Claims (4)
- 改良型回転ロックヘッドを有するボルト・アセンブリであって、該ボルト・アセンブリが、小火器のボルト本体と結合し、そして該ボルト本体に対して回転運動及び並進運動の複合運動によって移動可能である回転ロックヘッドを有し、該小火器が銃尾面を備えた銃尾を有し、該回転ロックヘッドが、少なくとも2つの作用位置、即ち該回転ロックヘッドが該小火器の該銃尾を閉鎖している閉鎖位置と、該回転ロックヘッドが該銃尾から距離を置いて配置されている開放位置と、を有するボルト・アセンブリにおいて、
該回転ロックヘッドが、円筒形ヘッド及びシャフトを有し、該シャフトが、該ボルト本体に形成された長手方向穴内を滑動可能であり、そして、該シャフトが、該シャフトに形成された切り欠きと係合するピンにより保持され、該切り欠きが少なくとも前面を有し、
該ボルト・アセンブリが該回転ロックヘッドを該開放位置から該閉鎖位置へと付勢する付勢手段をさらに有し、
ここで、該付勢手段が、該ボルト本体に形成された半径方向穴内に挿入されたボールを有し、該ボールが、該半径方向穴内に押し込まれているリベットによって保持されあるいは取り付けられている付勢ばねによって付勢され、該ボールが、該半径方向穴において該長手方向穴の内面上に形成された開口において該シャフトと接触し、該回転ロックヘッドが該開放位置にある時に、該ボールが該シャフトの表面に接触し、該回転ロックヘッドが該閉鎖位置に向って移動する時に、該ボールが、該シャフトの該切り欠きの該前面に形成された傾斜面に位置し、そして、該付勢ばねにより付勢され、該ボールが該傾斜面に作用し、該回転ロックヘッドの回転を引き起こし、ロックを完了する為に、該銃尾面に向かう回転ロックヘッドの並進運動を促進する、
ことを特徴とするボルト・アセンブリ。 - 該切り欠きが後面と該前面とを有し、該シャフトが半径方向旋回軸を有し、該半径方向旋回軸が、該ボルト本体に形成されたらせん状カム溝と係合し、該回転ロックヘッドが軸方向に移動する時に、該回転ロックヘッドに回転運動を与えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボルト・アセンブリ。
- 該円筒形ヘッドが半径方向に配置された突起部を備え、該突起部が前方固定面を形成し、該突起部が、銃身の後方延長部に形成された対応する半径方向受座と係合して該銃尾面をロックするのに適しており、該開放位置において、該円筒形ヘッドが該銃尾面から間隔を置いて配置され、そして、該円筒形ヘッドは、該突起部が該銃身のそれぞれの該受座と位置合せされていない位置において回転することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のボルト・アセンブリ。
- 該閉鎖位置において、該付勢手段が、該回転ロックヘッドが該閉鎖位置から外れることを防止し、該ボールが該傾斜面に作用して該回転ロックヘッドの戻り運動を防止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボルト・アセンブリ。
