前記顧客の属性情報と、前記物品情報と、前記買取情報と、に基づいて前記顧客へ前記関連買取物品の買取提案を含む買取条件を送付するステップと、を含み、
前記買取情報が、過去の顧客の属性情報と該顧客が買取を希望した物品の物品情報と、その際に提案された買取条件と、買取成約の内容と、に基づいて構成されていることを特徴とする物品買取方法。
