Claims (9)
- 圧力サポート装置の周囲環境の周囲空気密度の変動を補償するシステムであって、
被検体の気道に供給される呼吸用ガスの加圧フローを生成するフロー生成器と、
圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数のパラメータに関する情報を示す1又は複数の出力信号を供給する少なくとも1つのセンサと、
コンピュータプログラムモジュールを実行する1又は複数のプロセッサであって、前記コンピュータプログラムモジュールが、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサにより供給される1又は複数の出力信号の個々に基づいて、前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数のパラメータの個々を決定する周囲パラメータ決定モジュールと、
被検体の一般的な睡眠条件に基づいて、前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数の推定されるパラメータを決定する周囲パラメータ推定モジュールと、
前記周囲パラメータ決定モジュールにより決定された1又は複数のパラメータの個々と、前記周囲パラメータ推定モジュールによって決定された前記1又は複数の推定されるパラメータの個々とに基づいて、前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境の算定された周囲空気密度を決定する周囲空気密度算定モジュールと、
前記被検体の気道に供給される加圧フローのフローレートが周囲空気密度の変動を補償するように制御されるよう、前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境の前記算定された周囲空気密度に基づいて、呼吸用ガスの前記加圧フローのフローレートを調整するように前記フロー生成器を制御するフロー生成器制御モジュールと、を含む、プロセッサと、
を有するシステム。 - 前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数のパラメータが、周囲気圧、周囲空気温度及び周囲空気湿度の1又は複数を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数の推定されるパラメータが、推定がされる空気温度及び推定される空気湿度の一方又は両方を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 圧力サポート装置の周囲環境の周囲空気密度の変動を補償する方法であって、
被検体の気道に供給される呼吸用ガスの加圧フローを生成するステップと、
前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数のパラメータを決定するステップと、
被検体の一般的な睡眠条件に基づいて、前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数の推定されるパラメータを決定するステップと、
前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数のパラメータの個々と、前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数の推定されるパラメータの個々とに基づいて、前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境の算定された周囲空気密度を決定するステップと、
前記被検体の気道に供給される加圧フローのフローレートが周囲空気密度の変動を補償するように制御されるよう、前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境の算定された周囲空気密度に基づいて、呼吸用ガスの加圧フローのフローレートを調整するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数のパラメータが、周囲気圧、周囲空気温度及び周囲空気湿度の1又は複数を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数の推定されるパラメータが、推定される空気温度及び推定される空気湿度の一方又は両方を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 圧力サポート装置の周囲環境の周囲空気密度の変動を補償するシステムであって、
被検体の気道に供給される呼吸用ガスの加圧フローを生成する圧力生成手段と、
前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数のパラメータを決定する周囲パラメータ決定手段と、
被検体の一般的な睡眠条件に基づいて、前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数の推定されるパラメータを決定する推定パラメータ決定手段と、
前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数のパラメータの個々と、前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数の推定されるパラメータの個々とに基づいて、前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境の算定された周囲空気密度を決定する空気密度算定手段と、
前記被検体の気道に供給される加圧フローのフローレートが周囲空気密度の変動を補償するように制御されるよう、前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境の算定された周囲空気密度に基づいて呼吸用ガスの加圧フローのフローレートを調整するように前記圧力生成手段を制御するフローレート調整手段と、
を有するシステム。 - 前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数のパラメータが、周囲気圧、周囲空気温度及び周囲空気湿度の1又は複数を含む、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力サポート装置の周囲環境に関連付けられる1又は複数の推定されるパラメータは、推定される空気温度及び推定される空気湿度の一方又は両方を含む、請求項7に記載のシステム。
