Claims (9)
- 拡張装置であって、
近位端及び遠位端を有する管状支持体と、
前記管状支持体の前記遠位端とともに構成されたリテーナ部分と、前記リテーナ部分の近位側の膨張可能な拡張部分と、前記膨張可能な拡張部分の近位側の膨張可能な剛性付与部分と、前記リテーナ部分と前記拡張部分とを結合するフレキシブルな部分とを有するバルーンであって、前記リテーナ部分は、膨張したとき、前記膨張可能な拡張部分より大きい断面を有するように構成され、前記フレキシブルな部分は、膨張したとき、前記リテーナ部分及び前記膨張可能な拡張部分より小さい断面を有するように構成される、該バルーンと、
前記膨張可能な剛性付与部分が嵌入されるカテーテルチューブであって、前記剛性付与部分が、膨張させられた後に前記カテーテルチューブの内面に摩擦をもって当接するように構成される、該カテーテルチューブと、
前記バルーン内に連通するように構成されるインフレーションルーメンとを含むことを特徴とする拡張装置。 - 前記剛性付与部分及び前記拡張部分が、コンプライアント材料、ノンコンプライアント材料、またはセミコンプライアント材料、あるいはそれらの組合せで作られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張装置。
- 前記拡張部分及び前記リテーナ部分が、各々異なる材料で作られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張装置。
- 当該装置が、内視鏡のワーキングチャンネルを通して挿入され得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張装置。
- 当該装置が、前記内視鏡のワーキングチャンネルを通して抜去され得ることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の拡張装置。
- 前記チューブが、当該装置の前記剛性付与部分に対して摩擦により保持された状態で、非血管内腔内へ押し込まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張装置。
- 前記チューブが、当該装置の前記剛性付与部分に対して摩擦により保持された状態で、非血管内腔内へ引き込まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張装置。
- 当該装置を配置する前に、前記剛性付与部分が少なくとも15psiまで膨張させられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張装置。
- 当該装置を貫通して延在する連続経路をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張装置。
