Claims (7)
- 管腔内構造をマッピングするシステムであって、
細長い可撓性器具と、
前記可撓性器具内にその長さ方向に沿って配され、基準に対する前記可撓性器具の長さ方向に沿った形状を決定するように構成される光学的形状検知装置であって、前記光学的形状検知装置は、前記管腔内構造をマッピングするため、前記可撓性器具の長さ方向に沿って複数のセグメントを有し、各セグメントが、当該セグメントのひずみを検知する光学的ひずみセンサを有する光学的形状検知装置と、
介入プロシージャの間、各光学的ひずみセンサからの信号を処理し前記基準に対する前記可撓性器具の長さ方向に沿った形状を決定して、管腔内構造のボリュメトリックマップをリアルタイムに生成する形状検知及び再構成手段と、
前記可撓性器具の遠位端部に又はその近くに搭載される、イメージング能力をもつアブレーション装置と、
前記生成された管腔内構造のボリュメトリックマップと、介入プロシージャの前又は介入プロシージャ中の画像とを位置合わせする解析モジュールと、
を有するシステム。 - 前記光学的形状検知装置は光ファイバを有し、前記光ファイバは、該光ファイバのひずみを検知するためにファイバブラッググレーティング及びレイリー散乱インタロゲーション装置のうち少なくとも1つを各セグメントに有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学的形状検知装置は、光学的ひずみセンサを有するより多数の光ファイバを有する領域を含むことによって、より高感度の領域を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記光学的形状検知装置はカテーテルを有し、前記カテーテルの形状が螺旋形、リング形及びループ形のうち1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準は、前記可撓性器具上の位置及び解剖学的基準のうち1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性器具は、カテーテル及び内視鏡のうち1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記管腔内構造が左心房であり、前記形状検知及び再構成手段は、前記介入プロシージャ中、前記左心房の表面の高い曲率を有する領域をインタロゲートするよう前記光学的形状検知装置を制御し、それにより、前記位置合わせを改善する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
