Description

The present invention relates to a holding structure for holding a fastening member made of a bolt or a nut to a holding member, and an electric junction box having the holding structure.

For example, in an electrical junction box for automobiles, bolts and nuts may be used when securing electrical connection parts (bus bars, terminal parts of electronic parts, terminal fittings, etc.) of mounted parts. As an example of such a fixing structure, there is a fixing structure in which one of a bolt and a nut is previously attached to a holding member such as a resin frame, the electrical connection portion is overlapped with the one, and the other is fastened to the one. .

Further, in attaching the bolt or nut to the holding member in the fixing structure, the one is often attached to the holding member by press-fitting or insert molding (see Patent Document 1). However, when one of the bolts and nuts is attached to the holding member by press-fitting or insert molding, it is necessary to use a slide core for the manufacturing die of the holding member, and there is a problem that the manufacturing die becomes complicated and more labor is required. For this reason, there has been a problem that the molding process cost is increased.

Other than the press-fitting and insert molding described above, for example, as shown in FIG. 12, a holding structure 301 in which a pair of locking arms 30 is provided on the holding member 3 and the nut 2 is held between the pair of locking arms 30 is considered. It is done. The nut 2 is passed between the pair of locking arms 30 in the direction opposite to the arrow D and is held between the pair of locking arms 30. A bolt (not shown) is fastened to the nut 2 in the direction of arrow D.

Since the holding structure 301 shown in FIG. 12 has a simple configuration in which the nut 2 is held by the pair of locking arms 30, it is possible to avoid the manufacturing mold of the holding member 3 from becoming complicated, and to reduce the processing cost. However, the nut 2 falls off the holding member 3 due to an unexpected external force such as applying a fastening tool when the bolt and the nut 2 are fastened (the pair of locking arms 30 are mutually connected). There is a problem that the nut 2 may be bent in the direction of separating and the nut 2 may drop downward).

Therefore, the present invention can avoid the complexity of the mold to be used, can reduce the processing cost, and can prevent the fastening member from falling, and the holding structure. It aims at providing the electrical junction box provided with.

The invention described in claim 1 is a fastening member holding structure comprising: a fastening member made of a bolt or a nut; a holding member holding the fastening member; and a base to which the holding member is attached. The member is provided with a pair of locking arms that position and hold the fastening member between each other, and the base is provided with a support portion that is located below the fastening member and prevents the fastening member from falling. It is the holding structure of the fastening member characterized by the above-mentioned.

The invention described in claim 2 is the invention described in claim 1, wherein the fastening member is a nut, and the support portion has a rib erected in the axial direction of the nut, It is provided so that the bolt inserted in the hole of a nut may be avoided.

A third aspect of the present invention is an electrical junction box comprising the fastening member holding structure according to the first or second aspect.

According to the present invention, since the fastening member is held by the pair of locking arms provided on the holding member and the support portion provided on the base is positioned below the fastening member, the holding member and the base are provided. The manufacturing mold can be prevented from becoming complicated and the processing cost can be kept low. Further, since the support portion is located below the fastening member, the fastening member can be prevented from falling.

A “fastening member holding structure” and an “electrical connection box” according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The “fastening member holding structure 1” of the present embodiment is a structure in which a nut 2 as a fastening member is held by the holding member 3. Further, the “electric connection box 10” of the present embodiment is mounted on an automobile and distributes power from a power source to a load, and includes the “fastening member holding structure 1”.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the electrical junction box 10 is made of a synthetic resin base 4, a plurality of parts attached to the base 4, and a synthetic resin made of synthetic resin that is assembled to the base 4 and covers the plurality of parts. And a cover 8. The plurality of components include various electronic components, a bus bar that connects the electronic components, a holding member that holds the electronic components, a fastening member, and the like and is attached to the base 4.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the fastening member holding structure 1 includes a pair of nuts (“fastening members” in the claims) 2, a holding member 3 holding the pair of nuts 2, and the holding member 3. And the base 4 to be attached.

The pair of nuts 2 are used for fixing the fusible link 7 to the holding member 3 and fixing the pair of terminal portions 70 of the fusible link 7 and the pair of bus bars 6. 5 is fastened. The nut 2 is provided with a cylindrical portion 20 that is screwed with the bolt 5, and an anti-rotation portion 21 that extends in a hook shape from the outer peripheral surface of one end of the cylindrical portion 20. The outer edge shape of the rotation prevention part 21 is a substantially square outer edge shape.

The holding member 3 is made of synthetic resin and is formed separately from the base 4 and the cover 8. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the holding member 3 includes a pair of housing portions 33 in which a pair of nuts 2 are housed, a pair of locking arms 30 provided inside each housing portion 33, and each housing. The holding part 34 provided in pairs at the upper end of the part 33, a connecting part 36 that connects the pair of accommodating parts 33, and a pair of brackets 35 that are screwed to the base 4 are integrally provided.

The accommodating part 33 is formed in the square cylinder shape which the upper end and the lower end opened. The nut 2 is inserted into the housing part 33 from the lower end side of the housing part 33 in the direction shown in FIG. 4, that is, in the direction in which the cylinder part 20 is positioned above the anti-rotation part 21.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 10, the pair of locking arms 30 are arranged inside a pair of opposed surfaces of the accommodating portion 33 and are opposed to each other. Each locking arm 30 includes a flexible piece 31 that extends from the lower end side to the upper end side of the housing portion 33, and a protrusion 32 that projects from one side of the flexible piece 31 to the inside of the housing portion 33. . The flexible piece 31 is provided so as to be elastically deformable in the opposing direction of a pair of opposing surfaces of the accommodating portion 33. The protrusion 32 contacts the lower surface of the rotation stopper 21.

The pair of pressing portions 34 protrudes from the upper ends of the pair of opposing surfaces of the housing portion 33 to the inside of the housing portion 33. The pressing portion 34 abuts on the upper surface of the detent portion 21. In addition, the direction in which the pair of pressing portions 34 face each other is orthogonal to the direction in which the pair of locking arms 30 face each other.

The nut 2 is inserted into the housing portion 33 from the lower end side of the housing portion 33, and gets over the protrusion 32 while bending the pair of locking arms 30 away from each other. In the nut 2 that has passed over the protrusion 32, the rotation prevention portion 21 is positioned between the flexible pieces 31 of the pair of locking arms 30, and the lower surface of the rotation prevention portion 21 abuts against the protrusion 32 of the pair of locking arms 30, The upper surface of the rotation stopper 21 is held by the holding member 3 by contacting the pair of pressing parts 34. Further, in this state, the inner surface of the accommodating portion 33 is in contact with the four corners of the rotation preventing portion 21 and the rotation of the nut 2 is restricted.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the base 4 is provided with a pair of support portions 40 that are located inside the housing portions 33 and are located below the nuts 2 to prevent the nuts 2 from falling. ing. Each support portion 40 has a pair of ribs 41 erected in the axial direction of the nut 2. The pair of ribs 41 oppose each other with a space therebetween. In addition, the pair of ribs 41 are disposed outside the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 20 directly below the nut 2 and inside the outer edge of the rotation preventing portion 21. That is, the pair of ribs 41 are provided so as to avoid the bolts 5 inserted through the holes of the nut 2.

Subsequently, an assembly procedure of the electrical junction box 10 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 7, the holding member 3 holding the pair of nuts 2 is set on the base 4, and the pair of brackets 35 are fixed to the base 4 with screws. As a result, the pair of support portions 40 are positioned below each nut 2. Various other components are also attached to the base 4.

Next, a plurality of bus bars are routed on the base 4. As shown in FIG. 8, with respect to the pair of bus bars 6 connected to the fusible link 7, the end portions thereof are overlapped on the holding member 3, and the bolt insertion holes 61 are aligned with the holes of the nut 2. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 9, the fusible link 7 is overlaid on the holding member 3, and the pair of terminal portions 70 are overlaid on the pair of bus bars 6, and bolt insertion holes 71 (see FIG. 3). Is aligned with the bolt insertion hole 61 (see FIG. 8). Then, the bolt 5 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 71, the bolt insertion hole 61, and the hole of the nut 2 from above the terminal portion 70, and the bolt 5 and the nut 2 are fastened. Accordingly, the fusible link 7 is fixed to the holding member 3 and the pair of terminal portions 70 and the pair of bus bars 6 of the fusible link 7 are fixed.

Further, as described above, since the support portion 40 is located below the nut 2, when an unexpected external force is applied to the nut 2 (for example, when the bolt 5 is excessively tightened with an impact wrench). However, the nut 2 can be prevented from falling off the holding member 3 and falling.

Next, the electrical connection box 10 is assembled by assembling the cover 8 to the base 4 and inserting electronic components such as relays and fuses from the openings provided in the cover 8. The cover 8 is provided with an opening 80 for exposing the fusible link 7. For this reason, the state of the fusible link 7 can be checked without removing the cover 8 from the base 4, and if the fusible body is blown, the fusible link 7 can be replaced from the opening 80. It can be performed.

According to the fastening member holding structure 1 described above, the nut 2 is held by the pair of locking arms 30 provided on the holding member 3, and the support portion 40 provided on the base 4 is positioned below the nut 2. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the manufacturing molds of the holding member 3 and the base 4 from becoming complicated and to keep the processing cost low. In addition, when the structure which attaches the nut 2 to a holding member by press-fitting or insert molding is adopted, it is necessary to use a slide core for the manufacturing die of the holding member, or the processing cost is increased because it takes more labor. Get higher. Thus, according to the holding structure 1 of a fastening member, the nut 2 can be prevented from dropping without incurring costs.

Furthermore, according to the holding structure 1 of the fastening member, when the nut 2 is mounted on the holding member 3 in the upside down direction, the erroneous mounting can be easily detected as described below. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the nut 2 is held by the holding member 3 in a normal orientation, and FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the nut 2 is held by the holding member 3 in the upside down direction. is there.

In FIG. 10, the nut 2 is positioned above the protrusion 32 of the locking arm 30, and the upper end of the rib 41 is positioned at substantially the same height as the protrusion 32. On the other hand, in FIG. 11 in which the nut 2 is turned upside down, the upper end of the rib 41 is located below the protrusion 32 because the cylindrical portion 20 of the nut 2 is located below the protrusion 32. 11 represents the upper end position of the holding member 3 in FIG. 10, and in FIG. 11, the upper end position of the holding member 3 is higher than the upper end position in FIG. Yes.

That is, when the nut 2 is mounted on the holding member 3 in the upside down direction, the nut 2 and the holding member 3 are lifted by the height C by the rib 41, so that the holding member 3 is clearly lifted from the base 4. Thus, it is possible to easily detect the erroneous mounting of the nut 2.

。   In the embodiment described above, an example in which the nut 2 is held by the holding member 3 as the fastening member has been described. However, in the present invention, a configuration in which the bolt is held by the holding member instead of the nut may be employed. In that case, the head of the bolt is locked to the pair of locking arms, and the shaft is held so as to be positioned above the head. Further, when the bolt is held by the holding member, the support portion may have any shape as long as it is located below the bolt (in this case, the nut is disposed below the bolt). Because there is nothing.)

In addition, embodiment mentioned above only showed the typical form of this invention, and this invention is not limited to embodiment. That is, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
