図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる熱交換型換気装置を天面側から見た分解斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態1にかかる熱交換型換気装置を底面側から見た分解斜視図である。図3は、実施の形態1にかかる熱交換型換気装置の平面図である。図4は、実施の形態1にかかる熱交換型換気装置を側方から見た断面図である。
Claims (3)
- 室外空気を吸込む室外吸込部と室外空気を吹出す室内吹出部を設けた給気経路と、室内空気を吸込む室内吸込部と室内空気を排出する室外吹出部を設けた排気経路とが内部に形成された本体と、
シート状かつ多角形形状を呈する複数の仕切部材が間隔を空けて積層され、前記給気経路を流通する空気と前記排気経路を流通する空気との間で熱交換させる熱交換器と、
前記給気経路内であって前記熱交換器を挟んだ一方側に設けられた給気用送風機と、
前記排気経路内であって前記熱交換器を挟んだ一方側に設けられた排気用送風機と、
前記給気経路内において、前記熱交換器の上流側に設けられる給気フィルターと、
前記排気経路内において、前記熱交換器の上流側に設けられる排気フィルターと、
を備え、
前記給気フィルターおよび前記排気フィルターのそれぞれには、前記本体のうち前記仕切部材の積層方向と垂直な側板に対向する気密面が形成され、
前記側板には、前記給気フィルターを挿抜可能な開口と前記排気フィルターを挿抜可能な開口とが形成され、
前記給気用送風機と前記排気用送風機とは、吸込口が互いに反対となる方向に向けられ、吹出口が互いに同じ方向に向けられ、前記積層方向に沿って並べて配置されることを特徴とする熱交換型換気装置。 - 前記本体の内部には前記給気フィルターおよび前記排気フィルターを支持するリブ枠体が形成され、
前記給気フィルターおよび前記排気フィルターのうち前記リブ枠体と対向する対向面には、前記積層方向に沿って延びる枠突起が形成され、
前記リブ枠体には、前記枠突起が嵌まる凹部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換型換気装置。 - 前記気密面のうち、前記側板と対向する面には取っ手が形成され、前記側板と対向する面の反対面には突起が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換型換気装置。
