Description
Claims (13)
- マトリックスによって緻密化された繊維強化材を含む複合材料製のタービンエンジンブレード根元部の製造方法であって、
三次元織りにより織り込まれた3組の糸層(C1〜C9、C10〜C14、C15〜C19)から中央繊維ストリップ(102)と2つの外側繊維ストリップ(104、106)とを作成するステップであって、繊維ストリップは製造されるブレード根元部の長手方向に一致した共通方向に伸び、糸層の組の糸は種々の繊維ストリップ間で織り込まれない作成ステップと、
2つの外側ストリップが中央ストリップの内側で互いに交差させて2つの外側ストリップを中央ストリップに通過させるステップと、
2つの外側ストリップのうち中央ストリップの外側に位置する部分を切断することによって除去して、ブレード根元部の繊維ブランクを形成するステップと、
繊維ブランクを成形して、ブレード根元部プリフォームとなる主要部分と支承板プリフォームとなる2つの第2の部分(104a、106a)とが一体になった繊維プリフォームを作成するステップと、
マトリックスで繊維プリフォームを緻密化して、プリフォームで構成されてマトリックスによって緻密化された繊維強化材を有する複合材料製ブレード根元部を作成するステップと
を含む製造方法。 - 2つの外側ストリップが、中央ストリップの方向に対して15°〜75°の角度(α)を成す方向で中央ストリップを通過する、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 2つの外側ストリップが、中央ストリップの方向に対して45°の角度(α)を成す方向で中央ストリップを通過する、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 中央ストリップがさらに、ブレード翼形部用繊維プリフォームを作成するのに使用される、請求項1〜請求項3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 外側ストリップの少なくとも一方がさらに、ブレードプラットフォーム用繊維プリフォームを作成するのに使用される、請求項1〜請求項4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 繊維ストリップが、製造されるブレード根元部の方向に一致した長手方向(X)が経糸方向に伸びる状態で織られる、請求項1〜請求項5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 繊維ストリップが、製造されるブレード根元部の方向に一致した長手方向(X)が緯糸方向に伸びる状態で織られる、請求項1〜請求項5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- マトリックスで緻密化された繊維強化材を含む複合材料製タービンエンジンブレード根元部であって、2つの支承板構成部分と一体形成されたブレード根元部構成部分を含み、ブレード根元部構成部分が、三次元織りにより織り込まれた第1の組の糸層によって構成される中央繊維ストリップを含み、2つの支承板構成部分が、第1および第2の外側繊維ストリップをそれぞれ含み、第1の外側繊維ストリップが、三次元織りにより織り込まれた第2の組の糸層によって構成され、かつ第2の外側繊維ストリップが、三次元織りにより織り込まれた第3の組の糸層によって構成され、第1、第2、および第3の組の糸層の糸が、中央繊維ストリップと第1および第2の外側繊維ストリップとの間で織り込まれず、第2の組の糸層の糸および第3の組の糸層の糸が、中央繊維ストリップを通過し、2つの外側繊維ストリップが、中央繊維ストリップの内側で互いに交差する、タービンエンジンブレード根元部。
- 2つの支承板構成部分が、ブレード根元部構成部分と15°〜75°の角度を成す、請求項8に記載のブレード根元部。
- 2つの支承板構成部分が、ブレード根元部構成部分と45°の角度を成す、請求項9に記載のブレード根元部。
- ブレード根元部が、セラミックマトリックス複合材料製である、請求項8〜請求項10のうちのいずれか一項に記載のブレード根元部。
- 請求項8〜請求項11のうちのいずれか一項に記載のブレード根元部(14)を有するタービンエンジンブレード(10)。
- 請求項12に記載の少なくとも1つのブレード(10)を有するタービンエンジン。
