Description

The present invention provides a heat collection well in which two operations of a heat medium liquid circulation device and a groundwater pumping can be performed simultaneously with one excavated heat collection well.

Conventionally, as a heat medium liquid circulation method using underground heat, excavation of a heat collection well such as a heat pump device or a heat pump-less snow melting device, a U tube or a double tube is inserted and set in the well, and the heat medium liquid circulation The underground heat utilization apparatus etc. are provided by the method. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, and Patent Document 3).

In patent document 1, it is a heat collection well of the circulation method of geothermal heat utilization without a heat pump. In patent document 2, it is a heat collection well of the circulation method of underground heat utilization using a heat pump.

In Patent Document 3, two adjacent wells are excavated, groundwater is pumped from one adjacent well, pumped into the well where the circulation pipe is inserted, and groundwater is fluidized. Thus, the snow melting method is a method of exchanging heat of the circulating medium liquid at a high temperature.

Problems to be solved by the invention

Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, and Patent Document 3 are both conventional medium liquid circulation methods, and devices using geothermal heat use geothermal heat in addition to Patent Document 2 and Patent Document 3, respectively. There are various patent documents that use the snowmelting device, heating, etc., and collect the heat in the ground. Have been used. As in the present invention, there is no invention that can simultaneously use two different types of devices at the same time with respect to one well of the heat collecting well. In the present invention, the groundwater is pumped up by the submersible pump 8 in the well pipe 6 in the hole, and the medium liquid circulation device can be operated while being used as the irrigation water 11 on the ground. Since the groundwater at the ground temperature at the depth of the sampled water flows to the suction position of the submersible pump and the temperature of the natural borehole water is increased, the circulation pipe 4 fixed in contact with the well pipe 6 is connected to the groundwater. The medium liquid in the circulation pipe 4 is subjected to heat exchange by the in-hole water heated by the pumping temperature. When the circulating medium liquid cooled at the above-ground part circulates and descends deep underground, as in the conventional patent document 1 and patent document 2, the underground temperature in the natural state is cooled, and naturally the underground temperature decreases. . Therefore, the medium liquid will circulate and rise as heat is exchanged while maintaining a balance between the natural underground temperature and the circulating temperature. In the present invention, while the groundwater is being pumped up, the groundwater at the true underground temperature is being pumped up. Since groundwater with a new high temperature always flows into the hole, the circulating medium liquid is pumped up unlike the conventional underground temperature where the temperature is lowered as in the prior art. The heat exchange is performed at the groundwater temperature, which is much higher than the increase rate of the medium liquid in the conventional heat medium liquid circulation system, and the efficiency is higher than that of the conventional snow melting apparatus using geothermal heat.

Pumped groundwater, which is another method of using a well, can be drinking water if the water quality is good, it can be drinking water, water for spraying, or water for snow extinguishing, etc. It is a problem to be solved by the present invention that it can be used as various irrigation waters and can be used in two different types of devices at the same time in one well of the heat collection well.

Means to solve the problem

Claim 1 is a conventional method for circulating a heat medium liquid, in which a U-tube or a double pipe is installed in a heat collecting well and the heat medium liquid is circulated. It is used for heating etc. via a heat pump. The present invention is a heat collection well that can simultaneously draw up groundwater in addition to the heat medium liquid circulation device. Conventionally, it has been used as a heat collection well for a heat transfer medium circulation device and a well for pumping up groundwater according to the purpose of the well. However, the present invention can also be used as water for pumping up groundwater. Therefore, a single well is sufficient for the heat collection well, and the initial cost is naturally low. In Patent Document 3, two heat collection wells are excavated and the groundwater is pumped from one adjacent well and circulated. The purpose is to inject groundwater pumped into the well where the pipe is inserted and fluidize the groundwater, but in the present invention, the groundwater is pumped up with a submersible pump or the like in the well pipe of a single well. New groundwater with a high underground temperature is always pumped up, and the water in the well pipe always flows in the groundwater with a high temperature, so the temperature in the borehole becomes high. Since the medium liquid circulation pipe is in contact with the well pipe, the circulation medium liquid in the circulation pipe is heat-exchanged by the high-temperature groundwater in the hole, so that the above-mentioned method for circulating the heat medium liquid in the conventional technology is used. The circulation temperature of the present invention is higher than the circulation temperature at the time of circulation. Therefore, taking the snow melting area part using the medium circulation as an example as a conventional technique, the snow melting part of the same area melts quickly, and if it melts in the same snow melting time, a wide snow melting area part is provided. As a result, the running cost is naturally low.

According to claim 2, when the groundwater pumped up is used for melting snow, the conventional technology allows the pumped groundwater to pass through the snowmelt pipe, if the underground temperature is high, the snowmelt state is very efficient, and the running cost is also low. Inexpensive and extremely advantageous, but if groundwater stagnates in the snowmelt pipe for a long time due to a long power failure or pump failure, etc., in extremely cold areas with negative temperatures, Has the disadvantage of freezing. According to claim 2 of the present invention, if the snow melting pipe of the circulation pipe of the non-freezing medium liquid such as the antifreezing liquid is in close contact with the snow melting pipe of the ground water, and the parallel piping is provided, even if the ground water has been frozen, When the circulating water in the antifreeze medium liquid circulation pipe starts moving, the frozen groundwater is gradually defrosted and recovered by heat exchange from the antifreeze medium liquid circulation pipe.

Effect of the invention

In the present invention, a medium liquid circulation pipe is attached to a well pipe and inserted into a heat collecting well. If a conventional submersible pump is set inside the well pipe, it is possible to pump up groundwater, and it can be used as various irrigation water on the ground.Furthermore, since the medium liquid circulation pipe is inserted and installed to the bottom of the thermal well, The combination of a snow melting device and a heat pump 22 using a medium heat utilization circulation method can be used as a ground heat pump snow melting, house heating, and hot water supply. .

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

。FIG. 1 is a schematic view of simultaneous use of a snow melting device by a circulation pipe of a heat collecting well and pumping water by a pump according to an embodiment of the present invention. When the casing pipe 2 and the strainer pipe 3 are inserted into the bored hole 1, the circulation pipe 4 for circulating the medium liquid is fixed to the casing pipe 2 and the strainer pipe 3 with the fixing band 5, and the well pipe 6 And the circulation pipe 4 is inserted and set in the hole at the same time. Thereafter, gravel 20 is filled in the gap between the inserted well pipe 6 and the hole wall. In addition to being used as the circulating snow melting device 7, the circulating antifreeze liquid in the circulating pipe 4 is used as water 11 for pumping up groundwater by the submersible pump 8 and the pumping pipe 9 in the casing pipe 2. At this time, since the borehole circulation pipe 4 is subjected to heat exchange depending on the pumping temperature of the groundwater 10 to be pumped, the recovery rate of the circulating medium liquid temperature is fast, and the pumped-up groundwater 10 is used as service water 11 for miscellaneous water, Or it is the whole structure of this invention which can be used through the valve | bulb 12 as various water 11 such as water for snow removal. .

FIG. 2 of the present invention is an embodiment in which the circulation pipe is fixed to the outside of the well casing pipe, and is an embodiment in which the circulation pipe 4 is fixed to the well pipe 6 of the casing pipe 2 and the strainer pipe 3 with a fixing band 5. The fixed band 5 may be fixed to the well pipe 6 by welding, or may be bolted, or may be a fixed band that goes around the outer surface of the well pipe 6, and the circulation pipe 4 may be linearly extended or spirally wound. However, the circulation pipe 4 is in close contact with the well pipe and is firmly fixed with the fixing band 5, and the surrounding area is filled with gravel to prevent sand inflow.

Next, the water 11 shown in FIG. 3 is pumped up from the groundwater 10 by the pump 8 and the pumping pipe 9 installed in the casing pipe 2 and used as the water 11 through the valve 12. The water 11 can be used as snow water or used as miscellaneous water, and can be freely used by the user.

In FIG. 4, the circulating medium liquid obtained by collecting the ground heat is circulated on the ground and underground by the circulation pipe 4 and the circulation pump 14, and is used as a snow melting device of the pavement snow melting facility section 7, and also a heat pump 22 It is also used for snow melting equipment and heating and hot water supply. At this time, if the groundwater 10 is always assembled by the submersible pump 8, the groundwater having a high temperature flows to the position of the pump, and the circulation pipe 4 is heat-exchanged.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A to A ″. In the well 1, there are a casing pipe 2, a strainer pipe 3, and a circulation pipe 4 outside the well pipe 6, and the circulation pipe 4 is fixed. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a portion in which there is a center riser 17 for installing the fixed band 5 and the well pipe 6 in the middle as much as possible, and the filling gravel 20 enters the gap between the well pipe 6 and the inner wall of the well 1. .

Fig. 6 shows that when groundwater circulation snow melting pipe according to claim 2 of the present invention is used, the groundwater in the pipe may be frozen, and even if it is frozen, it is connected in parallel with the medium liquid circulation pipe 4 such as antifreeze liquid. In this case, the ground water in the frozen water circulation pipe is melted by heat exchange of the medium liquid circulation pipe 4.
As described above, the method of using geothermal heat by a circulating pipe and the method that can be used simultaneously as water from one well has been explained from FIG. 1 to FIG. 6. By connecting the liquid circulation vibrator and the groundwater snow melting pipe in parallel, the water in the groundwater pipe is not frozen. Further, according to the present invention, the medium liquid circulation pipe 4 inserted into the hole allows the groundwater to flow up to the suction port of the pump 8 when the pump 8 pumps up the groundwater. As a matter of course, the present invention has a higher rate of increase compared to the temperature recovery rate of the circulation pipe that is heat-exchanged at the groundwater temperature and is installed in a conventional natural hole.

The fixing band 5 of the circulation pipe 4 in FIG. 2 may be arbitrary as long as it is firmly fixed to the well pipe 6 even if it is fixed by welding, bolted fixing, or a fixing band in which the well pipe 6 is made to go around.

<Other embodiments>
In Fig. 1, the medium liquid circulation pipe using underground heat is directly used in the snow melting device, but in Fig. 4 the heat pump is used, but the circulation temperature is higher than the conventional technology. The running cost is also low, and it can be used for an efficient snow melting device, heating in a house, hot water supply, and the like.

Installation of the medium liquid circulation pipe using geothermal heat circulates the medium liquid in a U-tube or double pipe system in one hole. In addition, in order to pump groundwater from a single well, water is pumped by submersible pumps and ground pumps. Since the present invention can use the medium liquid circulation pipe and the groundwater pumping at the same time, in addition to the initial cost, in the medium liquid circulation snow melting apparatus using geothermal heat, in addition to the conventional medium liquid circulation pipe snow melting, the pump The groundwater pumped up in can be used as water for spraying snow, greatly increasing the snow melting range and the efficiency of snow melting. Also, the pumped-up groundwater can be used as various irrigation water. The water circulation snow melting device that moves the ground water pumped up in the snow melting pipe as it is directly pumps ground water with high underground heat than the circulation temperature of the medium liquid circulation snow melting, so the ground water circulation temperature is much higher. High, and therefore snow melting ability is high. However, if the circulation stops due to a prolonged power failure or a failure of the circulation pump, the water in the snow melting section piping may freeze. There is also a risk that it will not be possible. However, according to the second aspect of the present invention, even if it is frozen, it is arranged in parallel with the medium liquid circulation pipe such as the antifreeze liquid, so that the frozen water is defrosted by heat exchange of the medium liquid circulation pipe. The conventional water-circulating snow-melting device using only groundwater has the disadvantage of freezing. However, in the present invention, the ice is melted immediately after freezing, so there is no longer a risk of long-term freezing.
