Claims (8)
- 外科的に用意された寛骨臼腔内に寛骨臼カップ・インプラントをポジション決めするための整形外科用装置であって、
一次垂直シャフトおよび寛骨臼カップ・インサータ・シャフトであって、前記一次垂直シャフトは前記寛骨臼カップ・インサータ・シャフトに直角に結合されている、一次垂直シャフトおよび寛骨臼カップ・インサータ・シャフトと、
摺動式ロック用ブラケットを介して前記一次垂直シャフトに直角に結合された二次シャフトと、
垂直中央シリンダを介して前記二次シャフトに水平に固定された上側アライメント・ロッドと、
前記垂直中央シリンダを介して前記上側アライメント・ロッドに平行かつ水平に固定された下側アライメント・ロッドと、
前記二次シャフトに対して約45度に配置された前捻ロッドを受け入れ可能なチャンネルを有する前捻ブラケットとを備え、前記前捻ブラケットは前記二次シャフトに摺動可能に取り付けられる整形外科用装置。 - 前記ロッドまたはシャフトは、セラミック、放射線不透過性プラスチック、または金属製合金のいずれかで作製される、請求項1に記載の整形外科用装置。
- 前記二次シャフトと任意のアライメント・ロッドとの間の角度は約45度である、請求項1に記載の整形外科用装置。
- 前記二次シャフトの中央部分は、前捻度に対応する程度の数字のスケールをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の整形外科用装置。
- 前記垂直中央シリンダは前記二次シャフトの使用を可能にし、前記約45度の角度が右または左のいずれかにあることを可能にする、請求項2に記載の整形外科用装置。
- 前記上側アライメント・ロッドおよび前記下側アライメント・ロッドは、持ち運びできる蛍光透視法C字アーム・ユニットとともに使用するために平行に重ね合わされる、請求項2に記載の整形外科用装置。
- X線の影が、解剖学的な骨盤の標識構造の中線上に重ね合わせるために前記上側および下側アライメント・ロッドによって形成される、請求項6に記載の整形外科用装置。
- 前記上側および下側アライメント・ロッドが平行かつ水平に一直線上に揃えられるとき、前記寛骨臼カップ・インサータ・シャフトは前記中線に対して45度の傾斜で自動的に位置合わせされる、請求項7に記載の整形外科用装置。
