上記界面活性剤のHLBは、可溶化の観点から16以上であることが好ましい。また、エステル化度は特に限定されず、数種類のエステル化度の混合物でも良い。
本発明で使用される界面活性剤中でも特に好ましいものとしては、ショ糖ラウリン酸エステルが挙げられる。
