Description

The present invention relates to a ladle that can easily pour water or the like into a target object with a simple operation without placing a burden on the body even at a high place, a low place, or a place slightly apart in the horizontal direction.

In various everyday scenes, ladle is used as a tool to draw water and pour it onto a target object. However, since the handle of the conventional ladle is attached obliquely upward to the container, the arm has to be raised higher than the object. For example, when watering a plant bowl or watering a tombstone at a grave visit, if the target is at the chest level, the arm must be raised to the head level, which is a burden on the body. It was over. If the object is about the height of the head. Water injection was impossible at extreme heights. Also, if there was an object at a distance in the horizontal direction, the arm was forced to pour with the arm raised with an extra high arm, which put a burden on the body. In addition, in the case of conventional ladle, the handle is fixed to the container, so if the handle you grip is broken, the water will spill immediately. However, he had to move to the target, and the higher the arm was raised, the more the wrist holding the handle was twisted, which could damage the joint.

特開2005−15942JP 2005-15942 A

With the technique of Patent Document 1, water can be pumped up without spilling, and watering can be easily performed even at a high place or a little distant from the standing position. However, since water is taken from the water hole at the bottom and discharged from the discharge hole, it takes time for both intake and drainage. Moreover, since it cannot be used for viscous liquid, granular, liquid with contents, etc., versatility is poor. In addition, it has a lid and a tube, and its shape makes it difficult to use for Buddhist affairs.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object of the present invention is to be simple, without placing a burden on the body at a high place, a low place, or a little apart in the horizontal direction. The present invention relates to a ladle that can easily pour water into an object by operation.

The ladle of the present invention that achieves the above-described object includes a container and a handle connected to the side surface of the container, and the handle is capable of rotating to a side surface of the container. The container is provided with a rotation restricting mechanism for restricting a rotation range between the container and the handle, and the rotation restricting mechanism is formed by tilting the handle holding portion side upward. In the first use state, the upper surface side of the support portion is locked to hold the handle and the container at a predetermined angle, and in the second use state in which the handle holding portion side of the handle is inclined downward, the lower surface side of the support portion is The handle and the container are held at a predetermined angle by locking.

Further, the ladle of the present invention includes a container and a handle connected to the side surface of the container, and the handle is pivotally supported by the gripping portion held by the user and the tip of the handle so as to be rotatable on the side surface of the container. A rotation restricting mechanism for restricting a rotation range between the container and the handle, and the rotation restricting mechanism is in a first use state in which the handle holding portion side of the handle is inclined upward. The handle is held at a predetermined angle by locking the support portion with the support portion in contact with the side surface of the container in the second use state in which the handle holding portion side is inclined downward. And the container are held at a predetermined angle.

Preferably, the support portion has a tip extending along the outer periphery of the container, and the rotation restricting mechanism is configured by a protrusion integrally provided on at least one of the upper portion of the container or the outer wall, and is used for the first use. In this state, the handle and the container are held at a predetermined angle by the lower surface side of the protrusion engaging the upper surface side of the support portion.

Preferably, the support portion is pivotally supported so that the tip thereof penetrates the side wall of one side surface of the container and is pivotable to the other side surface facing the container.

More preferably, a long member is provided on the inner wall on the other side of the container, and the tip of the support portion is pivotally supported by the long member.

According to the ladle of the present invention, since the tip of the support portion is pivotally supported on the side surface of the container, even if the gripping portion is tilted upward or downward, water filled in the container or the like Because the weight maintains its own balance regardless of the handle angle, the user grips the handle with the user's easy arm position and easy wrist angle, and is slightly separated in the horizontal direction, both high and low. But you can move the container to the target without spilling. In order to inject water into the target object, the user only has to rotate the gripping part in the thumb direction or the little finger direction in the same manner as in general ladle operations. When the container tries to rotate around the rotation axis while the force is working, in the first use state in which the handle gripping part is inclined upward, the rotation restricting mechanism provided on the container is In the second use state in which the upper surface side is locked and the handle gripping portion side is inclined downward, the rotation restricting mechanism provided in the container locks the lower surface side of the support portion, or the support portion is Since the container comes into contact with the side surface to stop the rotation of the container, the container is stably tilted, and water or the like flows out in the tilted direction, so that water can be injected into the target object.

Therefore, the ladle of the present invention can easily pour water or the like into a target object with a simple operation without placing a burden on the body at a high place, a low place, or at a distance in the horizontal direction.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of a ladle according to the present invention. The ladle according to the first embodiment includes a container 1 and a handle 2 connected to a side surface of the container 1, and the handle 2 rotates to a side surface of the container 1 with a grip portion 3 held by a user. The support portion 4 is pivotally supported, and the support portion 4 is extended along the outer periphery of the container and pivotally supported on the side surface of the container (the outer frame type). ). In the container 1, a rotation regulating mechanism 5 that regulates a rotation range between the container 1 and the handle 2 is provided integrally with the container 1 on the upper part and the outer wall of the container 1.

FIG. 2 is a side view of FIG. 1 and illustrates how the support 4 is locked by the rotation restricting mechanism 5.
The upper diagram of FIG. 2 shows a first use state in which the handle 2 side of the handle 2 is tilted upward, that is, a state when water or the like is poured into an object underneath. Since the rotation restricting mechanism 5 formed of a protrusion and integrally provided on the upper part of the container 1 locks the upper surface side of the support part 4 and holds the handle 2 and the container 1 at a predetermined angle, the container 1 Can stably inject water.
The center diagram of FIG. 2 shows a state in which the support portion 4 is not restricted from rotating. Even if the angle of the handle 2 changes, since the support part 4 of the handle 2 is pivotally supported on the side of the container, the container 1 can be kept horizontal and the container 1 can be moved to the target without spilling water or the like. .
The lower drawing of FIG. 2 shows a second use state in which the handle 2 side of the handle 2 is inclined downward, that is, when water or the like is poured into an object on the upper side, it is constituted by a protrusion and integrated with the outer wall of the container. Since the rotation restricting mechanism 5 provided in a fixed manner locks the lower surface side of the support portion 4 and holds the handle 2 and the container 1 at a predetermined angle, the container 1 can be stably tilted and poured.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of a ladle according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a side view thereof.
The upper diagram and the middle diagram in FIG. 4 are the same as those in FIG.
4 shows a second usage state in which the handle 2 side of the handle 2 is tilted downward. That is, when water or the like is poured into the upper object, the support 4 (outer frame type) is attached to the container 1. It shows a state in contact with the side surface. Thereby, since the handle | steering-wheel 2 and the container 1 are hold | maintained at a predetermined angle, the container 1 can incline and can inject water etc. stably.

The first embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 has two rotation restricting mechanisms 5 on the container upper part and the outer wall, whereas the second embodiment of FIGS. 3 and 4 has only one on the container upper part. In the second use state, the support portion 4 (outer frame type) is formed so as to contact the side surface of the container 1. In order to form the support portion 4 (outer frame type) to be brought into contact with the side surface of the container, the gap between the support portion 4 and the container may be formed narrow and compact as shown in FIG. The second embodiment that does not require is simpler in structure and easier to manufacture.

However, since there is a suitable shape of the container 1 depending on the application, a container having a shallow bottom, a butt-bottomed container, a hemispherical container, etc. has a rotation restricting mechanism 5 on the outer wall shown in FIGS. One embodiment is effective. The other rotation restricting mechanism 5 is necessary for locking a support portion that cannot come into contact with the side surface of the container, as shown in FIGS.
Further, if the support portion 4 (outer frame type) is made too compact, a sufficient handle angle suitable for the use state cannot be obtained, and the expected effect cannot be obtained. 5 is provided on the top or outer wall of the container.
The support 4 (outer frame type) is preferably formed in a rod shape or a plate shape.
In addition, since a support body is extended along the outer periphery (outer frame type), the shape of the container is preferably a simple shape close to a circle such as a circle or a regular polygon. The size is not particularly limited.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a third embodiment of a ladle according to the present invention. The tip of the support portion 4 penetrates the side wall of one side surface of the container 1 and is pivotally supported on the other side surface of the container 1 that faces the container 1 (a shaft type).

FIG. 6 is a plan view of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 5, but the tip of the support portion 4 may penetrate the other opposite side surface of the container 1 or may be inscribed inside the container as shown in the following figure. Either one is acceptable as long as it is supported. In the following figure, the rotation restricting mechanism 5 that locks the support portion 4 in the first use state is not limited to the example shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 5, and the support portion 4 can be locked at other positions. It is shown that.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view in which the cylindrical spout 7 can be easily formed in the container 1 by providing the support portion 4 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a lotus opening is provided, and the container is a watering device. It is.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a fourth embodiment of a ladle according to the present invention. The long member 8 is further provided in the third embodiment. The front end of the support part 4 is pivotally supported 6 by a long member 8 that is stretched over the inner wall on the other side of the container 1. With such a configuration, the beak-shaped spout 9 can be easily formed in the container 1. That is, by using this technique, containers 1 having various shapes can be formed (see FIGS. 12B, 12C, and 12D).
Since the support part 4 (shaft type) of 3rd, 4th embodiment has few parts along an outer periphery, the tangle of a foreign material and a deposit | attachment can also be reduced. Furthermore, since the shaft and the long member 8 are configured to enter the container, the strength of the container 1 is increased, and it is possible to scoop even solid materials such as powder and granules, which is highly versatile.
The long member 8 is not limited to a plate-like member as shown in FIG. 8, but may be a rod-like member such as a prism or a cylinder, a hard wire, or the like.

FIG. 9 is a side view showing the position of the ladle pivot 6 of the present invention. The position of the pivot portion 6 of the support portion 4 in each of the above-described embodiments is the side surface or the side wall (upper figure), but as shown in the center figure, the part integrally extended on the side surface or the upper part of the side wall The pivot 6 may be used. Moreover, as shown in the following figure, the side edge part integrally provided in the outer side of the side surface or the side wall can also be used as the pivot part 6. In this case, the support part 4 (outer frame type) shown in the first and second embodiments can be easily attached to the container 1.

FIG. 10 is a side view showing another embodiment of the ladle rotation restricting mechanism 5 according to the present invention. In the first embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2, the rotation restriction mechanism 5 that locks the support portion 4 in the first use state and the rotation restriction mechanism 5 in the second use state are separately provided. However, as shown in FIG. 10, a rotation restricting mechanism 5 that restricts both the rotation in the first use state and the second use state may be provided. For example, as shown in the above figure, a substantially C-shaped (reverse C-shaped) protrusion may be provided in the vicinity of the pivot 6 at the top of the container. (See FIG. 12C for a plan view). Moreover, you may form the protrusion which provided the long hole in the container outer wall like the following figure. This is particularly effective for locking a support portion that does not come into contact with the side surface of the container as shown in FIGS.

FIG. 11 is a side view showing the angle of the ladle handle 2 according to the present invention. When the angle of the handle 2 in the first use state is θ1, and the angle of the handle 2 in the second use state is θ2, both θ1 and θ2 are preferably within 70 degrees. When the angle is smaller, the rotation axis is easily tilted and can be poured easily only by rotating the wrist. Therefore, it is preferable to set the angle as small as possible according to the application. For example, in a gardening dipper that can also be watered in a hanging basket, θ2 is preferably 30 degrees or more, but there is no problem even if θ1 is about 30 degrees. On the other hand, in ladle for cooking, θ1 is preferably 45 ° or more so that liquid can be drawn from a deep pan or the like, but it is not often poured into a high place, so that there is no problem even if θ2 is 30 ° or less.

FIG. 12 is a plan view showing the angle of the ladle handle 2 according to the present invention. When the angle of the handle 2 with respect to the rotation axis 10 is θ3 and θ3 is within 90 degrees, θ3 is preferably 45 degrees or more from the viewpoint of ease of handling.
When the five plan views of FIG. 12 are compared, the support part 4 in the upper diagram and (A) is an outer frame type belonging to the first and second embodiments, and supports (B), (C), and (D). The part 4 is a shaft type belonging to the third and fourth embodiments. Compared with the outer frame type in the above figure and (A), the shaft type (B), (C), (D) is connected to the rotation axis 10 and the handle 2 by a single line. It is easy to set the angle freely, and the handle 2 having a convenient angle can be obtained according to the state of use.
If the left and right balance with respect to the rotation axis 10 is lacking as shown in FIG. 12D, a weight 11 that also serves as a decoration is attached in consideration of the balance of the container 1 or the wall of the container 1 It is preferable to change the thickness of the part. Thereby, the freedom degree of design can be improved.

FIG. 13 is an explanatory view showing another embodiment of a ladle rotation restricting mechanism 5 according to the present invention. If the rotation restricting mechanism 5 is formed in a U shape and pivotally attached to the upper part of the container, the rotation restriction can be released, or the handle 2 and the container 1 can be fixed by sandwiching the support portion 4 in the U shape.
Note that the ladle rotation restricting mechanism 5 of the present invention only needs to be able to lock the support portion including those shown in FIGS. 10 and 13, and the shape and size thereof are not particularly limited as long as it is a protrusion.

The material of the member constituting the ladle of the present invention is preferably made of metal from the standpoint of strength of the support portion 4, and the other members are preferably made of synthetic resin because of lightness and ease of molding. In such a case, the container 1 is also preferably made of metal. That is, the material is not particularly limited because it is sufficient to select a material appropriately depending on the application.

In each of the above-described embodiments, the separate handle 2 and the support portion 4 are integrated, but the handle 2 and the support portion 4 can be integrally formed. The handle 2 may be telescopic.

In addition, about the ladle water intake method of this invention, water can be taken if a container is submerged in the water etc. which filled the bucket etc. using a handle, and a container is lifted with a handle. Since the container is rotated, the container submerged in water or the like can be lifted with the opening facing upward due to water pressure simply by lifting the handle, and being naturally filled with water or the like. Compared to the conventional ladle, the ladle of the present invention can fill up a container with more water and the like with a faster and simpler operation.
