As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the upper end of the riser member 15 is closed by a lid 15A, and the lid 15A is opened during maintenance or the like. The internal state can be confirmed.
Further, the cover plate 13 is bundled with the main body 11 by a pair of right and left belt-like binding materials 16 and is prevented from coming off from the main body 11.

A holding member 20 is installed on the upper surface of the lid plate 13. As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the holding member 20 includes an annular plate-like support seat 21 and a cylindrical holding portion 22 erected from the inner peripheral edge of the support seat 21. ,have.
A thin plate-like arm 23 extends in the lateral direction from the peripheral edge of the support seat 21. The holding member 20 is fixed to the cover plate 13 that is bundled with the main body 11 by the binding material 16 being hung on the arm (see FIG. 1B).
Further, a convex portion 23A is provided at the tip of the arm, and the binding material 16 hung on the arm is prevented from coming off from the arm by hitting the convex portion 23A. .

As shown in FIG. 4A, in the holding member 20, the length of the arm 23 is set such that the tip (convex portion 23 </ b> A) of the arm 23 does not protrude outward from the peripheral edge of the lid plate 13. It is set to be.
In the holding member 20, a plurality of locking protrusions 24 are provided on the lower surface of the support seat 21. The plurality of locking projections 24 are arranged at intervals of 90 degrees with respect to the center of the pitch circle P1 so that the centers thereof are located on the circumference of the pitch circle P1 indicated by a one-dot chain line in the drawing. In total, four are provided. Two of the four locking projections 24 are arranged such that a line Q1 connecting the centers indicated by a two-dot chain line in the drawing is in the same direction as the direction in which the arm 23 extends.
As shown in FIG. 4B, a plurality of locking holes 25 are provided on the upper surface of the lid plate 13 so as to be in positions corresponding to the locking protrusions 24. That is, the locking holes 25 are arranged at the centers of the pitch circles P2 so that the centers of the pitch circles P2 have the same diameter as that of the pitch circle P1 (shown by a dashed line in the drawing). Are arranged at intervals of 90 degrees with reference to, so that a total of four are provided. In addition, the four locking holes 25 have a line Q2 (indicated by a two-dot chain line in the figure) connecting a pair of opposite centers with respect to the center of the pitch circle P2 as one of the peripheral edges of the lid plate 13. It arrange | positions so that it may become parallel with the sides 13B and 13C.

When the locking projection 24 and the locking hole 25 are engaged with each other, the holding member 20 is positioned and arranged on the periphery of the connection hole 14 on the upper surface of the lid plate 13, and the connection The positional deviation from the periphery of the hole 14 is suppressed.
Further, a line Q1 connecting the centers of the two locking projections 24 is the same direction as the extending direction of the arm 23, and a line Q2 connecting the centers of the pair of opposing locking holes 25 is the peripheral edge of the lid plate 13. By being parallel to any of the sides 13B and 13C, the extending direction of the arm 23 is parallel to any of the sides 13B and 13C of the peripheral edge of the lid plate 13.
That is, no matter what orientation the holding member 20 is attached to the lid plate 13, as long as the engagement protrusion 24 and the engagement hole 25 are engaged with each other, the direction in which the arm 23 extends is It is parallel to any side 13B, 13C of the cover plate 13. Since the binding material 16 is hung so as to cross between the sides 13B, 13B or the sides 13C, 13C of the lid plate 13, the binding material 16 can be reliably hung on the arm 23, and the holding The member 20 can be firmly attached to the lid plate 13.

In the rainwater infiltration tank 10, the vertical pipe member 15 is attached to the connection hole 14 in a state where the holding member 20 is installed on the lid plate 13. For this reason, the lower end portion of the vertical tube member is inserted inside the holding portion 22 and the connection hole 14 of the holding member 20.
In the holding member 20, the inner diameters of the support seat 21 and the holding portion 22 are set to be substantially equal to the diameter of the connection hole 14. Accordingly, when the vertical tube member 15 is about to fall down, the holding portion 22 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the vertical tube member 15, and the support seat 21 is supported through the holding portion 22. The fall of the vertical pipe member 15 is prevented.
The rainwater permeating mast 10 provided with the holding member 20 can be realized by slightly changing the design of the lid plate 13 as compared with the existing rainwater permeating mast, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In addition, since the holding member 20 is a separate member from the lid plate 13, there is no need to dispose of the existing rainwater infiltrating tank that does not have the holding member 20. It is also possible to add.

[Second Embodiment]

As shown in FIG. 5, in the rainwater infiltration mast 10 of this embodiment, the main body 11 is configured by omitting the rainwater inlet 11A. Further, the standing pipe member 15 is constituted by a lower portion water conduit connecting cylinder 15B and an upper portion adjuster 15C, and an upper end opening of the adjuster 15C is closed by a lid 15A.
A water conduit (not shown) for collecting rain water is connected to the water conduit connection cylinder 15B, and the rain water is further fed into the main body 11 through the water conduit connection cylinder 15B. And stored. Further, a basket (not shown) for trapping and removing mud and dust in rainwater is interposed between the water conduit connecting cylinder 15B and the connection hole 14.
The adjuster 15C has a cylindrical shape, and the length is appropriately adjusted according to the height from the upper surface of the cover plate 13 to the ground surface. Then, at the time of maintenance or the like, the lid 15A is opened, and mud and dust accumulated in the basket (not shown) can be removed.
As in the case of the rainwater penetration mast 10, the pipe member 15 having the conduit pipe connection tube 15B is heavy at the top and easily loses balance. Therefore, the conduit tube connection tube 15B is easily detached from the cover plate 13 in the conventional case. However, if it is a thing of this embodiment, since the water conduit connecting cylinder 15B can be supported suitably with the said holding member 20, it suppresses that the water conduit connecting cylinder 15B which is the standing pipe member 15 falls down at the time of construction. Can do.
