Description

The present invention relates to a collective housing fire alarm system that notifies the occurrence of a fire not only to a generating dwelling unit but also to neighboring dwelling units when a fire occurs in the collective housing.

When a fire occurs in an apartment house, an apartment house fire alarm system that alerts the occurrence of a fire to not only the residential unit where the fire occurred but also neighboring residential units such as adjacent ones is in widespread use (for example, Patent Document 1).
This apartment house fire alarm system installs a residence ridge receiver that manages the detection signals of the fire detectors in the entire apartment house in a manager's room, etc., and is installed in the living room master unit that is an intercom device installed in each residence unit. A fire receiver (P-type receiver or GP-type receiver) that operates when it receives a district bell signal sent from a residential building receiver to issue an alarm is built in. Are connected to the receiver of the building via a repeater to constitute the entire system.
In this way, when the fire detector detects a fire, the signal is sent to the dwelling receiver, and the dwelling receiver automatically sends the district bell signal to the living room master unit in the neighboring dwelling unit to prevent the fire from occurring. It is configured to notify and alert.

In the above conventional apartment house fire alarm system, the district bell signal sent from the housing ridge receiver also serves as a power source for alarming the fire receiver, so the fire occurrence signal is transmitted from the housing ridge receiver to the repeater. In addition to this wiring, wiring dedicated to the district bell signal was laid. In addition, the residential building receiver required a power supply unit having a capacity sufficient to transmit district bell signals to a large number of fire receivers at the same time.
In addition, the transmission of the district bell signal between the dwelling unit receiver and the living room master unit is carried out by communication, and the fire receiver is powered by the power supply of the living room main unit. There is also an apartment fire alarm system that reduces the number of wires, but in this case it is difficult to unify the communication system in the industry, so there is no versatility, and there are limited models that can be combined with a residence ridge receiver and a room master unit It was.

Therefore, in view of such problems, the present invention eliminates the function of the power supply in the district bell signal transmitted by the residence ridge receiver, eliminates the district bell dedicated wiring, and transmits from the repeater to the fire receiver. The purpose of the bell signal is to provide a multi-family house fire alarm system as a simple signal with versatility in the combination of the residence receiver and the room master.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention of claim 1 has a function of communicating with a visitor via a collective entrance machine, and a fire detector installed in a dwelling unit is connected to notify the outside of the occurrence of a fire. A district bell signal that is connected to the living room base unit with a function to communicate with the living room base unit via a repeater and notifies the neighboring dwelling unit that a fire has occurred when a fire occurrence signal is transmitted from the living room base unit In the apartment building fire alarm system having a housing ridge receiver for transmitting the alarm, the living room master unit receives the district bell signal transmitted from the housing ridge receiver via the repeater and performs an alarm issuing operation. A fire receiver is incorporated, and the fire occurrence signal and the district bell signal transmitted between the dwelling receiver and the repeater are arranged between the dwelling receiver and the repeater. It is transmitted and received using the same communication line that has been further the Houses received Impedance comprises a power unit for driving the relay, said the communication line made are superimposed power to drive the relay, the relay is, the impedance changes under the zone bell signal While having a variable circuit, the fire receiver detects a change in the impedance of the impedance variable circuit to a predetermined value and performs an alarm issuing operation.
According to this configuration, since the district bell signal transmitted from the housing ridge receiver is transmitted using the communication line for transmitting the fire occurrence signal, there is no need for a dedicated line as in the prior art. The wiring between the relay and the repeater can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.
In addition, since the transmission of the district bell signal transmitted from the repeater to the room master unit is performed by a change in impedance, the district bell signal reception circuit of the fire receiver is a simple circuit compared to the case where it is implemented by communication. That's it. Therefore, versatility can be given to the combination of the living room master unit with the built-in fire receiver, the dwelling unit receiver, and the repeater.

Furthermore, since it is not necessary to provide a power supply for the repeater itself, the installation location is not limited and can be easily installed at an appropriate location.

According to the present invention, since the district bell signal transmitted from the residential building receiver is transmitted using the communication line for transmitting the fire occurrence signal, there is no need for a dedicated line as in the prior art.

The repeater 2 is arranged in the vicinity of the living room parent unit 4 and is connected to the living room parent unit 4 by a transmission line L2 including two lines for transmitting a fire occurrence signal and a district bell line L3 including two lines. Moreover, it connects with the dwelling receiver 3 by the communication line L1 which consists of two lines.
In addition, the fire detector 1 installed in the dwelling unit is connected to the living room base unit 4 through a repeater 9 with a remote test function.

On the other hand, in the collective housing intercom system, the collective entrance machine 6 and the management room main unit 7 are connected to the control unit 8 through transmission lines L11 and L12, respectively, and the living room main unit 4 is connected to the control unit 8 through the main unit trunk line L13. Yes. The entrance cordless handset 5 is connected to the living room base phone 4 by a transmission line L14.

When the district bell signal sent from the residence ridge receiver 3 is received in the living room master unit 4 of the apartment house intercom system configured as described above, the function of a fire receiver for notifying when the district bell signal is received is incorporated. The building receiver 3 and the living room base unit 4 constitute an apartment house fire alarm system.

FIG. 2 is a circuit block diagram showing the main parts of the repeater 2, the dwelling unit receiver 3, and the living room master unit 4 constituting the apartment house fire alarm system. As shown in FIG. 2, the repeater 2 has a communication IF 21 that communicates with the dwelling receiver 3 via the communication line L1, a fire IF 22 that receives the fire occurrence signal from the living room master 4 via the transmission line L2, and the dwelling When a district bell signal is received from the receiver 3 via the communication line L1, an impedance variable circuit 23 that changes the impedance value to a predetermined value, a repeater CPU 24 that controls the entire repeater 2, a power supply unit 25, and the like are provided.

When the dwelling receiver 3 receives the communication IF 31 that communicates with the repeater 2, the power supply unit 32 for supplying power to the power supply unit 25 of the repeater 2 via the communication line L1, and the fire occurrence signal. A housing ridge receiver CPU 33 for generating a district bell signal is provided. The driving power of the repeater 2 is very small compared to the power for driving the conventional fire receiver sent as the district bell signal. It can be relatively small.

When the connected fire detector 1 performs a sensing operation, the living room master unit 4 outputs a fire signal output unit 41 that outputs a fire occurrence signal, and a district bell IF 42 that receives a district bell signal from the repeater 2 via the district bell line L3. A sound circuit 43 and a speaker 44 for reporting alarm sounds and messages, a display unit 45 for displaying the occurrence of a fire, etc., a master CPU 46 for controlling the living room master 4 as a whole, a fire IF 47 to which the repeater 9 is connected, etc. It has.
The district bell IF 42, the audio circuit 43, the speaker 44, the display unit 45, and the master CPU 46 constitute a fire receiver that issues an alarm when a district bell signal is received. The fire signal receiver 41 is provided with a terminator 41a for detecting disconnection of the transmission line L2.

The operation of the apartment house fire alarm system configured as described above is as follows. When the fire detector 1 detects a fire in any of the dwelling units in the apartment house, a detection signal is transmitted to the room master unit 4 of the dwelling unit.
The room base unit 4 that has received the sensing signal issues an alarm under the control of the base unit CPU 46. For example, in addition to an alarm sound, a message “The indoor fire detector has been activated” is reported from the speaker 44 to prompt the resident to confirm whether or not it is malfunctioning. After that, if the sensing signal is continuously received even after a certain time has elapsed, the fire signal output unit 41 outputs a fire occurrence signal.

In the repeater 2 that has received this signal at the fire IF 22 via the transmission line L2, the repeater CPU 24 adds the ID information (dwelling unit number information) of the base unit 4 to the residence building via the communication IF 21 and the communication line L1. Transmit to the receiver 3.

When receiving the fire occurrence signal, the dwelling receiver 3 grasps the transmission source dwelling unit from the ID information attached to the signal, and the neighboring dwelling unit and the neighboring dwelling units such as the upper and lower dwelling units from the neighboring information data stored separately. And the district bell signal is transmitted to the base unit 4 of those units. The district bell signal is received by the repeater 2 connected to the transmission destination room master unit 4 via the communication line L1, and the impedance of the impedance variable circuit 23 is changed to a predetermined value under the control of the repeater CPU 24. For example, the predetermined value is set to 0 ohms, and the switch element is used to change from an open state (impedance infinite) to a short circuit state (impedance 0 ohm).

The district bell IF 42 of the living room master unit 4 detects this change in impedance by a change in voltage value or current value via the district bell line L3, and if this change is a change to a predetermined value, The CPU 46 recognizes that the district bell signal has been transmitted and causes the speaker 44 to issue an alarm. For example, a message “A fire has occurred in the vicinity” is reported from the speaker 44 together with an alarm sound. The master CPU 46 that has recognized the district bell signal due to the impedance change does not return a response signal for receiving the district bell signal to the repeater 2. The change of the impedance value is continued according to the alarm duration.

Thus, since the district bell signal transmitted from the residential building receiver 3 is transmitted using the communication line L1 for transmitting the fire occurrence signal, there is no need for a dedicated line as in the prior art, and the residential building receiver. The wiring between 3 and the repeater 2 can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced.
Moreover, since the transmission of the district bell signal transmitted from the repeater 2 to the living room base unit 4 is performed by a change in impedance, the district bell IF 42 of the fire receiver is a simple circuit compared to the case of performing by communication. That's it. Therefore, versatility can be given to the combination of the living room master unit 4 with the built-in fire receiver, the dwelling unit receiver 3 and the repeater 2.
Furthermore, since the power supply of the repeater 2 is supplied from the dwelling receiver 3 via the communication line L1, it is not necessary to provide a power supply for the repeater 2 itself. Therefore, the installation place of the repeater 2 is not restricted and can be easily installed at an appropriate place. For example, the repeater 2 that transmits a district bell signal to the living room master unit 4 by the impedance variable circuit 23 can be easily installed in the vicinity of the living room base unit 4, and thereby the wiring amount can be minimized.

The impedance variable circuit 23 may be a circuit in which the impedance value changes in several steps. By setting and switching the resistance value in several steps, it is possible to set a plurality of types of district bell signals. It is also possible to notify the dwelling unit where the fire has occurred in the left, right or top dwelling unit.
