Description

The present invention relates to a file folder that holds a plurality of sheets (paper bundles) by binding them.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a file folder that binds and holds a bundle of sheets is a folder for binding a bundle of sheets using a metal or resin binding tool called a document fastener, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-133620.
FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the file folder 40 and the document fastener 50 disclosed in Patent Document 1. FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the sheet bundle 60 is held in the file folder 40 of FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, the document fastener 50 is made of a resin plate material having a body 51 extending in the longitudinal direction and a pair of folded pieces 52 and 53 extending from both ends of the body 51, and presses the resin sheet. It is made by cutting by a process.

The length of the body 51 of the plate material corresponds to the separation distance of the binding hole 40 a of the file folder 40. Further, the pair of folded pieces 52 and 53 are bent from both ends of the body portion 51 and are formed to dimensions that can be inserted into the binding holes 40 a of the file folder 40.
Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the folded pieces 52 and 53 of the document fastener 50 are first inserted into the binding holes 50a of the file folder 50 from the back side, and further inserted into the binding holes 60a of the paper bundle 60 from the back side. As shown, the folded pieces 52 and 53 protruding to the front side are folded in the direction of approaching, thereby binding.

However, since the conventional document fastener used for the file folder is made of metal or resin as disclosed in Patent Document 1 as described above, for example, when the file folder is discarded, the document fastener is used for separation. There is a problem that the work needs to be removed and the work becomes complicated.

The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-described points, and in a file folder that binds and holds a bundle of paper, the paper bundle is bound by a document fastener of the same material as that of the folder body, so that the separation work at the time of discarding is performed. The purpose is to provide a file folder that can eliminate.

In order to solve the above-described problem, a file folder according to the present invention includes a sheet-like folder main body that supports a paper bundle, and is formed integrally with the folder main body, and is folded into a U-shaped cross section to thereby form the paper bundle. A file folder for binding and holding the bundle of paper by the binding tool, wherein the binding tool is folded into a U-shaped cross section. A male foot provided at one end and having a narrowed tip at the tip and inserted into one elongated hole of the paper bundle, and a first small piece provided at the other end and into which the narrowed portion can be inserted. A second female foot part formed between the male foot part and the female foot part, wherein the narrow leg part can be inserted; A shoulder having a small hole, and A third small hole into which the narrow end of the male foot can be inserted is formed between the pair of elongated holes, and the female foot and the male foot are sequentially folded on the paper bundle, The narrow edge portion is inserted into the first small hole , the third small hole, and the second small hole to bind the paper bundle.
The binding tool is preferably formed by cutting the folder main body .

By configuring in this way, the leg portion of the binding tool is not simply bent by being inserted into the paper surface, but the second small hole in the shoulder portion located on the lower surface side of the paper bundle and the third small portion of the paper bundle. By inserting the narrow end portion of the male foot portion into the hole and the first small hole of the female foot portion located on the upper surface side of the paper bundle, the upper surface side to the lower surface side of the paper bundle is substantially connected. It becomes a state.
In other words, according to the file folder according to the present invention, it is possible to bind a bundle of paper firmly without using a conventional metal or resin document fastener.
Further, since the binding tool is integrally formed of the same material as that of the folder main body, for example, when it is discarded, the sorting work can be omitted.
Further, it is desirable that the folder body and the binding tool are formed of paper, and in that case, when discarding, it is not necessary to remove the paper bundle from the binding tool, and the separation work can be completely eliminated. it can.

According to the present invention, in a file folder that holds and holds a bundle of paper, a file folder that can eliminate the sorting work at the time of discarding can be obtained by binding the paper bundle with a document fastener made of the same material as the folder body. it can.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a file folder according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a state in which a file folder according to the present invention is substantially bound, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a state in which the file folder in FIG. 1 is opened. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which a document (paper bundle) is bound in the file folder of FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the file folder 1 is formed of, for example, thick paper, and is provided with a fold line so that the file folder 1 can be folded into two as shown in the figure. Further, since it is folded in half, a front cover 3 ( folder main body ) and a back cover 4 ( folder main body ) are formed. On one side of the front cover 3, a heading portion 2 with a part protruding is formed.
In this file folder 1, a fastener portion 10 (binding tool) is formed by cutting on the edge side of one side of the front cover 3 or back cover 4 (in this embodiment, the edge of one side of the front cover 3). side). As shown in FIG. 3, the paper bundle 20 is bound by the fastener unit 10.

As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 4A, the fastener portion 10 is formed by cutting the front cover 3 (or the back cover 4) before use. The fastener part 10 is divided into three parts in the longitudinal direction.
Specifically, the fastener portion 10 includes a male foot portion 10a provided on one end side, a female foot portion 10b provided on the other end side, and a shoulder portion 10c provided therebetween. As shown in the figure, the male foot portion 10a has a narrowed tip portion 10a1, and the female foot portion 10b and the shoulder portion 10c have a circular small hole 10b1 (first small hole) at a substantially central position. And a small hole 10c1 (second small hole).

Further, when the fastener portion 10 is used, as shown in FIG. 4B, the male foot portion 10a and the female foot portion 10b have a U-shaped cross section so that the male foot portion 10a and the female foot portion 10b are substantially perpendicular to the shoulder portion 10c. Are used by being inserted into a pair of elongated holes formed in a document (paper bundle) to be bound.
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 4C, the document 20 has an elongated hole 20a into which the male foot portion 10a of the fastener portion 10 can be inserted, and an elongated hole 20b into which the female foot portion 20b can be inserted. And a small hole 20c (third small hole) that is located between the elongated holes 20a and 20b and into which the narrow end portion 10a1 of the fastener portion 10 can be inserted.
The long holes 20a and 20b and the small holes 20c need to be formed in the document 20 in advance using a dedicated punching tool (not shown).

Then, as shown in FIG. 4C, the male foot portion 10a and the female foot portion 10b of the fastener portion 10 are inserted into the elongated holes 20a and 20b from the lower surface side of the document 20, respectively. In FIG. At this time, the position of the small hole 20c of the document 20 and the position of the small hole 10c1 of the fastener portion 10 are aligned.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4 (d), the female foot 10b is first folded inward, and the male foot 10a is folded inward from above with the small holes 10b1 and 20c aligned. Then, the document 20 is bound by inserting the narrow end portion 10a1 into the three small holes 10b1, 20c, 10c1 which are vertically overlapped.

Next, the operation of binding the document 20 by the fastener unit 10 will be described with reference to FIG. 5A to 5E are cross-sectional views sequentially showing the process of binding the document 20 by the fastener unit 10 of the file folder 1.
As shown in FIG. 5A, long holes 20a and 20b and small holes 20c are formed in the document 20 in advance using a dedicated punching tool (not shown).
Further, in the file folder 1, the male foot portion 10 a and the female foot portion 10 b of the fastener portion 10 formed by cutting are bent and raised to the document 20 side.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the male foot portion 10a and the female foot portion 10b of the fastener portion 10 are respectively inserted into the long hole 20a and the long hole 20b of the document 20, and the back cover of the file folder 1 is inserted. 4 Overlay the document 20 on top of it.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5C, on the front side of the document 20, the female foot portion 10b of the fastener portion 10 protruding from the long hole 20b is bent first, and the male foot portion 10a is folded thereon. At this time, the small hole 10c1 of the fastener part 10, the small hole 20c of the document 20, and the small hole 10b1 of the female foot part 10b (fastener part 10) are vertically overlapped.

Here, although the small holes 10c1, 20c, 10b1 are formed to have the same diameter, as shown in FIG. 5D, a pusher 30 having a push rod 31 having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the small hole, etc. Then, the narrow end portion 10a1 of the male foot portion 10a overlaid on the small hole is pushed in the order of the small holes 10b1, 20c, and 10c1.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 5E, the document 20 is firmly bound by the fastener unit 10.
