Claims (9)
- 外部の空気が流入されるための空気通孔が形成され、内部に収容空間が形成されるケースと、
前記ケースの内部収容空間に設置され、且つ複数個の空気−亜鉛電池セルが連結及び積層されて形成される電池ユニットが複数個連結されて形成される電池ユニット群と、
前記ケースの内部収容空間に設置され、空気流動を誘導するファン(fan)と、
前記電池ユニット群及び前記ファンと電気的に連結される雌性スイッチングコネクターと、
前記雌性スイッチングコネクターと接続され、電気的に連結されたインバーターに前記電池ユニット群の電力を供給する雄性スイッチングコネクターと、を含み、
前記雌性スイッチングコネクターと前記雄性スイッチングコネクターの接続により前記ファン(fan)が駆動されることを特徴とする空気−亜鉛電池モジュール。 - 前記電池ユニットは、隣接する電池ユニットと一列で配置されて直列で連結された電池ユニット群を形成し、
前記ファン(fan)は、すべてのまたは一部の電池ユニットの間に形成され、且つ前記ファン(fan)は、羽の回転軸方向と前記電池ユニットの一列配置方向とが同じ方向になるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気−亜鉛電池モジュール。 - 前記ケースの内部収容空間を区切るように形成され、且つ前記空気通孔が形成されたケースの面と垂直になるように形成される隔壁をさらに含み、
前記電池ユニット群は、互いに並列で連結される第1電池ユニット群と第2電池ユニット群とで構成され、前記隔壁を間に置いて前記第1電池ユニット群と前記第2電池ユニット群が並設され、
前記ファン(fan)は、前記隔壁の一部分を貫通するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気−亜鉛電池モジュール。 - 前記ファン(fan)は、前記第1電池ユニット群と前記第2電池ユニット群の電池ユニットのうち前記空気通孔が形成されたケースの面から最外郭に位置する電池ユニットの間に位置するように前記隔壁に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気−亜鉛電池モジュール。
- 前記ファン(fan)は、羽の回転軸方向と前記隔壁の面が垂直になるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気−亜鉛電池モジュール。
- 前記雌性スイッチングコネクターは、2個の(+)極端子及び1個の(−)極端子が形成され、
前記雌性スイッチングコネクターの(+)極端子のうちいずれか一つは、前記電池ユニット群の(+)極と連結され、
前記雌性スイッチングコネクターの(+)極端子のうち他の一つは、前記ファン(fan)の(+)極端子と連結され、
前記雌性スイッチングコネクターの(−)極端子は、前記電池ユニット群の(−)極及び前記ファン(fan)の(−)極端子と連結され、
前記雄性スイッチングコネクターは、前記雌性スイッチングコネクターの端子と接続されるように2個の(+)極端子及び1個の(−)極端子が形成され、且つ前記雄性スイッチングコネクターの2個の(+)極端子は、互いに電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気−亜鉛電池モジュール。 - 前記雌性スイッチングコネクターの(−)極端子は、前記電池ユニット群の(−)極と電気配線により連結され、
前記雌性スイッチングコネクターの(−)極端子と前記電池ユニット群の(−)極を連結する電気配線は、前記ファン(fan)の(−)極端子と側枝形態で連結されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の空気−亜鉛電池モジュール。 - 前記雄性スイッチングコネクターの(+)極端子のうち少なくとも一つは、前記インバーターの(+)極と連結され、
前記雄性スイッチングコネクターの(−)極端子は、前記インバーターの(−)極と連結されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の空気−亜鉛電池モジュール。 - 前記空気−亜鉛電池セルの各々の空気電極側の面に形成され、隣接する空気−亜鉛電池セルとの離隔空間を形成させるスペーサをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の空気−亜鉛電池モジュール。
