Description
The present invention relates to a fishing bait that can be stored, is easy to use at the time of use, and has the same effect as a live bait, and a manufacturing method thereof.
In fishing, various baits (including artificial baits and artificial fishing baits) are used depending on the target fish and fishing method. Among them, in sea fishing, isome and flounder are frequently used as bait for many target fish. In freshwater fishing, insect larvae such as earthworms, grape worms and willow worms are also widely used as live bait. On the other hand, because of the popularity of lure fishing in recent years and the ease of soft lures, and artificial fishing baits that imitate squids, earthworms, earthworms, and larvae have been proposed for those who are not good at live food, especially women. Yes. There are advantages and disadvantages in using live baits and using artificial baits and artificial fishing baits that are mainly produced from a plastic resin that is a synthetic material.
Live bait has a low cost per unit weight, and has high fish collection and fish intake, so it can be caught well. However, since it is a living thing, it needs to be carefully stored and does not last long, so it must be purchased the day before or the day before fishing, and if it remains at the fishing ground, it must be discarded. There is a problem that occurs.
On the other hand, artificial fishing baits have the advantage that they can cover the preservability, which is the main problem of live baits. That is, since it does not die and rot, it can be stocked, and even if it remains in the fishing ground, it can be sealed in a package and stored for use in the next fishing line. Moreover, the odor is artificial and easy to handle (controllable). However, artificial fishing bait is not a live bait in terms of fish collection and fish ingestion, especially in terms of fish ingestion where it can be caught but not hooked. There is. In particular, when the activity of the target fish is low, the difference in fishing results is significant. Furthermore, since many artificial fishing baits are resinous and hardly decomposable, there is a problem that they remain in water for a long time in the case of rooting or the like.
Even in such a situation, the number of anglers using live bait and artificial fishing bait is increasing little by little for the convenience of artificial fishing bait. In other words, while buying artificial fishing bait, live bait is purchased on the day of fishing or the day before fishing, and when there is no live bait, it is switched to artificial fishing bait or used in combination at the fishing ground.
Therefore, it has been proposed to improve the fish-collecting ability of artificial bait and artificial fishing bait, the intake of fish, and to make the artificial bait biodegradable by devising raw materials. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a water-soluble glucomannan and an artificial fishing bait using natural gums as a gelling agent. By using water-soluble glucomannan instead of conventional mannan, mannan A manufacturing technique for improving fish collection performance even when there is no irritating odor due to the above is disclosed.
Patent Document 2 discloses a technique that is a by-product when producing konjac flour from konjac rice cake, and approaches the fish collection performance of live food by suppressing the pungent odor of konjac powder containing glucomannan. ing. This technique employs konjac powder with low industrial utility value, and kneads the konjac powder after washing with an organic solvent.
Patent Document 3 discloses the elution of fat-soluble components of food-feeding materials by immersing the food-feeding materials preferred by unheated fish in plastic materials for simulated foods, particularly biodegradable plasticizers. And producing a pseudo bait using the plasticizer. In this technique, it is disclosed that a fat-soluble component of a feedable substance is dispersed in water for a long time, thereby improving the fish collection effect. However, it cannot be said that the fish-collecting ability and fish-feeding ability of the artificial bait and artificial fishing bait obtained from these techniques are sufficient, and the problem that the live bait is not reached in terms of fishing results has not been solved.
On the other hand, some fishermen are storing salted oysters and salted fish to remove moisture and storing them in a dry state or by drying earthworms. This salted and dried bait can be stored for a certain period of time and is close to live bait in terms of fish collection and fish intake, but it is not only skillful in production but can be hard and sticky as it is. There was a problem that it could not be used immediately.
Artificial baits can be stored for a long period of time as described above, and can be used easily like simulated baits (soft lures), but they are far from live baits in terms of fishing results, and many fishing results cannot be expected. There was a problem.
On the other hand, live bait was not kept for a long time, and usually had to be purchased on the day of fishing or the day before fishing, and the remaining live bait had to be discarded. Many anglers are also resistant to handling live bait. In recent years, the number of female anglers has increased, and this tendency is particularly noticeable.
Therefore, there has been a demand for a fishing bait that can be caught like a live bait and can be stored for a long period of time, and can be easily used like a soft bait (soft lure).
The problem to be solved by the present invention is that it has the same fish-collecting ability and fish-intake ability as fishing baits such as sharks, earthworms, earthworms, larvae, etc., can be stored at room temperature, and is flexible while being dry. It is to provide fishing baits that are sexable and ready to use.

(Dry bait manufacturing method)
The dry bait of the present invention comprises (1) a step of spraying or applying 50% by mass or more of salt to a live fishing bait to drain moisture, (2) a further drying step, and (3) a live bait for fishing. A step of spraying or applying 50% by mass or more of salt to drain water, and further including and / or adhering a softening / protecting agent to the dried body, and (4) further adhering excess moisture adsorbent to the outer surface of the body Is preferably produced by a production method including
In the case of using isome and coral species as a live bait for fishing, it is preferable to remove some water from the isome and coral species by draining or the like before the step (1). In addition, when the salt, spices and earthworms are active when the salt is sprayed or applied in step (1), the isome, spices and earthworms are torn off, and the isome, spices and earthworms are violently separated. In order to prevent entanglement, it is preferable to cool down to suppress movement or to be in a tentative state. Alternatively, frozen products of isomes, earthworms, earthworms, and various larvae may be used. Moreover, in order to reduce the variation in the quality of the dry bait which is the final product, it is preferable to sort according to the thickness and size of the fishing bait used before the step (1).
In the step (1), when salt is spread or applied to the live fishing bait, moisture (drip) comes out from the live fishing bait. In this state, it is usually 5 hours or longer, preferably 10 hours or longer, for example, about half a day to 2 days. If the time of the step (1) is short, drip from the live fishing bait is not sufficient, and the time required for the step (2) becomes long. On the other hand, in the step (1), the fish may be stored frozen or refrigerated in a state where salt is spread or applied to the live fishing bait. In this case, as described above, it is preferable to add an organic acid or a salt thereof in addition to the salts.
In the step (2), the fishing bait to which salt has been applied or applied is placed on a mesh or cloth, or the drip is removed by hanging, etc., and dried until the surface is not sticky. Drying may be left as it is, but may be dried with air or warm air, or may be sun-dried. Insufficient drying here is not preferable because the preservability of the dried bait is reduced, and there is a risk of causing spoilage and quality deterioration.
In step (3), softening / protecting agent is applied to the live bait for fishing (main body) dried in the previous step by applying or spraying softening / protecting agent, or by immersing the main body in softening / protecting agent. And / or attached to. The main body containing and / or adhering the softening / protecting agent may be immediately subjected to the step (4). However, since the appearance of the final product is improved, it is preferable to stretch the main body one by one. Moreover, after shaping, it is preferably subjected to a drying step and dried until the surface is not sticky.
In step (4), surplus moisture adsorbent is adhered to the outer surface of the main body. The means is not particularly limited as long as it can attach the excess water adsorbent, and examples thereof include spraying or coating. When packing dry bait products into a resin container or bag, usually packing after surplus moisture adsorbent is attached, but after storing the main body before adhesion in the container or bag, surplus moisture adsorbent May be added to the main body by packing.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example is given and this invention is demonstrated further in detail, this invention is not restrict | limited by these Examples.
[Example 1]
A dry bait was produced according to the following steps.
The living blue isomers (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as “isomers”) were divided into two types, “thick” and “thin”, depending on the size of the thickness. The live isome was washed with water and placed on a fine mesh to “drain”. After draining, the isome was put into a freezer and put into a temporary death state. 7 kg of sodium chloride powder was applied to 10 kg of isomers so that the surface of all isomers was covered with sodium chloride powder. The isomer coated with sodium chloride powder was placed on a fine mesh and allowed to stand overnight, the drip was removed, and the isomer was dried. After drying, the isomer body was straightened and immersed in a softening / protecting agent shown in Table 1-1 below for 5 minutes to include and attach the softening / protecting agent to the isomer body. This was placed overnight at room temperature and dried, and then the excess moisture adsorbent shown in Table 1-2 was applied, sealed in a sealable resin bag, and sealed to produce a packed dry bait. After 30 days of production, the dried bait was taken out of the bag and the fishhook was stabbed, and the needle pierced without difficulty and was able to feed.
[Comparative Example 1]
A dry bait was produced according to the following steps.
In the same manner as in Example 1, the isomers were divided into two types, “thick” and “thin”. After drying, the dried omelet covered with the excess water adsorbent shown in Table 1-2 was put in a sealable resin bag and sealed to produce a dry packing bait. Thirty days after production, the dried bait was taken out of the bag and tried to stab a fishing hook, but the dried bait was hard and the needle was not pierced.
[Comparative Example 2]
A packed dry bait was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the excess water adsorbent was not applied before putting the dry bait into the resin bag. After 30 days of production, the dried bait was taken out of the bag and the fishhook was stabbed, and the needle pierced without difficulty and was able to feed. However, the drip oozes out from the dry isomer main body during storage, and the appearance is inferior as a product.
[Test Example 1]
Packed dry bait produced in Example 1, commercially available artificial bait as Comparative Example 3 (manufactured by Company M; isometric type (medium) tea), commercially available artificial bait as Comparative Example 4 (made by Company B; isometric type slender), and A live bait (blue isome) was used as a control, and its effect was tested by five anglers in a kiss fishing by a small throw from a ship in Tokyo Bay. The same tools and devices were used except for the fishing baits used. In addition, each tester changed the fishing bait to be used at intervals of 30 minutes so that there was no difference between the tester (fisherman) and fishing bait, and all the testers used all the bait for 2 hours. As a result, the packed dry bait of Example 1 was not as good as the control live bait, but a high fishing result was obtained. On the other hand, the fishing results with a commercially available artificial bait did not reach the packing dry bait of Example 1, and sufficient fishing results could not be obtained. These results are shown in Table 2 below.
[Example 2]
Apply 70 mass% sodium chloride powder and 1 mass% citric acid to the isomers so that the surface of all isomers is covered with sodium chloride powder (including citric acid), and keep frozen for 2 months in that state. did. After thawing, it was processed in the same manner as in Example 1 to produce a packed dry bait. This packing dry bait did not show quality deterioration such as discoloration of isomers due to freezing storage. In addition, 30 days after production, when the dry bait was taken out of the bag and stabbed with a fishing hook, the needle pierced without difficulty and could be fed.
