Description

The present invention provides a finger provided with a protrusion that is attached to a toe, corrects an upright posture and a walking posture, maintains a good posture during walking and exercise, improves exercise efficiency, and simultaneously stimulates the sole. It is about a pad.

Conventionally, many toe pads that sandwich the pad between the toes have been proposed. For example, a toe pad that sandwiches the pad between the toes for promoting blood circulation of the toes is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-2008. This toe pad has a columnar pad body inserted between adjacent toes with a string-like body. Further, registered utility model No. 3021096 of Patent Document 2 has been proposed in order to antibacterial and deodorize the toes that are steamed in leather shoes, and to eliminate discomfort due to sweat of the toes. Although it arrange | positions under the base part of a toe, the pad which penetrates between toes is four, but all are strip-shaped plate bodies.
Since the type with a pad between these toes is easy to come off from the finger, a toe ring is provided on adjacent fingers and a pad is provided between adjacent toes. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-313043 has been proposed as a toe assisting tool for correcting or preventing the above.

The above toe pads are for the purpose of promoting toe circulation and correcting or preventing toe deformation, and do not stabilize posture or stabilize the body balance.
Therefore, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2013-123202 of Patent Document 4 has also been proposed as a toe support pad that stabilizes the balance of the body.
This toe pad is a toe pad that is attached to the toes and interposes an inter-finger pad between the toes to correct an upright posture and walking posture, and keeps a good posture during walking and exercise. A large-diameter fitting ring that fits the thumb of the toe and serves as a finger pad between the index finger, which is the finger, is fitted into the ring finger and a small-diameter fitting that serves as a finger pad between the middle finger and the little finger. Providing a ring part, providing a base part that connects both rings and located on the sole, fitting the index finger and the middle finger, and a protruding part that becomes an inter-finger pad part protruding so as to be sandwiched between the index finger and the middle finger The finger insertion side of the base part and both fitting ring parts is provided with a fitting arch part that curves so as to be in contact with the base of each finger, and the fitting ring with a smaller diameter than the bottom thickness of the large diameter fitting ring part. Feet with a thickened bottom and a little higher height from the floor on the little and middle fingers side than on the thumb side It is between pad.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2009-254680 of Patent Document 5 discloses that a toe device is fitted into the base of a finger to train the tension.

特開2008−12077号公報JP 2008-12077 A 登録実用新案第3021096号号公報Registered Utility Model No. 3021096 特開2007−313043号公報JP 2007-313043 A 特許第5646006号公報Japanese Patent No. 5646006 特開2009−254680号公報JP 2009-254680 A

In the above-mentioned inter-toe pad of Patent Document 4, since the inter-finger pad is merely interposed between the second finger (index finger) and the third finger (middle finger), the direction of the middle finger is not stabilized and the stepping direction is changed. There was some meandering. Also, there was no such thing as stimulating acupoints. Patent Document 5 has a problem in that the inter-finger widened portion is convex, so that it easily falls off from the foot.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and does not fall out from the toes, straightens the walking direction, sufficiently forms the vertical arch on the sole, and creates a force to maintain a well-balanced posture. It is intended to provide a toe pad that maintains a good posture during walking and exercise and improves exercise efficiency.
Furthermore, it is intended to provide a toe pad in which a protrusion is provided near the thumb ball at the center of the sole so that the lymph and thyroid gland also stimulate the acupoint.

In order to solve the above problems, the invention of claim 1 is an inter-toe pad formed of an elastic material having elasticity and flexibility,
A large-diameter fitting ring part that fits on the thumb of the toe and a small-diameter fitting ring part that fits on the middle finger are provided, and a base part that connects these fitting ring parts is provided, so that the index finger is sandwiched between the rings. Providing a tongue-like portion extending from the vicinity of the middle finger of the foundation to the center of the sole ,
A protrusion is provided in the vicinity of the thumb ball at the center of the sole of the tip of the tongue , and the line connecting the protrusion and the middle finger matches the direction when the user walks straight, and the protrusion The toe pad is characterized in that a vertical arch is formed on the sole of the foot and the projection is stimulated by pressing and pressing the pressure points on the sole.
The invention according to claim 2 is the toe pad according to claim 1, wherein the elastomer is a styrene-based elastomer rich in stretchability.
A third aspect of the present invention is the toe pad according to the first or second aspect, wherein the elastomer contains a silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent.

According to the toe pad invention of claim 1, the third finger has a small-diameter circle fitted to the middle finger by fitting the middle finger with the small-diameter circular ring portion and press-contacting the sole with the projection of the tongue-like portion. It becomes easy to be conscious of the ring part, and the direction of the middle finger unconsciously turns to the front direction of the walking direction, and accordingly, the kneecap also turns to the front. As a result, the improvement of the O leg (grotch) and the X leg (inner crotch) can be expected, and the ability to maintain a well-balanced posture with proper walking is born. In addition, breathing increases, metabolism increases, and exercise efficiency increases with the correct posture.
In addition, since the protrusion is provided on the tongue-like part that extends long in the center of the sole, the middle finger of the third finger is fixed in the direction of the small-diameter circular ring part, and the protrusion is securely attached to the sole. The vertical arch G is formed so that the ground and the shoe sole can be reliably grasped, and the lymph and thyroid gland also stimulate the acupuncture points by the projections of the tongue-like portion.
Furthermore, since it fits in the base part of a toe, it can straddle a leg | foot firmly and the impact to a leg | foot is eased at the time of a walk, Therefore The strong pain of a knee pain or a hip joint pain can be relieved. Therefore, a good posture is maintained during walking and exercise, and the exercise efficiency is improved. As a result, fatigue of the neck and shoulders of the body can be reduced simply by fitting the foot pad.

According to the toe pad invention of claim 2, since the elastomer is a styrene-based elastomer rich in stretchability, it can be adapted to most sizes regardless of gender.
According to the toe pad invention of claim 3, since the elastomer of the material has antibacterial and deodorizing properties, it becomes a sanitary toe pad.

The intended purpose was achieved by providing a tongue-shaped portion extending in the heel direction from the vicinity of the middle finger. less than,
An example of a suitable toe pad will be described with reference to the drawings.

First, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a state in which the right foot toe pad 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is mounted on the right toe. An elastomeric material and material toe between the pads 1 have a stretch, flexibility and resiliency, toe between the pads 1 of the present embodiment has a sufficiently Shin compression resistance, flexibility and elasticity of styrene-based elastomer Fits most toes regardless of gender's foot size. In addition, the elastomer contains a silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent to provide a hygienic toe pad having antibacterial and deodorant properties.
In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 (a), a large-diameter circular ring portion 3 for a thumb is inserted and fitted into the thumb, which is the first finger a, and the middle finger of the third finger c and the little finger of the fifth finger e As shown in the cross-sectional view at the intermediate height when the right-toe toe pad 1 is attached in FIG. Wear the index finger of the finger b and the ring finger of the fourth finger d so as to be sandwiched between the rings. Therefore, the inter-finger pad portion is interposed between all five toes.

The mounting method and mounting position of the toe pad 1 will be described with reference to the bottom view from the sole on which the toe pad for the right foot in FIG. A substantially horizontal foot back surface 21 that is in contact with the floor is provided, a large-diameter fitting ring portion 3 for the thumb at one end, a small-diameter fitting ring portion 5 for the little finger at the other end, and the fitting ring A small-diameter circular (fitting) ring portion 4 for the middle finger is disposed between the portion 3 and the fitting ring portion 5, and these ring portions 3, 4, and 5 are the toe root portions of the toe pad 1. Insert to the end of the part that touches the (f1, f2, f3, f4) side.

Next, details of the configuration of the toe pad 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 3 (a) is a plan view seen from above the toe pad 1 for the right foot, and FIG. 3 (b) is a front view of the state shown in FIG. This is because even though the other four directions are the same as the direction of the thumb, which is the first finger, the base of the toes is not in a horizontal position and is inclined about 15 ° on average. In addition, if the bases of the four toes below the index finger are arranged at 15 ° as shown in FIG. 3, the toe pad 1 comfortably fits the toes.
As for the width from the thumb side of the toe pad 1 to the little finger, the width before and after this may be prepared in the same manner as the size of the shoe.
A large-diameter circular ring portion 3 for the first finger (thumb) a is provided at the left end of the base portion 2, and this large-diameter circular ring portion 3 is fitted to the first finger (thumb) a of the foot. While being fixed to the toe pad 1 reliably, the side part 31 of this large diameter fitting ring part 3 forms the pad part P1 with the 2nd finger b.
The inner diameter of the large-diameter fitting ring part 3 is about X1 = 16 mm and the side part thickness is about 3 mm. As described above, the material of the toe pad 1 itself is stretchable, flexible, Since it is a silicon elastomer with high elasticity, it can be worn on the thumb of a normal person, and the side portion 31 also serves as an inter-finger pad portion P1.
In addition, although the internal diameter of the large-diameter fitting ring part 3 was about 16 mm, what is necessary is just to set suitably between 14-20 mm of the grade which the wearer does not feel pain.
Further, the outer width of the large-diameter fitting ring portion 3 is about 20 mm, and the inner width in contact with the second finger b is about 15 mm.
When attaching the toes, first, the large-diameter circular ring portion 3 for the first finger (thumb) a
It is easy to put on the thumb.

Next, in FIG. 3 (b), an independent third finger provided between the large-diameter fitting ring portion 3 for the thumb of the base portion 2 and the small-diameter circular ring portion 5 for the small finger (d). (Middle finger) Fit the thumb on the small-diameter circular (fitting) ring portion 4 for the middle finger.
Finally, a small-diameter circular ring portion 5 of a fifth finger (for little finger) d is provided at the right end of the base portion 2, and this small-diameter circular ring portion 5 is the fifth finger (small finger) e of the toe. And the mounting of the toe pad 1 is completed.
When securely fixed to the toe pad 1 in this way, in addition to the inter-pad pad part P1, both side parts 41 and 42 of the small-diameter fitting ring part 4 for the middle finger are connected to the second finger (index finger) b and the third finger. A finger pad portion P2 is formed between the finger (middle finger) c, and a finger pad portion P3 is formed between the third finger (middle finger) c and the fourth finger (ring finger) d. Further, the inner measuring portion 51 of the small-diameter fitting ring portion 5 for the little finger has a finger pad portion P4 formed between the fourth finger (ring finger) d and the fifth finger (little finger) e, and five toes. The inter-finger pad portion is interposed between all the spaces. It should be noted that the outer side portion 52 of the small diameter fitting ring portion 5 is less painful if it is made as thin as possible.

The small-diameter fitting ring portions 4 and 5 have an inner diameter of about X2,3 = 11 mm and the side portion 41 has a thickness of about 5 mm. As described above, the material of the toe pad 1 itself is stretchable. Since it is a silicone elastomer rich in flexibility and elasticity, it can be worn on the thumb of a normal person, and the side portions 41 and 42 and the inner side portion 51 constitute the inter-finger pad portions P2, P3, and P4. .
In addition, although the internal diameter of the small diameter fitting ring part 4 was about 11 mm, what is necessary is just to set suitably between 9-16 mm of the grade which the wearer does not feel pain.
Further, the width of the small diameter fitting ring portion 4 in contact with the second finger and the fourth finger is about 12 mm, and the width of the small diameter fitting ring portion 5 in contact with the fourth finger is about 15 mm.

As shown in FIG. 3 (b), the base portion 2 is provided with a foot bottom surface 21 that is positioned on the sole and the bottom surface is horizontal, and has a large-diameter fitting ring portion 3 for the thumb and a small-diameter fitting for the little finger. As shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 4, the ring portion 5 is connected, and a tongue-like portion 6 extending in the heel direction from the center portion of the base portion 2 is provided. The protrusion 7 is provided at a position located near the side of the sphere B, and the line connecting the protrusion 7 and the middle finger of the third finger coincides with the direction when the user walks straight. It is necessary to arrange the protrusion 7. Further, the projection 7 is stimulated by pressing the pressure points on the soles.
It is said that the part of the sole where the projection 7 is pressed is also stimulated by the lymph and thyroid gland, and is particularly effective for the lung and adrenal gland.
Since the projection 7 on the tongue-like portion 6 extending in the heel direction is provided at the center of the long sole, the middle finger of the third finger is fixed in the direction of the small-diameter circular ring portion 4, and as shown in FIG. A vertical arch G is formed on the sole of the foot by the projection 7 so that the ground and the sole can be securely grasped. Further, by being aware of the lateral arch formed by the projection 7, the tongue 6 The vertical arch G becomes conscious, and the projection 7 stimulates the acupoints of the lymph and the thyroid gland.

The overall shape of the first embodiment is as shown in FIG. 6. The thumb of the first finger a, the middle finger of the third finger c, and the little finger of the fifth finger e are fixed to the base portion 2 by the fitting ring portion. The index finger of the second finger b and the ring finger of the fourth finger d are basically movable, so when stepping on the ground or floor, the fingers gather together to grab the base 2 and separate from the ground or floor. Sometimes each finger moves away from each other. In this way, the toes are moderately stimulated and act to maintain a well-balanced posture, so that even if the foot is blindfolded and stepped in the same place as in Experiment 2 described later, the foot is stepped in almost the same place. become.

In addition, according to the toe pad of Example 1, the small finger of the third finger is fitted into the middle finger by fitting the middle finger of the third finger with the small-diameter circular ring portion and press-contacting the sole with the protruding portion of the tongue-like portion.

This is proved by the following experiment.
[Experiment 1]
[Table 1] shows the result of “blindfolded base walking measurement”. 10 subjects from 6 to 12 years old from Yamanashi Little League blindfolded and confirmed the direction from the home base to the 1st base, and then blindfolded. Measure the distance to the base of the first base when not wearing the inter-toe toe pad of this example when walking up to a distance of 1 cm and stopping walking with a voice. The results are shown in a table.
From the table in Table 1, the value after the mounting is closer to the base of 1 塁 than before the mounting of the present embodiment, but the average is 1.4 m narrower.
FIG. 7 is a diagram of the result of “blindfolded base walking measurement”, which shows the actual positional relationship of the results of [Table 1], but when the stop position is [Before wearing], there is a large variation from the 1st base. However, it can be seen that in [after wearing], the variation from the base of 1 塁 is reduced, the meandering is reduced, and the robot walks straight in the right direction.

[Experiment 2]
[Table 2] is a table showing the results of “blindfolded treading trunk measurement”. The subjects were 10 to 12 years old, the same as in Experiment 2, blindfolded, and stepped for 30 seconds in a predetermined place (point A). Then, the results of measuring the distance from a predetermined field (point A) at that time are tabulated.
FIG. 8 shows the actual positional relationship of the results of “blindfolded foot trunk measurement” in Table 2, but when the stop position is [before wearing], there is a variation from the center predetermined field (point A). Although it is large, in [After wearing], the variation from the center predetermined place (point A) becomes small, the trunk is solid, keep a well-balanced posture and step on, blindfold in the same place and step on But step on almost the same place.

In addition, since the protrusion is provided on the tongue-like part that extends long in the center of the sole, the middle finger of the third finger is fixed in the direction of the small-diameter circular ring part, and the protrusion is securely attached to the sole. The middle finger is lifted, and a lateral arch is formed by the projection 7 so that the ground and the shoe sole can be securely grasped. Further, the projection is realized by being aware of the vertical arch G formed by the tongue-shaped projection. The lymphatic and thyroid glands also stimulate the acupoints.
Further, since the base portion 2 is fitted into the toe base, the toes can be firmly stepped on, and the impact on the foot is reduced during walking, so that strong pain of knee pain and hip joint pain can be reduced. Therefore, a good posture is maintained during walking and exercise, and the exercise efficiency is improved. As a result, fatigue of the neck and shoulders of the body can be reduced simply by fitting the foot pad.
In addition, since the material of the toe pad is made of elastomer and made of styrenic elastomer rich in elasticity, it can be adapted to almost any size regardless of gender, and the material elastomer has antibacterial and deodorizing properties. If it does so, it will become a hygienic pad between toes.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The major difference between Example 2 and Example 1 is that there are only two fitting rings, and the fourth finger and the fifth finger little finger are completely free.
FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the right foot between the toes pad 1 for the right foot according to the second embodiment. Since the material and material of the toe pad 1 are the same as those in the first embodiment, detailed description thereof is omitted.
9 and 11A, a large-diameter circular ring portion 3 for the thumb is inserted and fitted into the thumb as the first finger a, and the small-diameter fitting ring portion 4 is inserted into the middle finger of the third finger c. Is inserted and fitted, and the second finger b is attached so that the index finger of the second finger b is sandwiched between the rings, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. . Accordingly, inter-finger pad portions are interposed at three positions between the first finger a and the second finger b, between the second finger b and the third finger c, and between the third finger c and the fourth finger d. Like to do.
The mounting method and mounting position of the toe pad 1 will be described with reference to the bottom view from the sole on which the toe pad for the right foot in FIG. A substantially horizontal foot back surface 21 that is in contact with the floor is provided. A large-diameter fitting ring portion 3 for the thumb is arranged at one end, and a small-diameter fitting ring portion 4 for the middle finger is arranged at the other end. The ring portions 3 and 4 are inserted to the back of the portion in contact with the toe base (f1, f2, f3) side of the toe pad 1.

Here, the detail of the structure with respect to the toe pad 1 of Example 2 is demonstrated along FIG. 11, FIG.
FIG. 11 (a) is a plan view seen from above the toe pad 1 for the right foot, and FIG. 11 (b) is a front view in a state inclined by 15 ° in FIG. 11 (a). This is because even though the other two directions are the same as the direction of the thumb, which is the first finger, the base of the toes is not in a horizontal position and is inclined about 15 ° on average. In addition, if the bases of the four toes below the index finger are arranged at 15 ° as shown in FIG. 11, the toe pad 1 fits comfortably on the toes.
The inner diameter of this large-diameter fitting ring part 3 is about X1 = 16 mm and the side part thickness is about 3 mm, as in the first embodiment, but the material of the toe pad 1 itself is stretchable and flexible. Since the silicone elastomer is rich in elasticity and elasticity, it can be worn on the thumb of a normal person, and the side portion 31 also serves as the inter-finger pad portion P1.
In addition, although the internal diameter of the large-diameter fitting ring part 3 was about 16 mm, what is necessary is just to set suitably between 14-20 mm of the grade which the wearer does not feel pain.
Further, the outer width of the large-diameter fitting ring portion 3 is about 20 mm, and the width in the inner length direction in contact with the second finger b is about 15 mm.
When attaching the toes, first, the large-diameter circular ring portion 3 for the first finger (thumb) a
It is the same as in the first embodiment that the attachment is easy if it is fitted to the thumb.

Next, in FIG. 11 (b), the large-diameter fitting ring portion 3 for the thumb of the base portion 2 and the small-diameter circular (fitting) ring portion 4 for the middle finger are attached to the third finger (middle finger) c. If it fits in, mounting | wearing of the pad 1 between toes will be completed. This configuration can be attached to the toes more easily than in the first embodiment.

The inner diameter of the small-diameter fitting ring portion 4 is about X2,3 = 11 mm and the thickness of the side portion 41 is about 5 mm, as in the first embodiment. Since this material is a silicone elastomer rich in elasticity, flexibility and elasticity, it can be worn on the thumb of a normal person, and the side portions 41 and 42 constitute the inter-finger pad portions P2 and P3.
In addition, although the internal diameter of the small diameter fitting ring part 4 was about 11 mm, what is necessary is just to set suitably between 9-16 mm of the grade which the wearer does not feel pain. Further, the width of the small diameter fitting ring portion 4 in contact with the second and fourth fingers is about 12 mm.

As shown in FIG. 11 (b), the base portion 2 is provided with a foot bottom surface 21 positioned on the sole and having a horizontal bottom surface, and a large-diameter fitting ring portion 3 for the thumb and a small-diameter fitting for the middle finger. As shown in FIGS. 11 (a) and 12, a ring-like portion 6 extending in the heel direction from the vicinity of the middle finger of the base portion 2 is provided, and a tip 61 of the tongue-like portion 6 is used as a mother. The protrusion 7 is provided at a position located in the vicinity of the side of the finger ball B, and the line connecting the protrusion 7 and the middle finger of the third finger seems to coincide with the direction when the user walks straight. It is necessary to arrange the protrusion 7 on the surface. Further, the projection 7 is stimulated by pressing the pressure points on the soles.
It is said that the part of the sole where the projection 7 is pressed is also stimulated by the lymph and thyroid gland, and is particularly effective for the lung and adrenal gland.
Since the upper protrusion 7 of the tongue-like portion 6 extending in the heel direction is provided at the center of the long foot, the middle finger of the third finger is fixed in the direction of the small-diameter circular ring portion 4, and FIG. , A vertical arch G is formed on the sole of the foot by the protrusion 7 so that the ground and the sole can be securely grasped, and the tongue 7 is also conscious of the lateral arch by the protrusion 7. The vertical arch G becomes conscious, and the projection 7 stimulates the sole zone (reference numeral Z in FIG. 10) of the acupuncture points and the like.

The overall shape of the second embodiment is as shown in FIG. 13. The thumb of the first finger a and the middle finger of the third finger c are fixed to the base portion 2 by the fitting ring portion, and the index finger of the second finger b is The fourth finger d ring finger and the fifth finger e little finger are basically movable, so when stepping on the ground or the floor, the fingers gather together to grasp the base 2 and grip the thumb and index finger. Increases the inner weight, stimulates the sole zone near the thumb ball and raises the center of gravity, and when moving away from the ground, floor, etc., the fingers move away from each other. In this way, a moderate stimulus is applied to the toes and acts so as to maintain a well-balanced posture, so that even if the foot is blindfolded and stepped in the same place as in the first embodiment, the foot is stepped in almost the same place. Become.

In addition, according to the inter-finger pad, the small finger of the third finger is fitted into the circular ring portion with a small diameter, and the protruding portion of the tongue-like portion is pressed against the sole, so that the circular ring portion with a small diameter fitted to the middle finger is It becomes easy to be conscious, the direction of the middle finger is unconsciously turned to the front direction of the walking direction, and one step can be taken straight with this middle fingering,
Along with this, the kneecap also turns to the front. As a result, the improvement of the O leg (grotch) and the X leg (inner crotch) can be expected, and the ability to maintain a well-balanced posture with proper walking is born. In addition, breathing increases, metabolism increases, and exercise efficiency increases with the correct posture.
Therefore, Example 2 does not show experimental values as shown in Tables 1 and 2 in Example 1, but similar results were obtained although the number of data was small.
In addition, the amount of muscles that are not usually trained increases. This will be described in comparison with a toe pad disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 5646006 of the aforementioned Patent Document 4 developed by the present inventors.

This will be described with reference to FIG. 14 and [Table 3]. [Table 3] is a measure of the amount of muscle force used for the seven muscles (right side) in FIG. When wearing a conventional product (the product of Japanese Patent No. 5646006), when wearing the product of Example 2, muscle activity for 4 strides (Note 1) when normal walking is performed Measured and recorded by surface electromyography. Muscle activity was quantified by integrating. Higher values indicate greater muscle activity. The muscle activity when the product was not worn was defined as 100%, and the muscle activity in the case of the conventional product and Example 2 was determined as a percentage. One slide corresponds to two steps from one side of the heel-contact to the next side of the heel-contact on the same side.
Test subjects: 3 adult women (20-30 years old), 3 adult men (20-30 years old)
