Description
The present invention relates to a saddle riding type vehicle.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as seen in, for example, Patent Document 1, a straddle-type vehicle that has a divided frame structure divided into front and rear and receives a load of a cushion on a rear frame is known. The rear frame has an advantage of high strength because the pivot plate and the seat rail are integrated.
In the conventional saddle riding type vehicle described above, the rear frame has high strength, but the pivot plate and the seat rail are integrated, so there are many restrictions in terms of weight and layout, and it is slim and lightweight. It was a major challenge in building an attractive finished vehicle.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a straddle-type vehicle that can be reduced in weight and layout, and can be slim and lightweight.
In order to solve the above problems, a saddle riding type vehicle of the present invention is
A head pipe, a main frame extending behind the head pipe, and the main frame are separated from the main frame, and are positioned behind the main frame, support a seat, a swing arm that supports a rear wheel, and a swing arm A straddle-type vehicle including a pivot plate that supports a pivot that is a swing center, and a cushion for suppressing vibration of a road surface,
The pivot plate is provided separately from the seat rail,
The seat rail has one front end attached to the main frame and the other end attached to the pivot plate.
The main frame and the seat rail include a first fastening portion that is fastened from a vertical direction by a first fastening member,
The pivot plate and the seat rail include a second fastening portion fastened from the vehicle width direction by a second fastening member ,
The upper end of the cushion is coupled to the seat rail by an upper end coupling portion,
In side view, the first fastening portion, the second fastening portion, and the upper end coupling portion are arranged in this order from the front of the vehicle.
The upper end coupling portion of the cushion is provided in a cross member located between the left and right seat rails,
The cross member is separate from the seat rail, and both ends thereof are supported by recesses provided opposite to each other inside the left and right seat rails, and fastened to the seat rail by the cross member fastening member. It is characterized by that.
According to this straddle-type vehicle, the pivot plate and the seat rail are separate from each other, so that restrictions on weight and layout can be reduced. Therefore, slimming and weight reduction are possible.
Thus, when the pivot plate and the seat rail are separated, for example, when the upper end of the cushion is supported by the seat rail, when the large load from the cushion is input to the seat rail, Depending on the fastening structure between the main frame and the pivot plate, the seating surface at the fastening portion may slip relatively, and the dimension and fastening rigidity may change.
On the other hand, according to this straddle-type vehicle, the seat rail has one front end attached to the main frame and the other end attached to the pivot plate. The main frame and the seat rail are a first fastening member. And the pivot plate and the seat rail are provided with a second fastening portion fastened from the vehicle width direction by the second fastening member. It will have first and second fastening parts that are fastened from different directions of the direction and the vehicle width direction, so that even when a large load is input, the seating surface at the fastening part is relatively less likely to slip, The effect that the dimension and the fastening rigidity are hardly changed is obtained.
The upper end of the front Symbol cushion coupled to the seat rail by upper coupling portion,
In the side view, since the first fastening portion, the second fastening portion, and the upper end coupling portion are arranged in this order from the front of the vehicle , the following effects can be obtained.
When the cushion load sheet Toreru is input, but also acts a force that rotates the seat rail about the second fastening part fastened in the vehicle width direction, the first fastening fastened its action in the vertical direction It can be received well at the part.
further,
The upper end coupling portion of the cushion is provided in a cross member located between the left and right seat rails,
The cross member is separate from the seat rail, and both ends thereof are supported by recesses provided opposite to each other inside the left and right seat rails, and fastened to the seat rail by the cross member fastening member. Since it is configured, the following effects can be obtained.
Since the cross member that receives the upper end of the cushion is separate from the seat rail, the material of the cross member to which the cushion load directly acts can be made different from the material of the seat rail. Therefore, by increasing the rigidity of only the cross member, the overall weight of the vehicle can be reduced, and the productivity can be improved.
In this saddle riding type vehicle,
It can be set as the structure which provided the knock pin in any one of said 1st fastening part or 2nd fastening part.
If comprised in this way, while being able to prevent the load of a slip load from being applied to the seat surface of a 1st fastening part or a 2nd fastening part, by providing a knock pin only in either one, the dispersion | variation between components is carried out. Can be absorbed.
In this saddle riding type vehicle,
The knock pin may be provided at the first fastening portion.
If comprised in this way, since a 1st fastening part is fastened from the up-down direction by a 1st fastening member, it becomes easy to insert a knock pin from upper direction, and workability | operativity improves.
In this saddle riding type vehicle,
The seat rail may be manufactured by dividing in the vehicle width direction, and the cross member may be manufactured by dividing in the vertical direction.
If the cross member that receives the upper end of the cushion and the seat rail are separated, the direction of mold splitting can be changed between the cross member and the seat rail.
Therefore, it is possible to ensure the necessary strength while reducing the overall weight.
In particular, when the seat rail is manufactured by dividing in the vehicle width direction and the cross member is manufactured by dividing in the vertical direction, the direction of dividing the cross member substantially coincides with the receiving direction of the cushion load. Therefore, the required strength can be ensured while reducing the weight of the cross member, and the required strength can be ensured while reducing the weight as a whole.
In this saddle riding type vehicle,
The seat rail may be Y-shaped in a side view, and the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion may be provided at the end of the Y-shaped arm.
If comprised in this way, a seat rail can be reduced in weight by opening between Y-shaped arms.
In this saddle riding type vehicle,
The first fastening member may be configured to fasten the first fastening portion obliquely from the outside in the vehicle width direction to the inside as seen from the front of the vehicle.
If comprised in this way, it will become easy to perform a fastening operation | work.

As shown in FIG. 9, the

(4) The first knock pins 81 are provided below the
If the first knock pins 81 are to be provided at all four locations, the accuracy between components is required to be high, resulting in an increase in cost.
On the other hand, by disposing the first knock pins 81 at two positions in the front or rear, it is possible to prevent slipping of the fastening seat surface F1 at the time of road surface reaction force input while suppressing cost as much as possible.
(5) The
In addition, although the second knock pins 82 are provided at the front, rear, left and right four locations, the direction is the vehicle width direction, so the workability is not impaired, and the

(12) By providing the
(13) In this embodiment, since the

(15) The

(19) The
(20) Since the
