The present invention relates to a building in which a lighting device capable of irradiating light is provided on a building exterior surface.

Conventionally, in this type of building, a lighting device is configured by attaching a large number of light sources having respective light emitting surfaces directed to the exterior surface of the building in a grid pattern on the exterior surface of the building. In some cases, a figure, a video image, and the like can be displayed on the exterior of the building by controlling the irradiation of the building (for example, see Patent Document 1).

1)Utility Model Registration No. 3141819 (FIG. 1)

According to the conventional building described above, a large number of lighting devices are exposed from the exterior surface of the building, and the entire appearance appears. There is an unfavorable problem in terms of design.
In addition, although the lighting effect can be expected on the building exterior at night, the presence of the lighting device comes out in the shadow, making it more noticeable than in the daytime. is there.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a building that solves the above-described problems and that can provide a favorable design property throughout the day and night on the building exterior surface.

A first characteristic configuration of the present invention is a building in which a plurality of exterior panels are arranged side by side on a building exterior surface, and a lighting device capable of irradiating light is provided on the exterior panel. The distance between the exterior panels arranged outside the wall-shaped building foundation and adjacent to each other from the building foundation is different from each other, and between the adjacent exterior panels, the edges of each other are panel thicknesses. A step portion that is displaced in the direction is provided, and the lighting device is installed on the back side of the exterior panel located on the upper stage in the step portion, and the surface of the exterior panel located on the lower stage from the step portion is provided. It is in a place where it can be irradiated freely.

According to the first characteristic configuration of the present invention, since the step portion is provided between the exterior panels arranged side by side on the building exterior surface, a feeling of unevenness between the exterior panels is obtained on the building exterior surface in the daytime. As compared with the prior art in which the lighting device is simply exposed, it is possible to bring out a good design that the exterior panel and its shadow are woven together.
In addition, on the building exterior at night, indirect lighting on the surface of the exterior panel located at the lower stage can be performed from the lighting device hidden behind the exterior panel located at the upper stage, which is completely different from the daytime unevenness feeling A feeling of unevenness and a depiction effect by illumination can be obtained.
As a result of the above, on the building exterior surface, preferable design properties can be obtained throughout the day and night.

The second characteristic configuration of the present invention resides in that a plurality of exterior panels positioned at the lower stage are arranged around the exterior panel positioned at the upper stage.

According to the second characteristic configuration of the present invention, a plurality of “exterior panels positioned in the lower stage” disposed around can be irradiated by the lighting device installed on the back side of the “exterior panel positioned in the upper stage”. The area around the “upper panel located in the upper stage” can be brightly illuminated.
In addition, by adapting the relative arrangement of the upper stage and the lower stage to the lower stage of the `` outer panel located at the lower stage '', the dark part on the building exterior surface is reduced, and other than the outer panel located at the uppermost stage, The entire exterior of the building can be illuminated brightly as a whole lighting target.

The third characteristic configuration of the present invention, the between each outer panel and the building foundation is in place is provided with a space layer continuous along the building foundation.

According to the 3rd characteristic structure of this invention, since the said space layer exists between external spaces, the role of heat insulation space can be fulfilled and the air-conditioning efficiency in a building can be improved.
In particular, if the rising airflow of the air located in the space layer can be used, the chimney effect can suppress the rise in the building temperature in the hot season, and the cooling effect in the building can be improved.
In addition, maintenance of exterior panels, lighting devices, and the like can be performed using the space layer, and these operations can be performed without entering the building, so that independence in the building is improved. This effect is particularly suitable for a tenant building or the like in which a continuous usage pattern is applied to each living room.

A fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention is that a deck is provided in the space layer along the building foundation.

According to the fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention, it becomes easier to carry out maintenance work such as exterior panels and lighting devices using a deck, and also used as an evacuation passage to the outside in the event of a disaster such as a fire or an earthquake. Or can be used as a fire brigade approach to the building.
That is, the space layer can be used more effectively.

A fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention is that an emergency entrance is configured by opening a part of the building exterior surface where the plurality of exterior panels are arranged side by side.

According to the fifth feature of the present invention, the emergency entrance can form an emergency approach path from the outside to the inside of the building through the space layer, and copes with an emergency occurring in the building without delay. Will be able to.
Moreover, the opening of the emergency entrance itself can change the scenery of the building exterior surface where the exterior panels are arranged side by side, and the design can be improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 show an embodiment of a building according to the present invention. The building B described here is described by taking a commercial facility such as a tenant building in which a large number of stores are used as an example. Yes.
However, the target building B is not limited to a commercial facility, and any building can be used as long as it has a building exterior surface.

The building B is configured to include lighting equipment on one building exterior surface 1. For example, the building exterior surface 1 can be decorated with color lighting whose color tone can be freely changed, or an image can be displayed on the building exterior surface 1. It is configured so that it can be expressed and produced as a whole.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the building exterior surface 1 is composed of a building exterior body 4 provided outside the outer wall (corresponding to a building foundation) 2 with a space layer 3 interposed therebetween.

The outer wall 2 is composed of, for example, an ALC plate or the like, and most of the layer portions of the second floor or higher are covered with the building exterior body 4.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of doorways 2 a are provided in the first floor portion of the outer wall 2.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the spatial layer 3 has a width that allows a person to pass along the outer wall 2, and is configured as a continuous space across the upper and lower layers.
In the space layer 3, a deck D supported by a support member 6 to be described later is arranged for each level of the building B. This deck D is composed of, for example, grating, etc., and is used for maintenance work of the building exterior body 4 (exterior panel P and lighting device L, which will be described later) or to the outside in the event of a disaster such as a fire or an earthquake. It can be used as an evacuation passage or as an approach path for fire brigade into a building.

The building exterior body 4 includes a frame 5 made of steel, and a plurality of exterior panels P are arranged side by side on the surface side.
The frame 5 is supported by a support member 6 provided so as to protrude from the outer wall 2. The support member 6 is made of, for example, H-shaped steel or the like, and the base end portion is fixed to the building frame.

As shown in FIG. 4, the exterior panel P is formed in a rectangular shape, and a frame 7 serving as a reinforcing member is integrally attached to the back surface side. The exterior panel P is fixed by attaching the frame body 7 to the frame 5.
In addition, between the adjacent exterior panels P, there is provided a stepped portion 8 where the edges of each other are displaced in the panel thickness direction (see FIG. 6).
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, the edge metal fitting 10 is attached to the entire periphery of the exterior panel P. In addition to the protective effect of the edge of the exterior panel P, the edge hardware 10 includes a flange portion 10a that protrudes on the back surface side in the panel thickness direction, thereby preventing deformation of the exterior panel P in the thickness direction. Increases the effect.
Furthermore, by providing this flange portion 10a, a blinding effect at the step portion 8 can be expected, and the light source of the illuminating device L described later can be prevented from being directly seen from the outside through the step portion 8. The indirect lighting effect is improved.

An example of the arrangement pattern of the exterior panel P with steps as described above is as shown in FIG. In the center of the figure, an upper exterior panel Pa is disposed, and an intermediate exterior panel Pb is disposed along each of the four sides of the upper exterior panel Pa, and the remaining 3 of the middle exterior panel Pb. A lower exterior panel Pc is arranged along the side.
That is, a plurality of outer panels () positioned in the middle and lower stages are arranged around the upper outer panel Pa.
Accordingly, the step portions 8 are formed between the upper exterior panel Pa and the middle exterior panel Pb and between the middle exterior panel Pb and the lower exterior panel Pc, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 6, the surface of the exterior panel Pb (or Pc) located on the lower side can be irradiated through the step part 8 on the back side of the exterior panel Pa (or Pb) located on the upper stage side in the stepped portion 8. A lighting device L is arranged.
As shown in FIG. 4, the illuminating device L is configured as a unit in which a plurality of LED light sources are arranged along a line. The illuminating device L includes LED light sources of a plurality of colors (at least three primary colors of light) and can perform color illumination by a combination of irradiation colors.
According to the arrangement pattern of the exterior panel P shown in FIG. 3, the surface of the middle-stage exterior panel Pb is irradiated with light from the illumination device L disposed on the back side of the upper-stage exterior panel Pa, and the lower-stage exterior panel Pc The surface is irradiated with light from the lighting device L disposed on the back side of the middle exterior panel Pb. Therefore, it is possible to irradiate all exterior panels except the upper exterior panel Pa among many exterior panels P, and it is possible to express various depictions by illumination well.

The lighting device L may be attached to any object such as the exterior panel Pb, the frame body 7, the frame 5, or the like.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2, 5, and 7, a part of the building exterior surface 1 is opened to a part of the exterior panels P arranged at random arbitrary positions on the building exterior surface 1. A notch W is formed.
A mesh body 9 is installed in the notch W. Further, in some exterior panels P among the plurality of exterior panels P provided with the notches W, the mesh body 9 is attached to be openable and closable, and this portion is used as an emergency entrance Wa. be able to. In the notch W set as the emergency entrance Wa, for example, an emergency light such as red (not shown) or a mark indicating an emergency entrance is installed in the vicinity thereof. Is preferred.
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, an illumination device S capable of irradiating light to the outer wall 2 is attached to the back side of the notch W. By illuminating the target portion of the outer wall 2 with the lighting device S, it is possible to prevent only the cutout portion W from becoming dark on the building exterior surface 1 and to obtain a better lighting effect. Furthermore, part of the light irradiated by the illumination device S is reflected by the mesh body 9, so that the illumination effect of the notch W can be further enhanced.
The exterior panel P provided with the notch W may be provided on any of the upper exterior panel Pa, the middle exterior panel Pb, and the lower exterior panel Pc.

According to the building B of the embodiment, in the daytime building exterior surface 1, a feeling of unevenness due to the exterior panel P can be obtained, and a good design property woven by the exterior panel P and its shadow can be brought about. On the building exterior surface 1 at night, the illumination effect by the lighting device L hidden behind the exterior panel P provides a feeling of unevenness that is completely different from the unevenness of the daytime, and the rendering effect of images, etc. In the exterior surface 1, preferable design properties can be obtained throughout the day and night.
Moreover, various maintenance using the space layer 3 can be performed, and the space layer 3 can be used for an evacuation passage, an approach path of a fire brigade, or the like. Furthermore, the heat insulation effect by the space layer 3 itself can improve the cooling / heating efficiency in the building. And the upward airflow of the air located in the space layer 3 can be utilized by a method such as forming a circulation part for circulating the air between the outside and the space layer 3 on the lower end side and the upper end side of the space layer 3. Then, the chimney effect makes it easy to suppress the rise in the building temperature during the hot season.

[Another embodiment]
Other embodiments will be described below.

<1> The building is not limited to a commercial facility such as a tenant building in which a large number of stores are occupying, and may be various buildings constructed for other different purposes. Further, the structure type, the number of layers, the shape of the building exterior surface 1 and the like are not particularly specified.

<2> Between the building exterior body 4 and the building foundation (outer wall) 2, the space layer 3 is not necessarily provided as described in the previous embodiment, but a building is not opened on the building foundation 2. The structure which provides the exterior body 4 may be sufficient.
In that case, instead of the exterior panel P located on the lower side, as shown in FIG. 10, the surface of the building foundation 2 may be substituted. In other words, the building exterior surface 1 is not limited to the exterior panel P alone, but the building exterior surface 1 may be composed of the exterior panel P and the building foundation 2.
In addition, the building exterior surface 1 is not limited to the wall surface of the building B described in the previous embodiment, and may be, for example, the roof surface or the roof surface of the building B. Collectively referred to as 1.

<3> The exterior panel P is not limited to the rectangular shape described in the previous embodiment. For example, the exterior panel P is a triangle, a pentagon or more polygon, a circle, an ellipse, or a combination thereof. It may be of a shape or a geometric shape.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3 described in the previous embodiment, the arrangement of the exterior panels P is not limited to the arrangement of the upper stage, the middle stage, and the lower stage.
