a large area, than the width of the mounting plate along the timber axis direction of the steel girders is a steel plate over the outer width of the steel studs, stigma portion of the steel studs, the mounting plate The rod-shaped steel material inserted into the bolt hole is joined to the upper steel beam in a state where it is inserted into a locking hole provided in the lower flange of the upper steel beam.
Moreover, the beam structure with a stud of the second invention is a steel stud that is joined to the steel girder that is adjacent to the steel girder vertically adjacent to the steel girder in the middle in the axial direction of the steel girder. And a leg member fixed to the upper surface of the steel beam, and a concrete slab provided on the upper surface side of the steel beam. The steel stud is welded to the column head of the steel stud. The rod-shaped steel material joined to the mounting plate is inserted into a locking hole provided in the lower flange of the upper steel beam, and the steel stud and the lower flange are fastened with a nut, or the steel The column head of the stud and the lower surface of the upper steel beam are partially welded and welded to the mounting plate welded to the column base of the steel stud and the upper end of the leg member. Bolt with the mounting plate overlapped It is sintered, further characterized in that the pedestal portion of the steel studs are roots encased in the concrete slab.
In addition, the beam structure with the inter-columns of the third invention is a steel beam that is installed between main columns, and a steel beam that is joined to the steel beam that is adjacent to the steel beam in the axial direction in the middle of the steel beam. It comprises a stud and a concrete slab provided on the upper surface side of the steel beam, and the steel stud has a body stud and a leg stud provided on the lower side of the stud. A rod-shaped steel material joined to a mounting plate welded to a column head of the steel stud is inserted into a locking hole provided in a lower flange of the upper steel beam, and the steel stud and the lower flange are nuts. Or the lower part of the steel large beam on the upper side of the steel stud is partially welded and joined. Insert it with a plate attached to the steel surface, The through-holes of the inter-body inter-column part or the inter-leg inter-column part through which the high-strength bolt is inserted are in the shape of a long hole for adjusting the mounting accuracy, and further, The column base is solidified by the concrete slab.
Alternatively, in the first to third invention of the beam structure with the studs, the upper flange and the lower flange are joined between the upper flange and the lower flange of the steel large beam to which the steel studs are joined. It is good also as the feature that the steel materials are not installed.
According to such a beam structure with studs, as a method of suppressing the amount of bending that becomes prominent due to the long span of steel beams, the span of the beam body is provided by providing a stud (steel stud) in the middle of the steel beam in the axial direction. Focusing on the fact that the length can be shortened, and by adopting a semi-rigid connection (similar to pin connection) structure with a simple joining method for the joint between the steel beam and the intercolumn, the intercolumn is mainly used as a vertical resistance material that resists only vertical loads. This makes it possible to minimize the cross section of the stud.
In addition, it is possible to minimize the cross section of the steel beam having a large span length while suppressing the bending of the steel beam by the studs.
In addition, the intercolumn does not cause shear resistance to the bending moment generated in the steel beam like a column member, but the joint between the steel beam and the space so that the cross-section of the column functions almost as an axial force material. Was made into a semi-rigid joint (close to pin joint) as a bolt joint or partially welded joint. As a result, it is possible to minimize the cross section of the stud.
In addition, since the steel beam and the intermediate column are bolt-bonded or partially welded, the workability is excellent compared to the case of rigid welding by full welding.
Furthermore, since the column base portion of the stud is embedded in the concrete slab, a horizontal force corresponding to the axial force borne by the stud can be transmitted via the joint surface between the stud and the concrete slab.
The steel stud has a main body stud and a leg stud provided on the lower side of the main stud, and the main stud and the leg stud are on both steel surfaces of the joint portion. It may be sandwiched between attached plates and friction bonded with high strength bolts.
Further, if the second steel beam for preventing buckling or out-of-plane deformation of the steel beam is joined to at least one side of the steel beam in a direction intersecting the steel beam, the steel beam is a stud. Can be stably supported. Therefore, the optimal cross section of the steel beam can be achieved.
Moreover, if the stud gibber is formed in the side surface of the column base part of the said steel studs, while the fixation degree of a stud and a concrete slab can be increased, the transmissibility of the force between both is improved. be able to. However, even when the stud pillar is not provided on the stud pillar, a concrete slab is provided around the stud, so that a horizontal force can be transmitted between the stud and the slab.
The second steel beam is preferably a small beam (a beam whose cross-sectional shape is smaller than that of a large steel beam and does not require a function as a resistance member against seismic force) in consideration of the cross-sectional size and joining method. (A beam having a cross-sectional shape equivalent to that of a steel beam).
In addition, the stud and the steel beam, or the stud, the steel beam, and the second steel beam are joined at the same intersection point so that the stress and deflection of the steel beam are supported stably by the stud. Can do.
According to the beam structure with the studs of the present invention, it is possible to realize a simple joint structure for each member constituting the frame in a simple structure form. Moreover, workability is improved and the cross section of each member can be minimized.
Furthermore, in the present invention, since the stud is joined to the steel beam in a semi-rigid joint state, a bending moment is hardly generated in the stud. For this reason, most of the cross section of the stud functions as an axial force member, and the cross section of the stud can be minimized.
In addition, according to the beam structure with the studs of the present invention, it is possible to minimize the cross section of the main pillar by reducing the burden of the main pillar, because the floor pillar and the small beam bear a part of the floor load. .
