Description

The present invention relates to a grounding electrode for burying in the ground in a place close to a power pole or the like to ground a power facility, and more particularly to a plate-like member used for the grounding electrode.

In order to prevent accidents caused by lightning strikes and leakages, grounding measures are mandatory for utility poles that lay power facilities such as transformers, lightning arresters, and high-voltage equipment, according to the ministerial ordinances that establish technical standards for electrical equipment. As a grounding measure, there is a grounding work in which a grounding electrode is buried in the ground in the vicinity of the power pole, and the grounding electrode is connected to a grounding terminal attached to the power pole in order to relay the grounding electrode and power equipment. . When the grounding work is performed, if an abnormal current occurs that hinders the operation of the power equipment, the abnormal current flows to the grounding electrode via the grounding terminal, and the abnormal current is released from the grounding electrode to the ground. It becomes possible to prevent the failure of the power equipment. The grounding electrode used in the grounding work is mainly a bar-shaped grounding rod having conductivity, or a connecting-type grounding rod that can be driven deep into the ground by connecting the grounding rods (Patent Document 1 and Patent Document) 2).

By the way, in the grounding work, the grounding resistance value required for each type of power equipment is determined by the above-mentioned ministerial ordinance, and the grounding electrode must be buried at a depth of 75 cm or more from the ground surface. Has been. Therefore, in grounding work using conventional grounding rods or connected grounding rods, an inverted conical hole is excavated, and the grounding rod or connected grounding rod is driven into the ground with a hammer or the like from the bottom of the hole and buried. Was. Here, when the grounding resistance of the buried grounding rod etc. is less than the grounding resistance value specified by the Ministerial Ordinance, a new hole for excavation is newly drilled at a position away from the grounding rod etc. It was necessary to repeat this until the ground resistance met the ground resistance value specified by the Ministerial Ordinance.

From such a problem, it is possible to perform construction without taking time and to further reduce the grounding resistance, a long first grounding member that can be driven into the ground, and a first grounding member A ground having a plate-like second grounding member electrically connected to one end of the lead wire and a lead wire connected to the first grounding member or the second grounding member and connected to a grounding wire through which a grounding current flows. A pole and its construction method are disclosed (see Patent Document 3).

FIG. 46 is a diagram showing a configuration of a conventional ground electrode. A lead wire 95 is connected to the plate-like member 91 corresponding to the second grounding member, and the first grounding member including the tip portion 92 and the connecting portion 93 and the plate-like member 91 are connected by a connection pin 94. Yes.

実開昭49−52036号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-52036 特開平09−298073号公報JP 09-298073 A 特開2010−146938号公報JP 2010-146938

However, in the conventional grounding electrode, when the plate-shaped member and the first grounding member are connected, the connection pin must be aligned with one end of the first grounding member through the hole formed in the plate-shaped member. However, since the first grounding member has already been driven into the ground, there is a problem that alignment is difficult and work efficiency is poor.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and a plate of a grounding electrode that can be easily aligned when a plate-shaped grounding member and a long rod-shaped grounding member are connected. An object is to provide a shaped member.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the plate-like member of the ground electrode according to the present invention is used as a ground electrode for burying in the ground and releasing the ground current to the ground, and is a long rod-shaped member that can be driven into the ground. A plate-like member that is electrically connected to one end of the grounding member via a connecting pin, a central portion located at the center in the width direction, an end portion located at the end in the width direction, and the central portion A plurality of circular holes having different diameters for inserting the connecting pins, each having a plurality of openings except for the extending portion. It is characterized by.

According to this, when connecting a plate-shaped grounding member and a long rod-shaped grounding member, it is possible to easily align the connecting pins.

Here, it is preferable that a window portion wider than the opening area of the larger diameter of the circular hole portion is opened at a place excluding the extending portion.

According to this, it is possible to confirm the position of the end of the long rod-shaped first grounding member that has already been driven into the ground from the window, and the connection pin is easily aligned, inserted, and connected. be able to.

Further, the central portion is composed of a central flat portion that is flush with the extending portion, and a central step portion that is located at the center in the width direction and has a step from the central flat portion, and the central step portion includes the central step portion. It is preferable that the circular hole is opened.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the extending portion is formed in a bellows shape, and is deformed and elongated in a net shape in the width direction.

Thereby, according to the condition of the positional relationship between the long rod-shaped first grounding member and the plate-like member, the connection position between them can be adjusted.

As described above, according to the plate-like member of the ground electrode according to the present invention, alignment can be easily performed when the plate-like ground member and the long rod-like ground member are connected.

FIG. 26 is a plan view showing a state in which the extending portion 33 is further extended by 100% and FIG. 27 is a front view thereof. FIG. 28 is a perspective view seen from the bottom side.

FIG. 29 is a plan view showing the configuration of the plate-like member of the ground electrode according to the fourth embodiment, FIG. 30 is a right side view, FIG. 31 is a bottom view, and FIG. 32 is a front view. FIG. 33 is a perspective view seen from the bottom side.

The plate-like member 4 according to the fourth embodiment is different from the plate-like member 3 of the third embodiment in the arrangement pattern of the large-diameter hole portion 46, the small-diameter hole portion 47, and the observation window portion 48.

34 is a plan view showing a state in which the extending portion 43 of the plate-like member 4 is extended by 50%, and FIG. 35 is a front view thereof. FIG. 36 is a perspective view seen from the bottom side.

FIG. 37 is a plan view showing a state in which the extending portion 43 is further extended by 100% and FIG. 38 is a front view thereof. FIG. 39 is a perspective view seen from the bottom side.

40 is a plan view showing a configuration of a plate-like member of the ground electrode according to the fifth embodiment, FIG. 41 is a right side view, FIG. 42 is a bottom view, and FIG. 43 is a front view. FIG. 44 is a perspective view seen from the bottom side.

The plate-like member 5 of the fifth embodiment has a large-diameter hole portion 56, a small-diameter hole portion 57, and a viewing window portion 58 opened in the central step portion 52, and a large-diameter hole portion 56 and a small-diameter hole portion 57 at the end portions, respectively.
